It features everything you need, working from home at times I need to copy and it has made that so easy. Printing from my phone with blue tooth printing. The touch screen is extremely easy to navigate to change / use the settings. I’ve been using this printer continuously for a couple weeks now daily and it has been an absolute game changer. Id fully recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of Those Printers You Stop Thinking About Let's be honest, printers don't exactly have the best reputation. Half the battle is usually just getting them connected. This one was a pleasant surprise though. Setup didn't take forever, and once it was on Wi-Fi, it pretty much stays connected without me having to babysit it. The print quality is nice too. Regular documents come out sharp, and color prints look better than I expected for an everyday home printer. It's not something I'd buy specifically for printing professional photos, but for school projects, flyers, or the occasional picture, it does a solid job. I also like that it prints on both sides automatically. It's one of those features you don't appreciate until you don't have it anymore. Saves paper and saves you from standing there flipping pages. Speed feels about right. It's quick enough that I never found myself waiting around, but it's also not trying to compete with those huge office printers that sound like they're launching a rocket. It's pretty versatile too. Printing, scanning, copying, phone printing… it covers pretty much everything I actually use a printer for. The touchscreen is simple enough that you don't have to pull up a YouTube tutorial every time you want to change a setting. Ink life seems decent so far. Like any inkjet, if you're printing full-color pages every day you'll go through cartridges faster, but for normal home use it doesn't seem overly thirsty. Overall, it feels like good value. Nothing about it is over the top, but it does all the basics well, and honestly that's exactly what I want from a printer. It's one of those things you set up once, then hopefully forget it's even there until you need it.

We have limited space and usually tuck it in a shelf and take it out whenever we need to print something. Plus the ink seems to last long and several apps on the phone streamline the printing process.

I can print from anywhere in my house. The copies come out nice and clear. I get a lot of pages with the ink cartridge, so I don't have to keep buying more. I also like the design.

Its sleek, modern design gives it a futuristic look, and it is lighter my previous printer. The HP Smart app shows the current ink levels, so there is no guesswork. At the time of this review, I have not yet printed from a mobile phone or tested photo or envelopes. Printing is fast, quick as well as quiet. I have the option to sign up for a three-month ink subscription during setup, which I plan to explore further this week. The three-color inks are combined in one cartridge instead of three separate ones, which is a big plus. So far, I am enjoying this printer and all of the features that go with it. I think this is a great buy for those who need an inexpensive printer which still delivers very good printing performance.

I love how easy it was to setup, insert ink cartridges, plug in, turn on, set simple settings, and connect. I love that it is multi purposeful. No more trips to scan and print. Love that it just connects to my phone and computer, it makes things so much easier for me and my family. It provides a paper tray so it keeps things sleek and organize. The screen is clear and easy to use. It provides a two side print so it saves paper and gives you the product you want to create. I love that it comes with a 3 month ink cartridges subscription, because this is always the downfall for printers. It makes getting setup easy and you can pick your printing usage choice. This product would be great for a personal business as it allows you to print, scan, copy, and mobile fax. It provides quality prints making it look professional. It allows you to use different types of papers and different sizes. So you can make pamphlets and cands. The only thing that I do not care for is that the cord is a little short. Overall I am happy with the product I have received and would recommend to everyone. It is also a product my family and I will use frequently

HP is generally a great brand with great quality products so I had high expectations for this that it does meet. The design is modern and sleek fitting perfectly on my business stand, which is just a modular cube storage stand. Setup was very easy and simple, and also requires a subscription. The features are great for my business as I print labels and packing slips regularly along with elaborate, colorful business signage and flyers occasionally. It prints very quickly and the colors are so vibrant, deep, and clear. Overall, its great quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have to send them in an e-mail and only then will this printer give me a print-out. I am not at all satisfied with this product and would like to return it. When I send a print order it takes several minutes to decide to print and IF it decides to proceed the printing is so slow I could have used a pencil to print the document myself. No, this printer is NOT what I thought I was buying.

Everybody knows nothing can frustrate someone like a persnickity printer, so I would advise those with lower patience levels to either avoid this printer or else ask someone super easygoing to set it up for you.

I like how its designed so the paper isn't hanging out over the edge of the printer. You get an instant ink offer which is really convenient and priced reasonable. I like the touch screen menu. It helps me navigate easier. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to set it up and connect it to my phone. I got this at a discount in exchange for my honest opinión.

My model was complicated to set up on wifi but the new Envy comes with a touchscreen making wifi set up so fast and easy. I’m able to quickly print from not use my home office computer but phone making the printer perfect for casual use. The HP Assistant also helps create easy templates I may need for work like documents and fliers. Very happy that this printer has so many useful functions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use with good print quality HP Envy 6155 is a very handy printer that comes with useful features and an easy to use app. Setting up the printer was pretty straightforward over Wi-Fi, and connecting my phone and laptop all work without issues. The print output is good for everyday docs. I haven't try photo paper, but photo prints on regular paper come out just very nice. Colors are accurate and details are mostly clear. Print speeds are good as well. This one is not the 6155e model which requires a subscription. This works with instant ink or my own cartridges, I believe.

I've been planning a baby shower recently and this has helped me print a lot of things for it and has made it easy. Some universal papers that claim to be for inkjet printers won't work in it, but I don't necessarily think it's on the printers side. It does ask what type of paper you have inserted and it does have many different options. The scanner works really well as well. Overall this is a good printer for your family to use for anything. The instant ink part is also nice, you never run out of ink and pay a low monthly fee depending on how many papers you print a month.

The app walks you through inserting the ink cartridges and loading paper with ease. The dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity has been flawless. Printing wirelessly from laptops, iPhones, and worked instantly on the first try without needing to constantly re-pair devices or restart the router. The built-in flatbed scanner and copying functions are intuitive and fast. Color copies turn out vibrant and clear, while black-and-white copies are crisp without smudge or streak lines. You can quickly trigger copies directly from the 2.4-inch color touchscreen or initiate high-resolution scans straight to your mobile device or cloud storage via the app. All in all, very happy with this printer!

When I print multiple pages the printer prints on both sides without me having to pull the paper out and flip it over. I am not interested in the Instant Ink so I can't comment on that the I am very satisfied with this printer.

This time we have spent over 40 hours trying to get Microsoft word and HP Envy printer to work together.Most times we can print from emails, screen shots,and Excel. But once the document is saved in WORD, error message comes up. Either no printer found or Microsoft cannot find printer. First day we were sent to a site that turned out to be a scam.This was through HP online trouble desk. STILL CANNOT DEBUG THIS

I honestly didn’t think I could set it up by myself but I started and a few mins later it was completed. I use it all the time and the extra months of free ink is definitely a plus. Thank you HP for making this easy to use all around. It’s great I love it. Haven’t tried pictures yet but that’s my next adventure.

This new printer doesn't make a sound, a ding, when printing is done, like my old printer did. I miss that feature. It's more difficult to put the print cartridges in this new printer. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Choice, Good Printer We loved our old printer (disclosure: not an HP), but it suddenly up and died, so I researched home all-in-one printers. We went to the local electronics store, and of course their stock bore no resemblance to my list! So, we window shopped, talked with sales reps on the floor, and made our choice: the HP Envy 6155. Turns out, it was a good choice! Setup was very quick. Connecting two different computers to WiFi was incredibly quick and relatively easy. Printing is louder than our previous printer, but it's easily five times faster, so that's a tradeoff that doesn't bother us in the least. Copying is easy; scanning is easy, but the only trick there is making sure you're clear on where the printer is sending the scan it just made. For me, at least, that's sometimes not so easy to keep up with, but I've always managed to figure it out in the end. The physical appearance is nice: it's sleek and low, broader than our previous printer (and much shorter), and the white is a nice break from standard black for most in-home printers these days. The paper supply tray is right under the output tray; it won't hold tons and tons of paper, but it's easy to get to and therefore quick to put more paper in when the supply is getting low. We both have used big HP laser jets in our respective offices, but this is our first HP home printer, and we're quite please with it. We think you will be pleased, too.

I couldn’t return it, and you wouldn’t take it back so here it sits in my living room till I can find someone to give it to. With the new one,I want to hook it up with USB cables and not use Wi-Fi. You’d think I came out of the cave… Living in the Stone Age. Good thing I saved my USB cables from the 20 year-old one! As those cables worked perfectly with the Chromebook. But I did have to buy a new USB/C to hook it up to my iPad or phone. Of course anything that is newer is much more complicated… Funny how that goes.

I would change from Photo paper 4 x 6 to standard paper and always got a "do not recognise paper. I returned it to Staples and purchased an Epson. It works great and is very nice for a change.

Haven’t used it much but I also set up the sister machine, the 6555 (main difference is auto feeder) and have been happy so far. Mom can see the menu and the icons are easy. She can easily print from her IPad. Set up was easy. She loves the size and sleek look. Her old printer was an ugly black monstrosity. Now she has room on her little desk cubby to sit and work.

I had difficulty getting it to work on my computer and still don't have it straight. our old HP still works fine for scanning so I went back to that. Overall I think it is a good value for the limited amount time we use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The new cartridges were VERY difficult to put in. I've had HP printers for over 20 years. I'm not sure if it's the cartridges or the printer that caused the problem. After both my husband and I tried many times (about 18) I was finally able to get them in. I hope the next ones are easier to insert. I thought about buying HP cartridges from another source to see if the ones in instant ink program were different, but when I was successful I didn't buy other cartridges. I'd welcome your feedback on my problem.

I found that I had left the newly arrived ink cartridges in another room and when I discovered them, I was able to PRINT again.

Didn’t by another HP because the last one we bought the top feeder never worked right & therefore we didn’t but a top feeder this time. But what printer doesn’t allow to to custom size a copy??? THIS ONE!!! Which is why we returned it & bought another brand. Sad that my HP before these 2 was a work horse & did everything for literally years. Your printers have gone to crap!!!! And your service is just as bad. Will never buy another; in fact I wouldn’t take it if you gave it to me!!!!

Before that I always used the envy line. This envy 6165 is perfect. I like the screen where you change settings at your fingertips. The double sided printing is a must just to save paper. It’s quick printing is a nice feature. It’s also quiet. Good purchase for me.

I was able to sync with my iPhone & iPad pretty quickly, but kept getting message about private vs public network choice for printing from computer. If I moved to private (which was recommended) I still couldn't get a copy from computer and my iPhone/iPad stopped printing. So went back to public and still working on the hook-up to computer. BTW, I'm not a techie and there was only one instruction sheet in the box that helped me with iPhone hook-up, but not the computer...Otherwise the printing has been good and the price for less than $90 was excellent.

But after about one week it stopped connecting with the internet. Luckily I have kept cables that used to come with printers. Luckily it still works. Also, over the course of that week, my computer had difficulty recognizing the device, and kept trying to default to the printer’s scanner function only. For the last week it has worked slowly but flawlessly—with the cable.
