This was the worst possible online shopping experience because product descriptions did not contain enough detail to make an appropriate selection, leading to the bother of returning and exchanging, and when the final printer arrived it was badly designed with no easy way to print an envelope. It was necessary to call customer service numerous times to find needed information and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer overall (minus wifi connect hiccup) I was sent a free HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3101FDWE Wireless Printer to review. Overall I thought it was a great printer. Pros: -Quick printing -Relatively easy/straight forward setup -Scans documents directly to email or computer -Does a lot for size aka more compact than I expected for what it does/space saver -Does what it says it does (I tried most normal functions) -Touch screen is nice Cons: -Had trouble connecting printer to my Wifi network but did eventually work after 5-6 tries. -It did not come with any directions or handbook on what it does etc which was frustrating. Instead it directed me to the HP website to do a bunch of setup which took over an hour. -It seemed like HP+ was mandatory from the website setup process but now I can see that it was not so I have to cancel the "free trial" which is a pain -If you are not tech savvy or have someone to help you that is tech savvy then it might be difficult for you to set up, but after that its super easy to use -Heavier than expected for its size I liked this printer after the few hiccups in the beginning. It's reliable, sleek, and great to use for my small home office. I would recommend this if you are looking for a compact small business or personal WFH job with high printing needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent printer! I received this printer in exchange for an honest review and have been very pleasantly surprised. This printer is not cheap, however it seems well worth the money. Setup: The printer was very easy to set up for computers and from phones/tablets. The HP Smart App was very user friendly and I experienced no issues getting it set up in just a few minutes. I used my phone to set it up and it was no muss, no fuss. Speed: The printer is extremely fast at warming up and printing. It is at least twice as fast as the inkjet I was using that was only a few years old. Two sided printing for less paper use is very speedy as well. Print Quality: The printer has a variety of print quality settings, but i don’t use those regularly. The standard setting is fantastic for office level print quality. For the occasional picture or flyer, it does a fantastic job on the print quality. Scanning: I didn’t know I needed 2 sided scanning but I am so happy to have it! Why have a printer that can print on two sides if you can't scan on both sides!? This has just helped cut my paper consumption considerably. Toner: Toner lasts much much longer than any inkjet cartridge. This is such a benefit to the environment if you look at your waste stream per page.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great user interface! Works well! No complaints! I received a free sample, an HP Printer/Fax. I have always wanted/needed my own printer and now I have one. My favorite features are the scan features and the technology. I can take a picture or pdf off my phone and send it directly to the printer, using the app. I mainly scan items and have them sent directly to my computer so I can email them or store them. The printing works good too! The interface is easy to use and that might be the most important to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid this cheap printer Purchased in October of 2022 for my 1 person municipal office. You get what you pay for. The printer is cheaply made. The paper tray does not fit correctly and causes issues with printing documents and trying to put paper into it. Half the time the paper tray gets stuck and is a struggle every single time. When it prints, the printer is LOUD you can hear every plastic bit in it struggling to do the job. I print checks from Quickbooks and the alignment is off on this HP, a problem I have never experienced with my past 3 HP printers. The printer prints every check 1 line too low. You cannot scan a document to your computer unless you use HP Smart. In short, select another brand. HP is not what it use to be. I am sorrily disappointed in this piece of junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Solid Printer from HP! I received a free sample HP wireless printer, and I must say it’s a very solid printer. I connected it to my laptop effortlessly and It works very well, the instructions to set it up were pretty straightforward since I’m familiar with HP printers, I just couldn’t figure out how to use the fax yet. But so far, I haven’t had any paper jams or other issues, so this device deserves five stars.

No issues with assembly! This is a great brand printer to buy, I think it will last a very long time without any issues. I look forward to keeping it for a long time it will suffice to my work and personal needs.

This is by far the best wireless printer I have used, and I must say that this is worth every penny. The setup was quick and super easy, it prints and copies seamlessly. Wireless printing has never been this smooth for me. It's durable, good quality printer. It prints quick, and it is not noisy. I have no complaints or issues while using this product. It's a great home and office use wireless printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid printer I like this printer. It’s easy to set up and use, and I typically hate doing this kind of thing. Print quality is good, clear and crisp. Does not take up too much space. It’s not small but not huge or too bulky. I was provided this printer for free for review.
