Rated 5 out of 5 by from I GOT "HACKED"! When I clicked on needing "set-help" a message appeared saying I should call an 888 number and a HP technician would help me. What happened was the person took control of my computer through a "back door"! My computer is now at my local technician and I will be out a lot of money to get it fixed. You owe me BIG time. I have used HP products exclusively for many years. with no problems. My technician told me that this problem with new HP printer purchases is well know. Living in the S.F. bay area made me want to trust purchases from the home of HP. Is this no longer the case?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am living for this!!! Way better than my last printer. This ink lasts so long and prints so good. The quality is amazing. I've printed so many pages and the quality and ink are still working with no issues. Very easy setup. It's also not big and bulky, it fits perfectly on top of my filing cabinet with plenty of room to spare. The look is perfect. The only thing is I wish it came in black. But, besides that it is the best printer I've ever had. Also very lightweight. Now let's talk about the ink program....this is the best thing that comes with the printer. 6 months of ink program ! I think this is the best idea yet. Who doesn't need extra ink sent straight to their door every month. Very innovative. I know I'll be using the program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Smartphone Users Impressed with ease of use from my smartphone. I had another HP printer and I was able to print from my phone, but this one has more options. Setting up was pretty straightforward, although I did have to do some troubleshooting for the scanning of documents. This is a good printer for quick printing. It does lose connectivity at times and I’ve had to reset the WiFi. It’s not a big deal though. I was impressed with the HP ink program. The program sends alerts by email and through the printer when ink is running low on the printer and updates are automatic. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO INSTANT INK - BACK-TO-BACK inconvenient/impossible Copy quality is good, however, making back copies required manually reinserting 1st page. I am disabled and in a lift chair, making that impossible and necessitating using a sheet of paper for each side. ALSO, was not advised until AFTER purchase that this printer is NOT eligible for the INSTANT INK Program necessitating separate purchasing of ink that will be inconvenient and more expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for. This is a low cost printer, so you get what you pay for. For reasons I can't understand at least once a week I try to print or scan and get a message it can't find the printer. I've had excellent service from HP customer service and have learned to reset the machine by unplugging and replugging. Then it works OK. If I were to do this again I would buy a higher level machine - I was very happy with my previous one that cost a little more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2755e It took a bit to hook it up, I also have a HP laser jet print and with this new one and trying to took it up the laser jet was interfering. Had to unhook the laser jet for now. I am happy with the print and speed on the 2755e, definitely shows detail in the print.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for beginners! My experience with the HP DeskJet 2755e has been great! Some of my favorite features are the included free 6 months of instant ink, which allows you to connect your printer account and your ink levels are monitored and when you’re running low, they automatically send more! I love how compact and not bulky it is and that it only has 1 cord to plug in. It is a very basic printer with 3 main functions including printing, copy, and scanning ability. The printed page prints out very clean and neat with no smudges or runs. I also love the remote printing and protected pick up, which requires your phone to be within a certain distance before it will start printing. The only downside i can say is the printing speed. if you are going to be printing a lot of pages or things together, just make sure you have an extra few minutes to spare l. Overall it’s a great basic printer and i would definitely buy again and/or recommend to friends and family!

I can scan and print stuff directly to and from my laptop and cell phone. It prints fast and doesn't smudge the ink. This is a great printer for a small space and everyday use. I have set up with the ink program, 6 months free, which is also great because that means I do not have to keep an eye on if the ink is running low because it is automatic and I don't have to run to a store to see if they have the ink I need in stock. I told the HP representative I didn’t need a fax option, so didn’t want to spend money on a feature that was never going to be used. She then suggested this model I now have. If I’d known the hassle of printing on both sides, I wouldn’t have selected this printer, and now I’m stuck with it

As everyone has said before this printer is very light and works well when it wants.... After a couple of days having it I tend to notice if you're printing alot of pages it will stop and throw an error code and all the lights flash. I thought in the beginning maybe it's just something that needs to be reset but it's becoming an occurring thing, that I am having to reach out to HP and get some diagnosistic test run and get this problem resolved. Hoping this little issue gets fixed and I wouldn't have any issues at all. The insta ink program is the best because you never have to worry about running out

It prints quickly from my MacBook Pro and does beautifully whether in color or black and white. I like the instant ink option so it arrives before I need it. Plus, it was really easy to set up - it took less than 15 minutes from box to print. I love that I can print from my phone AND the Instant Ink program is so convenient. "Order new ink" often gets left unfinished on my to do list (until I am in need of ink immediately), so having it shipped to me on a schedule is so helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard working little printer The HP DeskJet 2755e is an excellent powerful small printer. This printer was straightforward to set up with the smart APP. The APP was easy, just install, connect, and use. I love the HP+ instant ink. We are able to get free ink for 6 months, at 700 printed pages a month. Then after the trial, the ink subscription is low-priced. I homeschool my girls. This type of plan and the amount of printing available is terrific. Being able to print this quantity with such quality is perfect for my family. I love the feature of being able to print privately. Once this option is selected the printer will hold the document until you are near the printer to retrieve it. I have been printing nonstop since I received it. Looks like it was built to last Most HPs are. The scanning bed is quick and quiet. Loading the ink is easy to push and snap-in. I see my house using this printer for years to come once it can keep up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Printer, Scanner, Copier I did not sign up for the Instant Ink program but I love my HP Deskjet 2755e. I was able to connect it via USB after I connected it to WIFI, as the instructions directed. It has never dropped the WIFI signal. I put my WIFI router beside the printer, instead of leaving it on a lower shelf of my computer cart and I also plugged the printer into a wall outlet instead of a power strip. These are 2 suggestions that I found online when I had problems connecting to WIFI. Though HPSmart was easy to use, there was some confusion because I was not familiar with connecting a wireless printer. A little Internet research helped me tremendously, as my info above shows. It wakes immediately from sleep and prints right away. The color is more true-to-hue than my Canons ever were. I did not want a wireless printer. If I had known that the "e" in 2755e meant wireless, I would have bought the 2755. So far, this printer has been working out perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek Design and Easy to Use I received my HP 2755e and unboxed it. The sleek design and color will match any decor in home office or any room of your home. The printer was very easy to unbox. It was easy to set up and load with paper. Putting the HP ink cartridges in was a breeze. I had it turned on and using in about 30 minutes. It easily connected to my wifi, and I had the HP Smart app loaded and ready to go. I loaded the paper. The paper was a little challenging at first, but I found the slider and moved it with ease to where it needed to be. I began by printing a couple of pages out. The prints moved easily through the printer. The printer picked up the signal to print very quickly. It isn't a fast printing printer, but it moves very smoothly though the unit and gives a very good print. I have printed some black and white copies as well as color copies. The ink distribution to the copy paper is amazing. The HP Instant Ink program is excellent. It was so very easy to download the app and connect the printer to the app. I love the thought of never having to worry about running out of ink. The HP Instant Ink program makes sure you never run out of ink. I love the concept. I find it very useful especially when I am busy. I don't have to take extra time to run to the store for ink. Also the HP Instant ink app is easy to use and has excellent additions to it. It really helps make my printing copies easy and quick. I have also used the scanner which scans very nicely. I used some photographs, and it picked them up quite nicely. I would say that this printer is easy to use. This printer looks pretty in my living room on my desk. It would be a great printer for students and adults as it is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this printer as a starter printer for anyone using it for simple scanning and copies. I really like the way it works.

It is cheaply made, noisy, took almost an hour to download, came with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use scanner, it doesn't turn on automatically when you click print on a document, the buttons are ON TOP on the unit not in front, it is a TOP FEEDER not a BOTTOM FEEDER; not even close to the unit I HAD which is discontinued for HIGHER ADVANCED units, which this is not. I wasn't able to return it as I had a 1 use coupon (not explained to me) and it may cost me 15% to restock. My suggestion, if you ONLY need a scanner, buy just a scanner. Now I have it for the few times a scanner is needed. But, then, I have to default BACK to this one, and once done scanning, BACK to default with my ENVY4502. SUCH A GREAT UNIT, but updates were never provided to my unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user friendly! This HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer is really great. It is a compact size and the paper tray on the back and front can be slid down and closed while not in use. I like that,to avoid unwanted dust build up. The "set up a new printer" process took me about 30 minutes to install 2 HP printer apps on my phone and to figure out how to connect my smart phone to the printer. The apps are very user friendly and it can print out troubleshooting tips if needed or if the printer notices it is not connecting right away. I was surprised it just printed the instructions after tapping the "i" button on the printer! It really is a "smart printing system so your printer is always ready"! I also like that it can connect with bluetooth and print from a different room. Installing the ink cartridges was easy because it says open the packages once ready and avoid touching most parts of it. I just wait until the printer starts up and the pieces of the inside go back and forth a few times and once they stop in the middle it is time to push and press the 2 ink cartridges into place and done! Then you are recommended to run a printing diagnostic test. It is a paper that prints many different lines to show it has calibrated correctly. After these steps, it is ready to print. I was able to set up the printer with my home wifi very easily. The printing quality is very impressive and vibrant!! When ready, I can go into the HP Smart app and there are so many options: Instant ink service, printables, shortcuts, mobile fax, camera scan, help&support, print photos( most used tab), print documents(2nd most used),printer scan and Copy! The scanner and copy feature is amazing. I found this very user friendly! I can scan bills and documents electronically for better safekeeping and love to organize it all. Sure beats digging through my file cabinets! Can also scan precious family photos and send directly across the country! The HP instant ink service was included with this featuring 6 months free delivered directly to my door. That is such a great feature to include! Overall I really feel like HP is there to help me through all steps of set up and maintaining my printing experience!

My only grievance is I prefer to load paper in a tray and not at the top, but it allows for scanning, you can print on both sides, the quality is good, and for what I need it's easy to use and maintain. I like that it's affordable and fairly decent-sized. If you are looking for a printer that's easy to use, affordable, and can do many things for a decent price, then I highly recommend this product.

I have owned an HP printer before but that was a long time ago and it was with wires. I love the fact that this is wireless, all I have to do is just download an app on my phone or on my desktop. Also, the fact that it comes with HP ink plus and I’ll let you choose the plan that best suits your printing needs. I don’t print too often but it does come in handy when I need to to write a medicine list and I need to have a printer for my doctor so I need to print a quick document it’s so easy that I can do it from my phone, I definitely recommend HP printers is a great product.

The convenience of this printer and the automatic ink showing up can't be beat. In my opinion, the instant ink program is affordable and worth it. The ink just shows up when my printer is low and we can easily send the old empty cartridges back to be recycled. This printer has worked great for work needs, kids' school projects, and everything in between. The printer is simple but an upgrade for what we had and I'd buy it again. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine so far. Works fine so far. The modem sits 6.5' (2m) away from it, so it was a pain to have to hold it right next to the modem in order for it to pick up the WiFi signal. But once the baptism was done it has been working fine.

The ink cartridges were super simple to install and the addition of the HP Instant Ink trial ELIMINATES the dreaded search of trying to find the correct ink cartridges by shipping them to my house!! Thank You HP!! THE HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer truly does it all! Not only does it easily print all of those pictures that you have stored on your cell phone for years and years but it also has a scanner and a Fax through Mobile feature using my cellphone!! 5 stars for convenience with this feature!! I use it daily for printing recipes and print shipping labels quickly with incredible ease and no fuss connectivity to my WiFi!!! I love the HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer because it is incredibly easy to use and literally does everything without being big and bulky!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not impressed I cannot get this printer to connect with my computer. My old. One was 3700 series. It connected the sane way, via wi-fi. This one will not work. The HP smart app doesn't sucks too. I can't get it to work on my phone either. When I try to finish the install of my printer it errors out and says there is technical difficulty, try again later. I have never had this much trouble installing a printer before.

The HP DeskJet 2755e is very loud compared to my previous printer which was an HP DeskJet 2622 and the information light stays on as long as the printer is on. I have read where several customers has had this same issue and as far as I can tell there is no solution to this problem. It does print extremely well, as did my old HP DeskJet 2622. The packaging, when it arrived made me believe this printer had been returned from a previous customer. All the paperwork was just thrown in the box and one piece was literally stuffed in the top of the box. I'll add a photo at the bottom of this review. Actually, this review will not allow me to add a photo!

The guides that are included come in very handy as well as the app. It prints in black _ white as well as color. It prints perfectly and is wifi enabled. It requires using Bluetooth when setting it up. It isn't that big and that's convenient as it takes up little space. It's the perfect printer to print, scan and copy and it's rather quiet. I absolutely love my new HP Deskjet 2755e printer. The fact that you also receive 6 months of instant ink along with the printer is just the best deal ever! Such a brilliant bonus added. It's so convenient to have HP send you ink cartridges before you run out. How wonderful is that? No one else does it quite like HP!

We've printed for work, school, personal and it's all worked perfectly. This is the first printer that we've had that didn't constantly have connectivity issues. Once the printer was set up it's stayed connected and all our devices have been able to connect to it with ease. Even some of our older devices, it just works and we couldn't be happier. We haven't printer enough to take advantage of the Instant Ink capabilities but I am looking forward to that convenience provided by HP. Would definitely recommend this to a friend! I do work where I print presentations and my kids and wife print homework and assignements for the kids. We need both good photo grade color quality and dependable black and white prints. This desktop prints fast and clear as well as great quality. It works well on the wifi scans to my laptop every time. I highly recommend it as it is a very dependable printer and scanner. I literally spent FIVE HOURS on the phone with HP and my home ISP trying to get this god forsaken box to work. No luck! No one wants a wifi printer you dumb dumbs at HP! Difficult to contact HP support for anything- ink, tech support, customer service. Once I did, they were difficult to work with and I finally became frustrated and returned the printer I had just purchased and bought another brand of printer. Set up was easy and now I'm printing again!

I tried to use it just as a scanner after. The thing won't connect to the WiFi without fighting with it each time for an hour. Support is generally unhelpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Compact Everyday Printer This printer is amazing! It a straight-forward everyday printer! It is easy to set-up and easy to connect to my mobile device and my laptop. I also like that it is lightweight, makes it easier to move it around the house. The quality of the printing is good and I love that it has a 6 month ink trial. The ink program is easy to sign in and setup, after 6 months you can continue the INK program for a fee. HP will send you your new cartridge for free and you send the used cartridges back to them for free, this is genius. I find this useful because I don't have to worry about running out of ink. This is the best ink program ever! As a mom and student I print a lot of paperworks, so the ink trial will help out. I am happy with this printer!

We have used the "Insta Ink" feature for years and it is well worth signing up for it. This replaced another model using the same ink cartridge that died in a power surge. Us a surge protector ! Our only complaint is installing the ink is a bit tedious due to lack of space .

It took 10 minutes to figure out how to connect and get the printer running but after going to its website I could figure it out. Nice to have both wifi and bluetooth access and had no inconvenience aout the cable! It gives fast, clear, precise prints and has no smudge on any prints so far., not even photo prints. and yes, I'm not so sure about the cable capability though there is an opening port for cable but a sticker saying no cable, possibly no free cable or access. But the best part is 6 mos of instant Ink included with HP+ That is equivalent to free ink usage for 6 months! I enrolled in the INk program just in case I need more printing for school and work. A printer, scanner, free ink as a package, wow! Without compromising the quality and easy installation for faster connectivity. Glad to be able to connect it to my phone is an advanatge, download the app and connect it to the printer. Also, I liked the portable printer, not at all bulky if you need to move to another room in case to print. I highly recommend it to others, my friends and family, and am sure you guys will tell others about it too.

Lets you choose between black and color copies which I really like. Set up was very easy on HP website. HP also has ink that you can buy from them that is not only better but cheaper than buying it in stores. I signed up for ink program which they will send to my house cheaper than me going to store. HP has great customer service.

And it takes A LOT to impress me when it comes to printers as I’ve always had THE WORST luck with at home printers. First off, when I lifted the box it came in to set it up I realized just how light it was. Barely weighed anything. I then took it out and realized that it is such a sleek, good-looking printer. I am in love with the white color. Next up was the set up. EASIEST set up of any printer I’ve ever owned. Total time to set up? About 5 minutes. And most of that time consisted of just downloading the app and setting up my HP account. Now I started printing. I loved that the input tray allows for 60 sheets so I don’t have to keep refilling it as often as I did my printers in the past. The quality of the printing was the real star though. I loved the “crisp” look of the printed images. And it printed very quickly: up to 7.5 pages per minute in black and up to 5.5 pages per minute in color. But the pièce de ré·sis·tance? The Instant Ink Subscription!!! Game changer! The ink or toner cartridges will be shipped to me only when needed, so I will never run out and I will only get what I need. Nothing extra. And finally, my tree hugging self LOVES that prepaid recycling service is included with it. So basically I now have a stress free, dependable printer and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you HP!!!

It comes with the ink that you will need to get you started. It comes with 6 months of free ink, now you just can't beat that. You can even sign up for printer paper so you never run out of paper or ink, The printer is hooked up to your internet so they can know when to ship you paper or ink, I received this printer at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Connecting instructions for Wifi did not exist. Both my tech savvy daughters could not do it. I finally saw a note to connect to HP support. It took Sandy from HP over an hour to connect including how to scan. She knew exactly what to do. HP needs to supply better instructions. It is annoying how much time I spent when more detailed instructions to contact support for wifi support would have saved me hours. If I didn’t ask if the printer could scan, I never would have known i had that feature.

I've installed the driver multiple times and have troubleshooted it countless times. I finally got it to print a word doc yesterday and I go to print something today and it won't connect to my network. This printer is absolute garbage. Going to take it to my backyard now and have an office space ceremony and take a baseball bat to it. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

Being able to pair it with my smartphone was a plus. I love this light compact. The printer is a little bigger than the other one I had. It does everything I need it to. This printer is perfect for my son to make copies for school work, do projects for school, etc. I would definitely recommend it to any one. The ink program is not total free, you have to pay shipping to get the ink for your printer . Which is cheaper than buying it at the store. It's a good idea. I haven't used it yet.

It has minimal buttons as not to overwhelm or confused the user. But the buttons and messaging are effective for the user. And let me tell you this thing is so easy to use. In both my private practice and my side picture business this thing is effective. Prints easily and so well! Would highly recommend. I also think the instant print program is a great idea. Good for my deamnds on print and my budget! Would highly recommend that as well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too many quirks Had this a couple of years. When it works it's fine but too cumbersome. Too many clicks and too many bugs. It isn't intuitive at all. You have to troubleshoot to fix malfunctions. Uses ink like crazy! Sometimes just disconnects and you have to log in and you get error messages. Very inconvenient. Now my printer will work but not the scanner. Grrr... I'll never get another one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised Update 1/11/2023 I had been waiting to update my review until I had a chance to test delivery of ink through the Instant Ink program a couple of times. The first time ink is shipped takes a little longer because that is considered to be a "welcome package" for the program. Subsequent ink deliveries are shipped when your printer registers a "very low" ink level and these shipments seem to be faster. The replacement ink cartridges are noticeably larger than the ones that come with the printer but install the same way. You get a free recycling envelope too. Update 12/29/2022 I just finished an end of year presentation for my organization and I used this printer to produce physical copies. From the user feedback surveys everybody found the print quality to be easy to read. From my own perspective the colors on the graphs were crisp and I didn't notice any colors bleeding into each other. Again- always keep your expectations in check with budget priced printers but I was impressed with the quality of my printed pages. I've also come to appreciate the simplicity and affordability of the Instant Ink campaign. The prices depend on how many pages you think you'll print each month. The nice thing is if you don't print all of your pages the unused amount rolls over to the next month. Original review below: I admit that for several years I was quite skeptical about going back to ink jet printers. Turns out that the HP DeskJet 2755e is a surprisingly strong performer for a budget printer. You get the standard features like scanning, copying and of course, printing. The results of these functions are nice. Prints are very clean and easy to read (I recommend using a nice 32 pound paper for a pleasant reading experience). I wouldn't suggest using this printer for photos or detailed artwork but for documents, charts and graphs the results are great. But what really makes this printer a good buy is modern features contained within the HP+ program. You get 6 months of free ink and you can easily get several hundred pages worth of printing with that. You can also enable cloud printing which lets you take a picture of a document with your phone, make edits then send it to be printed over the internet- even if you're away from your printer. What a great time saver! I was provided a discounted unit in exchange for my genuine review.

My husband and I both work from home, so we have gone through several printers since the pandemic. So far this printer has exceeded my expectations. The colors are crisp and it doesn’t leave the paper wet and wrinkled like some printers do. It comes out dry, and doesn’t bleed or smear. It prints quick and quietly. I can be on a zoom meeting whole printing and it didn’t interfere with the meeting. The WiFi is user friendly and customer support is extremely helpful. I have not used the HP Instant Ink yet, have gone on the website but am excited to experience it! I had difficulty figuring out the HP instant ink but love the idea of it. Its a perfect way to always have the ink you need- at a great price point! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing printer with alot of options This printer is amazing, I love how easy it was to setup with the app, which also helps you with any problems it might run across, I also love how it is compatible with the instaink program, the instaink program is extremely helpful and helps save money on ink, they have different plans to help your printing needs and it definitely helps by always making sure you have ink, which makes one less thing you have to worry about, this wifi printer makes it easy to print from any device that is on your wifi network, it doesn't matter if it is a phone , tablet or a computer it can easily print to it, and with the app you can easily scan anything you need, the app even has an option to print from anywhere as long as you have internet, I like how this printer doesn't need a computer to run it, you can have it plugged into the living room or bedroom or anywhere that is easier for you and it connects right to your network, I definitely the best printer I have ever had

It has a small footprint, is lightweight, and I purchased it at a terrific sale price! This is quite a nice looking printer, and so very easy to set up! I remember that "sinking printer set up feeling" from years ago, but this printer set up process was literally as easy as 1,2,3! Just follow the package insert directions. I am so impressed... Also it would never print from my phone or tablet. Hp 4155e deskjet printer to the rescue. It was a quick setup with tutorial and linked to the app within minutes. It links so well with my network and new I have a new HP Laptop to work with this HP Deskjet 4155e. The dual band wifi works great and is fast at printing. It will let you know if supplies are low or out. The color and clarity of prints are great. The seamless instant ink subscription is going to be wonderful. As a bonus there is a 6 months free subscription for ink with options for usage. There is also an extra year of HP warranty on the printer. I received a special price on this item in exchange for my feedback. A loyal HP user of computers and printers for years to come.

I am constantly wasting time trying to get the scan feature to work. The app says its connected but it won't scan. Turn it off, turn it on, unplug it, plug it in, turn is clockwise 8 times, lift above your head, then place the machine on the floor. It might work, but most likely not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Little Printer That Could Even though it looks like a small printer, size-wise, it DEFINITELY packs a punch and is able to handle all of our printing/scanning needs without any issues. Plus the quality of the prints is phenomenal as well. The ONLY thing I would change would be to have a feature where when you start to print, the door automatically opens, and the little arm that holds the pages, swings out by itself. I know that other printers have that feature and this one does not. Outside of that though, it's very easy to print, no matter if I'm on my laptop, or even directly from my smart phone. Printing is always available to me wherever I might be at the time, plus I am able to get up to date information in regards to how much ink/pages/etc I have left to use before I need to order replacements. In addition to that the Instant Ink+ Feature is fantastic! It's really comforting to always know that I don't have to worry about ever running out since it's constantly tracking the level, and once it gets low enough it alerts HP to send out a fresh cartridge so we can continue printing and moving forward with our day. Just another handy feature that sets HP apart from the rest of the printing options that are on the market. All in all, small in size, but DEFINITELY powerful in delivery, love this HP Printer!

Went through HP troubleshooting procedure 4 times, still nothing. Tried calling HP and it informed me I was calling India. My previous HP all-in-one lasted 15 years, what happened to quality? This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Good bye HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Starter Printer I was so excited when I was notified I would be trying out the HP Deskjet 2755e All-In-One Printer. I got the box and began to install the printer. I love how easy it was to install on my phone and laptop. I do a lot of scanning at work and home, so the scanning feature was a definite plus for me. I also print a lot of papers and can say that while this printer does a nice job, you don't want to print a lot of pages at one time. This printer does print double sided and that's a big plus for saving paper. It's easy to navigate the buttons and it has a sleek design. It also has a few other nice things. For one, it's easy to install the ink cartridges, and the quality is very nice for a basic printer. The ink program is a great asset because you get the ink that's right for your printer, mailed to you in the convenience of your home, and you don't have to worry about traffic jams or bad attitudes. It's simple to use and affordable. If you are looking for a starter printer with good quality, then I highly recommend you give this printer a try.

Pros: -Simple setup -Wireless printing -6 month free trial of HP instant ink refills; 50% off after trial -Great quality printing Cons: -Unable to print double sided without having to manually flip the paper over. - Print speed is moderate. Took about 5 minutes give or take to print 31 single sided pages. -Ink consumption is not conservative. This printer will go through cartridges quickly. Overall, it is a great printer for moderate at home use. Definitely recommend for a household use with low to moderate printing demand. Setup is a breeze and perfect for those who aren’t very tech savvy. It’s nearly plug n’ play with the exception of a few taps. The printer can be programmed from your mobile device or desktop with just a few taps. My only complaint would be ink consumption. I printed a total of 63 single sided pages (49 of those were tax papers, so mostly black ink) and the rest were receipts (so barely any color on those), and received a notification from HP ink that the ink was low. This was on the first day I used it, so I can see ink consumption will definitely be an issue for those who print more than occasionally. Definitely recommend utilizing the HP instant ink program -it’s genius! The printer will automatically detect when your cartridge is low and order a refill. Nothing more for you to do. This feature is absolutely hands down my favorite and what sets HP apart from the rest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deskjet 2755e At first I was ready to give the worst review to this printer, I was trying to install the printer for many days on my computer, then on my chromebook and finally on my phone, I could never do it, I felt frustrated. I decided to contact hp customer service via chat, they were very kind, and very helpful with my problem, they even worked remotely and accessed my computer to solve my problem. From that day on, my printer has worked perfectly in every way. Soon it will be my daughter's party and I have been printing like crazy, invitations, labels, souvenir boxes and I still have a lot to do, I have used different types of paper and they all work very well, the print quality is extremely good. One of the other things that I'm excited about with this printer is the ink subscription, and the fact that the subscription was free for the first 6 months would definitely save me hundreds of dollars. The subscription is very cheap and I will definitely keep using it when the 6 month trial period is over.

Our children often ask us to print some pictures, photos, etc. That's why we always dreamed of a color ink printer. Now we got it and today I already have two printers - LaserJet (for work) and a new color ink HP DeskJet 2755e (for children and other needs). The only downside is the small size of the cartridges, but HP’s launch new unique feature - "Instant Ink Program", that help with this. I used to buy a spare cartridge in advance, which allowed me to use the printer at any time. But today, with the new HP program, all I need is an active subscription to, which saves my time. My verdict: I can recommend the DeskJet 2755e and find the "HP Instant Ink Program" useful and the new HP program correct and modern.

The printer prints at a moderate speed thus far, black, white, and color. I love that HP sends out ink instantly, even before I run out; this is so convenient for my busy work life as a teacher and online student that I can print a ton of data immediately. If I need to repurchase a printer, I will use an HP with instant ink.

It seems my previous printer, though I deleted it, remained in HP print and scan doctor. Being technologically challenged, using my phone was not an option for me. A printed owner's guide would have been great to have.

The colors were fine, black was bold. I have not made copies but was able to scan documents with no problem. I would recommend this printer to the average person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made me change my mind I have not owned an inkjet printer for quite some time now. Main reason was high cost of ink, ink dries up. I switched to a 4-in-1 laser printer and been using it for years and has been quite satisfied. I gave inkjet printers a chance again and got this unit -- and honestly, I started loving it. Why? Here's a few points: 1. Functionality Coming from a 4in1, the only thing i dont have is a fax functionality which I never used. Who does fax these days? I still have copy, scan and print function. 2. Size I didn't expect this to be a factor but seeing how compact this is vs my current laser printer. Its definitely a space saver! 3. Weight This by far is impressive nothing that this is a 3 in 1. This weigh far lighter than my existing printer even without the toner. 4. Quality The print quality is great. I use this for printing graphic design work i use for our business and its what i expect it to see. 5. Cost I think this is the biggest win for me. Coming from a BW laser printer, any work i need to print will cost me about $1 to print. With the new HP ink program, i get to use my $1 to print a lot more at the convenience of home. Definitely a time saver as the closest Print center is about 15 mins from me. With high cost of gas and the need to print stuff before office hours, having this printer is a god send! 6. Ease of setup The wizard guides you thru everything from unboxing to getting connected to network to loading your own ink and setting up your hp account for the program. It was a breeze! Things I kinda miss that not a deal breaker: - having a paper tray that can hold 1 ream of paper - feed loader for items to scan Definitely enjoying my printer! I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Yes, it was a cheap printer so besides the features I didn't get, like double sided printing, I am struggling to even get the printer to feed a single sheet of paper, it will grab all the paper in the holder and feed all through. I am stuck hand setting a single sheet of paper for each page I need printed. Frustrating!!!! Probably fine for a student~ I'll be replacing ASAP~

The fact that it comes with the instant ink is a game changer for me as I don't have to worry about running out of ink and being out of service while I order more. I have already received ink from instant ink. This is such an innovative service and it's fairly cheap. I like that it prints fairly fast. No more waiting forever for a page to print. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the printer and would recommend to anyone who needs a household printer.

Just plug in, download an app, create an HP account, follow the prompts, and print! It’s definitely a great printer for someone who isn’t familiar with printers or tech savvy. There was also easy instructions to connect to WiFi: The text quality is better than I expected. I use a printer mainly to print labels, coupons, and photos. This little printer does all of those very well, and easily. The six months of free ink is an added bonus because the ink is quite pricey and uses quite a bit, that’s the only reason I didn’t give it five stars. The HP Instant Ink program with HP+ is only 99 cents a month, can save you up to 50% on ink and free delivery. I think it’s an innovative program and is extremely helpful. Nowhere does it specify that this printer cannot connect to wifi networks with wpa3 security. I just assumed that a modern day printer would be able to do this. The printer also did not come with a USB cable to connect it directly to my computer, so I had to order a cable separately. I am annoyed that I will not be able to use the wireless printing feature, which is literally the reason that I bought this particular printer. If HP is incapable of making wireless printers that connect to all types of wifi networks, the very least that they can do is include a USB cable so you can actually USE the printer. Very disappointed.

The only way I've managed to print anything is to email the dang thing, and then it may print in 5 minutes or it may print in 3 hours. You can't interact with it at all; it prints off instructions and status updates instead of having a display screen. And when I do manage to print anything, it's blurry or misaligned or only half the page prints legibly. I'm throwing it in the trash.

Pictures came out in great quality and had great color. My documents printed out fast. I loved that this printer had some great additions like the copier. I loved the instant ink program that I used with this printer as well. I don’t have to worry about running out of ink in a inconvenient time or worry about running to the store it comes straight in the mail to me and I love that I can send back used ink cartridges to help reduce waste.

I was able to scan a document off my smartphone and printed it out. Not only that I had a project I was working on and needed some photos and when I printed them off they were simply amazing and looked exactly like the photo off my smartphone. HP offers 6 months of free ink with this printer at a reasonable prices and they will be shipped to your home based on your printing needs. I love that bc I print a lot of stuff. Enrolling in the ink program is very simple and you can save alot of money instead of running from store to store comparing prices or having to wait until the product comes in if it’s out of stock. I recommend this printer for anyone that is looking for one trust me you want be disappointed and you’ll be recommending it after you’ve used it

I initially received this printer and quickly put it to use for my children's school projects. It prints very quickly for its size and fits in any desk or corner of your home. The color printing quality was better than I expected and have been finding myself constantly utilizing it. The HP Instant ink program I will say is a game changer. From the moment you set up your new printer it automatically walks you through the steps for setting it up and will send new ink refills to your door before you run out. This is super important for me as a busy mom. It is one less thing to remember and keep on my to do list.Even though I have a printer at work nothing beats the ease of having one on hand whenever you need one. This model doesn’t disappoint and would highly recommend this printer to anyone.

The hardest laser was getting the printer to connect with my wifi. Set up couldn’t be dim on my computer, so I had to download app and do everything on my phone. Connected with wifi and was able to print. Pretty decent prints of black and white AND color. Up to 100 sheets of paper per load is cool. I really like the subscription because I’ll never have to worry about running out of ink as it is all monitored. That is a plus! The insta ink program is defina plus. I love the fact that I’ll never have to worry about running low on ink and the prices for ink are way better than purchasing from stores. The cartridges are recycled as well. It is a win/win.

I love that it connects to the wifi so everyone in the house can use it. As part of the setup process, it gave me a special link I could send to my family which made it very easy for them to connect to the printer. I can even print from my phone! The ink cartridges it came with ran low after printing three pages, but with HP+ new cartridges were shipped to me automatically and arrived before the ink ran out. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback, but I would pay full price for this printer without hesitating.

It was already set up by my spouse and now it is my turn to review it! I need to use the scanner copy and printer occasionally for work and keepsaking. I was able to set it up on an app on my phone pretty easily. I am only used to computer-to-printer types. So with it being wireless, I couldn't connect it but seen I had to enable bluetooth! Everything else was an easy step by step process. Once I located my printer on the phone app it was set up and ready to use. I like that I can be in a different room and send pictures or documents straight to the printer. Overall it can take awhile to set it up but it is very convenient to be able to print wirelessly. The scan and copy function is simple to use no instructions needed anyone can figure it out quickly.

It was also easy for my desktop to find the printer and install it. It prints both black and color well. My first ink is on its way with the 6 mo. subscription activation and am thrilled they take the cartridges back for a recycling program. Even with just the setup ink, I think we've printed well over 50 pages. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't print front and back on its on. I have to physically put the piece of paper back into the tray to get it to print on the back and then hit continue on the computer - which is a slight hassle when the printer is on the other side of the room from the computer. (My previous printer just sucked it back in and did it on its own, which is a perk all printers need today I feel.) The scanning and copying is just a touch of a button, which will be handy when needed. I received a discount on the printer in exchange for my honest opinion.

I have tried printing text documents, images and pictures with different types of paper and all come crisp and clear. The copy mechanism is also very fast. I love my new printer and it is definitely an upgrade from my last. I have yet to receive ink, but I am excited to never have to purchase myself again. One less task for this busy working mom. This printer printed ok but I didn’t realize it didn’t print 2 sided unless I took the paper out turned it around and put it back in to print the other side. Also didn't like the paper loading sticking straight up in the back. It wouldn't fit in my computer cabinet. I sent it back and ordered a different printer. Hope I will like the next one much better.

Also I had to copy a document with a light blue bar - the light blue bar did not show up. On my (stripy color) printer- means I get strips on colors, the blue line did show up.

It required intervention of HP techs on initial installation, and, three weeks latter, when the machine failed to scan. It works well when it works - which it now seems to do. However, considering how much time and trouble HP techs had to extend to get it on line and working, I "hold my breath" every time I print or scan a document.

It was easy to set up, simple to use and figure out, and has been a great addition to print pictures, invites, flyers, and more! The printer is true to color printing and the paper tray actually worked (I’ve owned 3 printers before this one and the paper tray catcher never caught the paper and mixed the documents up). It’s a great size (not too large and just perfect enough for anything you want to print). The Bluetooth is a great feature so you can print right from your phone. It was easy to use with just a couple of clicks! The ink program for this printer is VERY innovative. While my product came with 6 months free ink, the fact that I can order ink and have it shipped directly to my door is a game changer! Cartridges are very budget-friendly and I can change or cancel my plan anytime I want! For once, I never have to worry about running out of ink again! I highly recommend this printer whether you need it for simple day-to-day scan and printing tasks or if you’re a business owner wanting something to print flyers in true-to-color print! I used shipping label format for online sales without any issues. Had a slight issue with the printer cartridge, but it wasn’t a big deal. Glad it is light weight, and travels well. The instant ink feature is very useful and convenient. I’m not a fan of buying ink replacement, most of the time I forget the cartridge number, this feature is definitely is a plus ! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a dependable printer, money best spent on another product I am a fan of HP products, so I bought this printer with the expectation that it would carry on in the tradition of all the HP printers I'd bought before it that were reasonably priced and lasted for years. This was bought for a small space for some light printing - an email or recipe now and then. It printed OK initially, but then started to print very faintly and then just spat out blank pages. I thought perhaps the ink catridges had run dry quickly, so I replaced them, but still ran into the same issue over and over. The advice given was to unplug it for a bit, then plug it back in to reset it. You shouldn't have to do this over and over again. Very disappointed and frustrated.

The set up was pretty easy through the app. I'm using a Chromebook, so about 3/4 way through the set up there was an error. It took me quite a while to troubleshoot how to connect the printer to the Chromebook, but finally I figured it out and it has been smooth sailing ever since! It prints quickly and quietly. The price point makes it an affordable option for light use. The ink subscription has an easy opt out if you're not ready to commit yet. It has a double-sided printing, it has great picture quality, it prints out documents very well and also very fast it is a very easy printer to use you can set it up right from your Android or iOS phone just download it the HP app from the app store and you can set everything up right there and you can start using your printer right away it is not hard to use it is very easy all the instructions are very self-explanatory and the pictures and the documents come out perfect so I would recommend this HP Deskjet 2755 e to anybody that is looking for it all in one printer scanner copier but they're not looking for something that is hard to use they want something simple I would say the HP Deskjet 2755 e is the one to choose. It also comes with the inkjet package that comes in very handy , and the inkjet package that comes included with the HP Deskjet 2755 e it comes in very handy because it has like three different subscriptions that you can choose from for how many pages you can print out for one month and how much it would cost like 50 pages for $3 and so on and etc, and you also get six months of instant ink for free with this package,very helpful, when you're printer says your low on ink just reorder new ink for free during your trial period and it can be done by the app on your phone and there your all taken care of ,the HP instant ink is a very useful thing to have with your printer package.

The product I received was the HP Deskjet 4155e Printer, and I absolutely Love it. My old printer was outdated and this one is like a dream. I prints perfectly. It has Dual-band Wi-Fi Connectivity with self-reset. I Love the functions. Of this Printer... Print, Scan, and Copy. It's Great for everyday use and is very easy to use. It would be ideal for someone running a Small Business. This HP Deskjet Printer came with a 6 month trial of HP+ with Instant Ink. After , 6 months you can continue the membership and pay the monthly fee or cancel, whichever you choose. The only thing I did not like was I found this HP+ Instant Ink a little misleading. When reading everything before taking the offer it sounded like you could get 6 months of replacement ink free. It could have been worded different. Other thank that, I'm completely satisfied with My Printer. I can highly recommend this one. If you want a Printer that's easy to use and works Great, this one is for you.

I thought it was too good to be true, since it doesnt even require a credit card to initiate. But when you cancel the subscription, they immediately deactivate your ink. So your ink is trash and you either resubscribe or go and buy new ink. SUCH A SCAM

I didn't think I needed a wireless printer but being able to use the mobile app and print from wherever I am is a really great function! If I'm in the kitchen and decide I'd rather have a paper copy of a recipe instead of looking at the phone over and over, I can print it immediately and have my daughter run to the printer and grab it for me. It's so convenient! The print quality is great, the color vibrant. It's easy to use and so was the set up. The only cons I have found so far are that the scanning seems really slow and it is quite loud. Overall, I'm very happy with this printer and it's great for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prefect for home use. I don't use a printer everyday but at least weekly. My previous printer was on its last leg and I really needed a new one. I am so happy I went this the HP DeskJet 2755e. Its a decent size, small enough to sit on top of one of my bookshelves. Setting it up took about 15 minutes and it was ready to print. As for printing, it does a great job. Its really quick and surprisingly quite. Even on its normal print settings, it isn't loud. So far I have been able to print coupons, doctor forms, school work and shipping labels with ease. Even scanning things is a breeze. I was a little nervous at first about having to have an app to use and set up but the app has been really helpful and had a lot of cool things I could print. Also another cool thing about the HP Deskjet 2755e is that it offers you a 6 month trial of HP Instant Ink. HP Instant ink of a great program for those who hate running out of ink at the wrong time. They send you new cartridges of ink when your running low and even send you paper if you want it too. You also get a little bag that allows you to return the old ink cartridges to be recycled. All you need to do is sign up and pick which plan works for you. I go with the 50 pages a month, as I don't print a lot, but I believe it goes up to 700 pages a month, so its good for businesses too. Also your unused pages rollover, so if you have the 50 page plan and only use 30, the left over 20 pages can still be used next month. This plan is amazing and saves a lot of money in the long run. Overall, the HP DeskJet 2755e is a great printer and even greater with the HP Instant ink program. If your looking for a simple but amazing printer for simple home use or for printing homework or coupons, this is the printer for you. 100% recommended. Able to print with a phone and Also tried color printing from the Laptop and in both the cases print quality was good. Printer does not have a feeder for scanning, have to scan one page at a time. As far as the hp instant ink program I do and don't like it. I like that I don't have to worry about running out of ink but what I don't like is that I'm charged every month whether I use 0 pages or if I go over the allowed amount of pages they charge you per page and it's kinda ridiculous in my opinion.

I realize I don't have the best internet service how ever that is what I have. That internet service works fine with my HP officejet 6600. I bought the printer from Walmart and tried to return it. I was told I would need to return it to HP.I tried that and had no luck.So it looks like I am stuck with a printer that i can't use.

This printer is lightweight, so it is easy to transfer room to room - I bring it to the living room and my kids sometimes bring it to their rooms. This printer is very easy to set-up, no tech skills needed. The HP Deskjet 2755E is a basic printer- no bells and whistles on them. You set-up, print from a computer or phone and that’s it. I would have loved to have a top load printer to scan documents. The best thing about this printer is the Ink Subscription, HP monitors the ink status and will send you ink when you are almost out! The print quality is very good- I even printed a photo of my son and it came out great! Overall this is a decent and affordable printer. I would recommend this to friends if the only need a basic printer.

My husband asked me if we could change our printer and try this out and I was pretty open since we are not able to print color with out laser printer. Seeing the printer, I love the lightweight and white look. It matches our new home. It still also have the scan and copy feature which is something I enjoyed with our laser 4-in-1 printer. Things I love about this: 1) WIRELESS - No cables except for power cord of course 2) MOBILE PRINT - Print directly from your phone 3) QUIET - Prints quietly 4) NO HASSLE INK - This is a game changer. Inkjet cartridge cost got me turned off to having an inkjet printer but with HP instant ink, I get the ink replacement timely without the cost of buying a full cartridge. Love this subscription model -- one of the few that I enjoy.

If you want to make a copy don't place the paper like everyone else does, do the opposite. i ended buying a different brand and I will be throwing this printer out. Never again for HP printers.

Then I called customer service and it took two and a half hours for them to get it to work. They had to install new drivers. This product should have worked out of the box!! Avoid this model.

I had previously owned an HP printer that I thought was a good little number but wow now that I have this I was in the dark! Set up was easy- once I realized that I couldn't use the same cord as my other HP printer. All I had to do was download the HP app. I love all of the functions that it has- print (obviously) copy, fax, scan. The control panel is easy to use but the best thing of all is you can do all of the functions from your phone. I think it prints pretty fast compared to my other printer. I also love the 6 months of instant ink-- Your printer monitors the ink and will send out ink when you are getting low. Which works great for me- I never pay attention to that much. I 100% would recommend this printer. I love it and I think it works great!! I received this product at a discount for my honest review.

The answer I saw on line was use your phone as a hot spot twice a month. Completely useless, if you're going to make printers require Internet access to work, then come up with a way to do it over the computer.

I print documents from my phone daily. I print documents, recipes, scan pages, and make copies. The setup was a breeze with the easy to see and use screen. There aren't any confusing or complicated buttons. It is a simple setup and a simple printing process. The printer cones with black and colored cartridges to get you started. I like the streamlined design that doesn't take up too kuch space. I like the easy to use panel and the consistent printing that hasn't had any jams. I am most pleased with the long range of wireless printer thst I can use if I am in other rooms of our home. I would recommend this particular printer to someone who has basic printing needs and doesn't need all of the bells and whistles of larger and more extensive printers. What makes this printer unique is the HP ink renewal program where you get ink for your printer in time for your next batch of printing needs when it runs low. You won't run out because the printer keeps tabs on how much ink you have left and reorders your ink to be delivered before it runs out. This is extremely useful and convenient for someone trying to juggle everything that is hoing on and still have the necessary tools to complete tadks, such as printing. I really like the HP instant renewal because it hives my printer a step up on printers of the past. Always being stocked on ink is important to me and my need is fulfilled.

The Hp Smart app made the process even easier for me to use it. Finally a high quality printer that even somebody like me can use. I also have the HP instant ink and paper program it comes at a really good price and you never run out of ink or paper I don't know of any other company out there that does that, and I know I checked. Has to be one of the most Innovative things HP has ever done. Whenever my paper or ink gets low I automatically get a message letting me know they are preparing my shipment of new ink and paper and it always arrives before I ever run out. I am sold on HP's newly updated printers. I would recommend Hp & the insta ink program to any, affordable to anyone.

I would recommend this printer to any and everyone that I come across. Has to be by far the best HP product that has been made. It gets 4.9 out of 5.0 stars in my opinion. I also do find this product to be one of the most innovative that HP has released. And yes I absolutely love the HP Instant Ink Service. That is the most convenient of all of it.

Even if you are not text savvy HP made this printer easy to set up and use. I like that it has no lag time on the printing you hit print it prints quickly with great quality. I also signed up for the instant ink and paper it was an amazing price for it nobody could be that package deal that HP is offering. One of the best things about the instant ink and paper is it knows I'm running low before I realize it and it is always in my mailbox before I ever run out. This is a nice high quality easy to use printer I would recommend it to anybody whether it's for personal use or for business.

If I had to, I wouldn't buy again, not worth the extra expense of having to buy ink. I tried to set up the ink replacement, but it wouldn't go through and wasn't easy to try and set up.

I was a little skeptical about the Hewlett-Packard Brand because I had a printer from them before that did not perform very well. This one is OK, good for a basic things like printing out word documents or shipping labels, which is pretty much all that I do. I usually print out in grayscale as well. I would not recommend this for photos, and I don’t like that you cannot do an automated double sided printing. But overall, for the discounted price as well as the instant ink option, I am satisfied. It is the size you would expect and has a good Wi-Fi connectivity. Instant ink option is a wonderful idea because I do not print out very many pages per month. I just wish there was a number between 10 and 15 that I could purchase for the monthly income out because my total runs between those two numbers. I am glad to be on that system now again instead of paying so much for ink and having to go out and buy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small and Compact! Perfect for my home office I just recently purchased the HP DeskJet 2755e to pair with my HP Laptop and it's top notch amazing quality. It fits perfectly in my home office cubicle. It's very quiet when it's printing and learning how to navigate the printer and use all of its functions has been super easy to learn. I would recommend this printer to anyone who loves printing for different reasons, whether it be for personal or business. This printer can literally do any and everything! It's been great having a printer here at home. I have found that having a printer at home has been very useful and it gives me more time to spend doing other things. The Wi-Fi compatability is amazing! I love how it comes with the HP Instant Ink program as well. Having the Instant Ink program that comes with the printer makes this purchase even better. Its great having that subscription. Its an innovative idea and I'd definitely keep the subscription so i won't have to worry about refills or running out of ink. Overall, this is the best printer on the market and I would highly recommend purchasing if you are looking for one.

I knew you could use it wirelessly but no where does it say that the only way you can set it up AND use it is with it always being hooked up to the wireless internet. I've had other wireless printers from other companies and never HAD to have the wireless internet to use it. I don't have a wireless router so this is useless to me except as a paper weight. I will be returning it to walmart. I always had luck with HP in the past with printers, but now I don't know if they have a printer for the average person anymore. Thanks HP for letting me down. And false advertising on your boxes.

Easy hookup to the computers in the house as well as the bluetooth on our phones. Super simple to print on the go. I love the instant ink feature, never have to worry about running out of ink again. Small and compact makes it easy to sit nicely on a desk without being big and bulky. The best feature is by far the wireless printing feature. The quality of printing is really good. Nice bright ink on the papers it printers.

I should have returned it the day l bought it (but was working and teaching all the time so..) when this "super simple set up" took up most of my day. To get instant ink in order to print you have to have the printer code. In order to get the printer code you HAVE to print it. Similarly setting it up sends you in circles if there's any hiccups. Connecting to wifi with no screen made me want to pull my hair out. It wouldn't connect via the app guided process, no ethernet cord, and and the alternative processes sent me in circles saying it needed something I couldn't give it until I connected to wifi. A mess. I grew up working in tech for my dad and mom, so it's not that I just don't know how to use technology. For all it costs, you could spend the same amount on a much better set up.

Print Quality is also good and we were able to scan the documents from the phone app or from laptop. We also enrolled in Ink promotion and got the printer Ink in a week from HP. I’ve had to scan my drivers license and other documents and the quality is superior. Setup is very simple. I’ve had wireless printers before so I found it a snap to set up to our home wifi. Love that it comes with a one year warranty and the best part is 6 months of free ink. Highly recommend the HP DeskJet 2755e all in one printer!

The printing quality is great, printing speed is good, scanner works fine, etc. The setup was SUPER easy. However, I had to change to the wifi network after a couple days and it took me awhile to figure out how to do that. You are able to press certain buttons on the printer and it will print directions for different things which I thought was super cool. The printer has an app you can download to control and maintain your printer and also print from anywhere. How cool is that?! The best part is it comes with 6 months of free ink. NO STRINGS ATTACHED! You don't have to put you're card info in and then cancel later which is the most awesome thing ever. The only dislike about it is that I thought it would send ink monthly for those 6 months but it only sends when you need it. So if you don't use the printer then you're not going to get any ink. The ink is also super easy to change. So overall, I am SO happy with this printer and all the benefits that came with it and will always recommend to anyone!

The print speed is nice, not as fast as some, but fast enough to get the job done. It was easy to set-up. Installing ink cartridges is much easier and quicker than my old printer. Downloading rhe app and connecting to my phone was easy using Bluetooth. I am able to reconnect quickly whenever I need to print from my phone. Copying pages with the push of a button is nice. The pages print clearly. I have not encountered any issues in the month that I have been using the printer. Does everything I need it to do. I like this printer, being able to print, copy or scan an image from my own home whenever needed is great. This printer has been very useful to me for different projects, printing documents for school, copying papers for children for school, etc. I like that it is compact and lightweight, I can move it wherever I need or store it on a shelf when not in use. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback. The HP Instant Ink service is a great service to have attached to my printer. It keeps track of my printing and only sends me the ink I need. I can pick the which print service I want based on what I usually print and auto pay each month. They send me ink when I am running low. I never run out of ink and don't have to worry about keeping track of ink levels so I can run to the store for more ink.

I probably printed about 40 pages and then I was alerted that ink was low. Also it’s not clear on the instructions or the app how to use the scanner. But I would definitely suggest this printer for anyone that needs a lightweight color printer.

There are so many different printers available now, so it was exciting to find such an impressive model at a good price. It was insanely easy to setup and hook up to our network, wifi and USB connectivity as well as Bluetooth for mobile printing. The printer has a nice lcd screen and a good size paper feed. Of course , it also has great scanning and copying capabilities as well. I can do everything right from your smartphone with the app, print from ANYWHERE, print photos right from your camera or social media and even keep an eye on ink levels. One of the best features is the 6 months of HP Instant Ink free. The HP app can also tell me when I’m running low and can refill or set up a monthly order for more ink, I can also adjust or cancel mypreferences at anytime. HP Instant Ink will be saving me a lot of money, especially with 4 kids in school and a small business that all require daily printing.

I am a Scentsy Consultant and I am all-the-time sending mail to my customers. I would be more pleased if it held more paper. I also print ebooks for a job I'm training for and it's time-consuming to get the paper in correctly. The paper slot is not that big and I have to "fight" with it to get it in there. I am also loving the 6 months of FREE Instant Ink. Instant Ink in the best ever. If you do have issues there is a wonderful video on the internet to assist you. This printer has a scanner, the monthly HP ink program and is sleek and modern looking. Not bulky or take up a lot of space. I use it for personal and business use and so far so good. I use it also with my Cricut to print stickers, pen wraps and such. When you do print you can print to the printer also from your telephone. I am very pleased with this printer. I do like the fact you can join the HP ink program to send you cartridges when your ink gets low. They have varying packages from as little as $10 up to $24 for your cartridge and the ability to print what you need. Cartridges are easy to install.

Upon set up, I had a defective black cartridge, which made it imperative I set up my courtesy 6 month automatic ink refill service. Upon finally receiving the proper cartridge (2 day turnaround!), I was able to completely set up my printer. The printing quality is above average and comes out relatively clean with the use of bright white paper. The speed of printing is a letdown, but definitely not a deal breaker. The receptacle holding the paper is on the small side. So keep this in mind if you're printing large projects. The accompanying app works wonderful when on the go. I was able to completely link the printer to the app after I received the replacement black cartridge.

Setup was really easy...connect to the internet, download the app and follow the instructions and 10 minutes later the printer is optimized and ready to use. Prints are fast, precise and data I say, fun. There are so many different ways to access the printer that it makes print jobs easy to do from anywhere. For a base model printer, I have to say I'm really impressed. Very nice quality machine and prints and giving you a 6 month subscription for ink is a great way to just enjoy what you need to do and not worry if you're going to run out. A great printer is essential for business and a printer with all these features take one less worry of your mind, knowing you're covered automatically for ink and paper. Great job HP!

This printer is very light weight which made it portable enough to move in my office and home with ease. Set up was incredibly easy and it came with the initial ink cartridges needed. The quality of the print is also very good. My items printed without smearing and the picture quality was fantastic. The white color will certainly go with any motif and looks great next to my brick walls. I do wish you could personalize the appearance of the printer (like have one with your face on the printer or a favorite pet, etc) yet I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone seeking a good printer. It scans, prints, and is Bluetooth compatible. It is pretty durable, too. Definitely worth getting! I just wanted to touch on the Instant Ink. It is stellar with a clean professional print that doesn't smear or feather. The cartridges last a surprisingly long time and print out presentation ready!

The printer works, because I was able to get it to print from my phone. But there are no drivers for it when I try to set it up manually, and the computer won't open the HP Smart App. We're willing to buy another printer, but it can't be HP--because their tech support couldn't help, and their app won't work on this unit. (Yes, it is up to date and running Monterrey).

Hung up and 1 hour later had same thing happen. Then figured out it will not print double sided, and I wanted that, so sending it back for another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from needs a LOT of special care i got DJ2755e because it stated that it could use 5G network. it does NOT. i am having difficulty with HP InstantInk services because they say i need to have 2.4G but my internet provider only uses 5G. i have to work at getting it to print, scan, or any other function. i used to love HP printers, now not so much. if you say a product can do something, then it should. if your InstantInk program needs to be adjusted to obtain info from a 5G network, then you should fix that too.

The hp smart software cannot stay open for 5 minutes without crashing, and it refusing to accept the id so if I wanted to I couldn't even use it. I have to reset it several time before it even boots and when it does its a 20/50 shot at it actually working. Signed up for the hp instant ink because of the free trial, never received my ink and now just want the thing out of my life but I don't have enough money to replace it. I guess it makes sense why it was the last one at walmart

This one on the other hand, is just useful as a cutting board (speaking of Deskjet 2700-2755 AiO series). The wifi feature doesn't work, the HP Smart soft coming with the product doesn't recognize the printer. You would think that by plugging via USB would work as well as plug-and-go? No, it doesn't. If you want to buy an AiO printer, skip this one unless you're in need of a useless decoration and waste of space/resources.

You can work your printer from your phone, tablet,and laptop easy transition. pricing very reasonable for the model. I would definitely recommend this product for ease of set up, Pricing and styling. We mainly use the printer for Color prints and legal documentation. We have been life long HP users because of the quality workmanship and reliability. Is the HP desk jet 2755E all-in-one printer is definitely a quality product. Oh I forgot about the colored cartridges purchasing through website you will find automatic refill option very convenient. If you ever have any issues there is a 1 800 number where you can talk to someone at any time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roller broke in less than 2 months I did not have an issue with my previous HP Deskjet. It lasted a few years, but this new one lasted less than 2 months before the roller stopped working. When paper is placed in the paper is torn apart as it pulls it into the printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP "S Mode" laptop can only run Microsoft apps I bought the HP laptop and took it home planning to research the machine before I opened the box. The machine runs "Windows S." I did not know what "Windows S" meant for an operating system. Turns out, only programs purchased at the Microsoft Store can be loaded onto this machine. Since I am a programmer, I understand this "mode" to be exclusive to Microsoft. I write programs in Pascal and other language to be run on my machine. Since my home grown programs do not sell at the Microsoft Store, I would be unable to execute any program I created. I took this unit back to WalMart and received a full refund. I would put a label on the outside of the box: "WARNING: THIS MACHINE CAN ONLY RUN MICROSOFT STORE APPS! User created programs cannot be executed on this machine."

Print quality just isn't as good as needed. Also had trouble w/set up on computer - ended up not being set up and took forever on iphone. ------------ Was looking for a good printer for stickers for my business. Print quality was the same as others which wasn't good enough. I like this printer for printing documents but anything that needs to print on sticker paper was disappointing. Roller lines on the paper. Also took forever to set up on my phone and in the end never even connected to my computer after hours of troubleshooting. Also went though the HP app for support and sent me to a scam number!! NEVER GIVE ACCESS to anyone onto your computer. Overall very frustrating and for returns there's still a 15% restock fee.

It never works, I have to unplug it every time I want to print something because it goes to remote print status every time and it will never print that way. It always wants me to put new ink in it and it wont work if I don't. I regret buying this because I rely on printing for school and my small business and it is costing me money. Not to mention even after doing many alignments it still wont print correctly. It also relies on wifi so if you change your password good luck trying to connect your printer again.

My envy was much easier to manage and I still have the ink from it. I am paying a monthly fee but don't have extra ink. It's pretty delicate plastic not sturdy and the paper flies all over out of the printer. I have always recommended HP to friends not this time.

The printer continuously freezes, none of the buttons work including the power button. We have to unplug the machine to reset this happens every week. At this point we will contact HP service and very disappointed with this model. We purchased both the computer and printer directly from HP

I had a hard time setting it up, the SMART set up was anything but smart. It kept freezing and wouldn't let met get out the app. If I want more than 1 page to print, I have to press the additional page button (why)? And with no warning all of a sudden the ink light comes on and I cannot print any more until I order more ink, (I guess)! I should have just gotten a better printer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice printer for the price. Needs cable to work. I've only had this printer since May 5, 2021 and I haven't used it that much. In part, because of the pandemic (Covid 19). So, here's my take as of now: So far the printer won't work without a cable cord after reading that it's supposed to print over WiFi. Luckily, I saved my cable from my last printer (HP DeskJet F4180. I loved that printer but it stopped grabbing the paper). Anyways, it feels good to have a newer printer by a company I believe in. I wish it came in the color Black but oh well. One nice thing that HP did was that they registered my product for me. I'd been under the weather and registration wason my "To Do" list. That was so kind of them. Thanks HP!

My old printer had the feature of printing on both sides of the paper. I did not read all the specs on this one as it does not print on both sides. It was easy to connect other devices to the printer through WiFi and was easier to use with all devices that were connected than a wired printer every was. I really enjoy the printer and the price was right.

In addition, the ink was so expensive so I searched online and saw the latest wireless printer for my classes, so I saw it and bought it immediately. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I have been accustomed to a better quality photo outcome. I apparently didn't think it through, and should have bought a Photosmart. I am going to keep this one but will probably be purchasing a photo-only printer sometime in the near future. I do like this printer; I just wish it made better quality pictures.

I have discovered that because of the Instant Ink option that was pushed on me, the thing won't print when your internet provider has an outage. I tried to hook it up with the cord, but got the error message that HP needs a 100%, full time internet connection for the printer to work. Absolutely unacceptable. Lesson learned. Do not sign up for anything and just use store-bought cartridges for freedom of printing.

On both of them, I can't print more than 30 copies with an ink cartridge, which make it more than 1$ per copy. If it was only one, I could think of a printer issu, but since both are having the same problem, even if they are more than 100km apart, I think the printer is the problem.

Unfortunately it decided it was time to go and I went looking for a replacement. I wanted a printer that wasn't complicated. That could print both letter and legal size, scan and used WIFI. You feel like you're going to break something every time you pull out the paper tray. Loading fresh paper isn't as smooth, and the HP Smart app is weird: Will not print duplex. I'm busy and I just want things to work. If I set a preference for double-sided, I do not then want to trouble shoot for half an hour. Very annoying. Also printing itself seems much slower than on the old model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from empty tri color cartridge in dire need of new printer and this one has stood out and done a great job...only observation is the tri color cartridge included with the printer never did work properly because there was only a trace of ink in it...when new cartridge installed all was well...original black is still working but not for much longer...i know they are not full cartridges included with original purchase but maybe add a little to the price of the machine and include full cartridges with the machine...sure would save original headaches and do wonders for customer relations...

I know computers, printers, modems, routers, etc. I can say, objectively and sincerely, that this printer blows. The HP "SMART" (come on, guys) app is horribly designed software. The sheer volume of requests for me to log in to the app, to sign up for their ink subscription service, to RE-CONNECT THE PRINTER TO WI-FI EVERY TIME I WANT TO USE IT... it's useless. Bloated with gross, intrusive requests for personal info, creating accounts, subscribing to ink services, etc. Honestly, buy anything else. This company is gross, and this product is garbage.

I have to fixed it from time to time which is frustrating but the rest functionality is good for a budget wise printer. But with Envy Inspire 7255e everything was flawless. My Win 7 desktop does not have that. It is not visible on the network. Printer is supposed to be Win 7 compatible. My New, just bought pc with Win 10 might have wireless, but it is stuck at the login screen due to login issues. I can't get anywhere with the New Printer. I spent several hundred dollars on a HP Printer and a HP dedtop PC just so I can print. I still can't print!

Turns out that I have learned to love this color printer for use with my Christmas Gifts this year. I am learning how to paint in acrylic/oil on canvas. Each of my four children sent a few photos of the most Wonderful Places they have been, any of which they would appreciate a large wall painting of. Using my brand new HP Deskjet 2755e All-in-one printer with the built in Wi-Fi connection. I just printed the photo directly from my Smart Phone and printed the image on a full sheet of paper. Wow, I was impressed. I have never been a "Teckie" and was concerned that I would not be able to make this work. I was wrong. This baby was up and running in no time. This H.P Printer has been a true bessing to me from the moment it arrived.

I tried to use HP customer support and webpages but they were very unhelpful. From the start, their HP App would seem to freeze during setup and it took me multiple tries until I was able to finish the process. I tried to troubleshoot some issues like alignment and cleaning via the HP App and the software always seems to freeze midway through the process. Very unhelpful tools and services.

I purchased it in September for occasional home printing and have had to fight with it every single time I've wanted to print something. Whether it is offline, has an error message, or simply doesn't print the queue, this printer just does not work consistently (it barely works at all). I have to troubleshoot every time I go to print. Some issues include, but are not limited to, the wifi not being connected, the "door being open", not giving an option to print in color when color ink is installed, power button blinking for no reason- the list goes on. I am the type of person to search for a solution before getting frustrated. I have used the HP "chat" feature for help. Doesn't work. I have downloaded the "Scan Doctor"- "failed to communicate with your selected product". I unplug the printer basically every time I need to use it- works about half the time. I reset the wifi basically every time I use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. When the wifi isn't connected I've tried the "wifi direct" open to print without internet and it doesn't work. Doesn't even let me connect to the printer. And then, of course, when I try to troubleshoot I'm not connected to my internet anymore so I need to switch back to try and look up the issue. A fun, cyclical problem. Right now all I want to do is print a coupon and I am getting an error message that the "door is open" I have opened the shut the door multiple times, turned off the printer, unplugged the printer. Everything. The HP Smart App says the printer is ready- nope. Doesn't print. Three days ago I wanted to print a resume in color and the printer would not give me the option- only grayscale and black and white. I googled. I restarted. I used the chat app. There is no reason why the printer isn't printing in color and three days later the same thing is happening with a different print job. I am done. This printer is absolute garbage. I thought the HP Smart App would be nice function but when the printer doesn't work the app means nothing. I should have returned it the first time it didn't print well but I thought it was user error and I would get better. I was wrong. A horrible waste of money.

The construction feels cheap, as if it might break when I open the doors. Many of the features require using the internet..could not scan without setting up an online account. This feels invasive to me. Next time I will look at other brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but one complaint Have only owned for a day and like it so far, HOWEVER, following a photo print, it decided to randomly print a "printer needs alignment" page on my LAST SHEET OF PHOTO PAPER which is wholly unacceptable. I've been using printers my whole life and I've never seen a printer print a page unprompted to tell you that it needs alignment, especially when it knows the previous print was on PHOTO PAPER! Whoever decided it should do that needs to be demoted. Really taking the "smart" out of "HP Smart".

I was not told that could be a problem. The printer is working through direct wifi. I am disappointed with the inability to connect to wifi, including through an ethernet cable, as this model does not have a port to connect with such cable.

It’s truly a useful tool building a house where I’m living in an apartment in the lane but I’m having a house built on is 10 miles away. My builder is forever emailing me invoices for the subcontractors and I can just print them out from the worksite and have them ready and waiting on when I come home to write the bill and be done with it! So I love the convenience!

Next, I was not able to activate the “free ink” (one of the reasons I purchased) and ran out of ink after about 15 colored copies. This is not a good choice for a teacher. I wish I could return.

It was one of the options that I really liked, but when I went online to sign up for the instant Inc. it said that my printer was not Adaptable. It is the only reason I bought the printer well other than I needed one but I wanted the instant Inc. and I was told I could have it and now I can’t and I’m very disappointed

Unfortunately, it is unable to connect to Wifi even though it is in the same room as my router so I have to connect with a cord if I want to print anything. Esthetically pleasing, but leaves a lot to be desired in the way it works.

The 2755e would not connect with older devices on/through the home network. Got a lot of advice, tips, and help from HP. HP help finally gave up and had nothing more to offer. I returned HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer and still looking for our replacement printer.

The explanation of how to use is vague and I had to guess how to use the keys, however the software on the computer is the same and works the same, this is a great feature and I can store scanned documents the same way I did with the previous printer.

It does this every single time. For one thing it doesn't have that specific software to make it go. It will start to print but all I get is blank pages. I try printing 2700 or 2700 smart print; or one other. How many times do I have to print print print it acts like its printing but Nothing is printing on the page. so it goes through like you think it might be printing but it is NOT so frustrating. It will allow me to post a photo here but all I could provide is a blank sheet of paper. I'm done They might have software under a different number, but not this version. It lets me go through an entire check on the computer and then comes up and says. No solution. What the heck is going on with HP. I rate this the worst printer Ever

It was to the point I gave up trying to get it linked to wi-fi and dug out the usb cord(which the advertisement said was not included) only to discover the printer does not have a usb port! Being a novice at hooking up wi-fi and blue tooth devices made it a difficult installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Set Up Difficult I bought an HP for the ink program. I am satisfied with the product, however, they do not make set up easy. I made sure the product I bought stated it was Chromebook compatible. In order to set up the printer on Chromebook, you have to set it up on your phone and then it will hook up. That is something you have to figure out for yourself. Set up is through an app and was useless for Chromebook. The paperwork that comes with the printer is minimal and does not help with set up at all. HP makes it awful hard to use their product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the Money Great inexpensive printer! I like the size and weight of this model. I love that it is only two cartridges: black and tricolor! What I did NOT read prior to purchase is that it does not automatically feed when printing on the back of the paper! I had an HP model that I purchased probably ten or so years ago. I decided to upgrade and just assumed that this model would print on both sides automatically. My fault for not reading. It does not and I have to hand feed the paper back into the printer which is not what I've been accustomed to having to do. I love that I can print from my phone, fax without having a dedicated fax line and all of its features. Unfortunately, I'm unable to print while I'm in bed because it does not automatically print on both sides without operator assistance. I could have returned it but decided not to go through that trouble. I did not want to pay any more money for a printer, which I would have to pay to get one that automatically prints on both sides without operator assistance. Like the older model that I called myself upgrading to get! Again, it's a good buy for the price.

NOTHING!!! My wireless signal works in every space of my 3 story house, so signal strength cannot be the problem. I need a wireless printer, however this is nothing but a nicknack.

I use this to print out my assignments for class as well as my notes. I haven't had any issues with it. Setup was easy for both my computer and my phone. I love being able to print something without needing to have my phone or computer physically connected to the printer.

In 30+ years of having a home computer, this is the first time I have ever called support for a printer or a computer. I needed something simple for light duty, so I chose to go to the HP store online and order this one. HUGE mistake!! It took forever to set up, then I had to hand feed 1 piece of paper at a time, and that wasn't an easy task, teach piece of paper had to be inserted several times before it would actually feed! I guess I will just dump it and buy another brand locally from now on. At this time I have a HP desktop, keyboard & monitor. They seem to be fine, but I will be switching to another brand of printer.

I have been sitting here for 45 minutes and the HP Smart set up is stuck on the Wi-Fi connection second step, Configuration! According to the scanty supplied "Reference Guide" this printer can't be set up without this step. I don't have a "network," this was purchased for home use. I need to actually talk to somebody!

I have 2 other printers in our small business that use Instant Ink and appreciate that program. I like the compactness but was surprised at where the ink is installed (from the front not the top). Works okay, however. Auto 2-sided printing would be nice but not much will be required of this machine, anyway. Print quality is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Printer This HP Deskjet 2755e is a very simple printer and scanner. Getting the printer setup was a little stressful, due to a conflict with the plug and setup. However I went to the Hp website and downloaded the drivers straight from their site. Once I finally got it set up I have not had any futher problems. This printer is very easy to use. I was able to download the Hp smart app for my computer. This app has everything you need in one place like, scan, print, copy, all ink levels, troubleshooting, fax, and support. It makes it easy to access ordering more ink and so much more. This printer is for someone who does not scan and print a lot. For us since we homeschool it was a little harder to use due to the scanning lots of papers at one time took a lot longer to scan in all our paperwork. I still love the printer and the pages printed are very clear and look amazing. When ink gets low it sends out new ink whick take 7 business days. This makes it so much easier to not worry about running out. I have printed about 175 pages so far and this printer has had no problems with each page looking amazing. When my ink was low new ink was sent out and I have yet to run out I love this feature. I can print form anywhere with the wifi feature and smart app on my phone.

I have always had an HP printer and must say that they keep getting better. It is easy to connect to your computer, tablet, cell phone, (multiple devises at once) with a simple to use app. The Wi-Fi functionality is what is most important for me because that also lets me send faxes without having to connect to a land line. The 6 months free ink is a lifesaver right now, because who has time to run to the store for ink (if it is in stock!!). The printer lets you know when you are running low and with the online plan, that has no annual fee, this is one less thing that you have to keep track of. The work is basically done for you!! You also have the free recycling service for your empty cartridges, so you feel good doing something for our World. The only function that I occasionally need is the scanner which on this devise is a hassle because you have to do it by hand one page at a time. Otherwise, this is definitely the printer I would recommend.

I do a fair amount of printing crochet patterns and lots of forms, notices & records for our condo association, so my printer gets a workout. Before I even knew the ink was running low I had received a delivery of ink. It is nice that the printer seems a status report back to HP with the level of ink and HP send the ink cartridges in the mail right away. The quality of the printing it not bad. I am not printing pictures or Anthony that requires high graphics so it fits in well for homeworking. I was able to print about 55 pages back and front with black and color before ink ran low. 1 feature I would of like it to have I 2 sided printing automatically and not have to do it manually. Other than that I would recommend this printer to any household.

This printer works great and does well with all functions. It's very easy to load the cartridges and paper. It is simple to use and the printing is very clear and sharp. I did it all through my phone. I'm really happy that it is wireless because I can print from my phone. I've used it to print pictures, documents, and letters. It prints quick and the results were great. HP has an innovative program I've never seen before in their instant ink, where your printer tells them when you need it.I love the functionality of the delivery of ink based on how much the printer detects is left. It just automatically sends me the ink before I run out. It's not very much per month either so I think I will keep my subscription past my free 6 month trial. I'm printing a montage of photos of me and my new husband in a crazy frame for his birthday. I also want to add it makes copies and scans. You can use multiple paper sizes.

Which is really convenient. The printer came with a 6 month trial of HP+ Instant Ink. Which is really nice. But also a little confusing. Because you don’t receive ink every month. It’s only sent out when your printer shows low ink. And that’s fine for me. I don’t always print a whole lot. The only thing that bothers me is that the printer doesn’t hold very much paper. So you have to refill it more often. I received the HP DeskJet 2755e. ** Disclaimer** I did receive a special deal on this product for my feedback

We have set it up on our computers but also our phones so we can print from anywhere wirelessly from any device. Setup was pretty simple and quick once I downloaded it onto one device, I just repeated the process on each device. I love that the ink is sent automatically when I need it since I always ran out of ink at inconvenient times. The instant ink is an awesome program that sends me ink but also lets me recycle old cartridges easily through the mail. HP has a website with fun printable cards and activities that my kids have absolutely loved printing out and giving to family and friends. Overall, this simple printer performs very well and we're very happy with it. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Loved the ink replacement service, in fact everything was perfect ... until it stopped talking to the wifi, and after a prolonged "service" chat the rep said there was nothing wrong with the printer and unless I allowed them total access to my computer and let them change all my wifi settings (whioch would have shut out every other piece of equipment I have) there was nothing they could do. And this was during the warranty period. And if I wanted to talk to anyone else I would have to pay for the privileged. Goodby HP, hello Canon.

The printing is not super fast, however it gets the job done. I would recommend to anyone working from office and to parents who have kids in school. While connecting to the app it had an error then it took over 30 times of me resetting and unplugging the printer to finally get the app and printer to communicate with each other. Then I could not get the printer to print the alignment no matter what I did it did not do it. I had to leave the printer for 2 days before it automatically printed out the alignment when I went to print something else. By the 3rd day, the printer was working as I wanted and expected it to. Even with the shaky start, I do really enjoy this printer. Since it connects via wifi I don't need to have wires connected or even be in the same room as my printer. I have my printer connected to my cell phone as well as my laptop. As a homeschooling Mom, I love the ability to be able to print worksheets and lessons as soon as I find them when browsing especially from my phone. The scan feature is another feature I really like as it gets sent right to the app quickly. I can even scan to print copies. This printer does everything I need. Included with this printer is a subscription for 6 months of HP+ instant ink. After a few days of registering my printer, I received an email that my first shipment of ink is on its way. This is perfect as it means once the ink that came with the printer runs out I will have its replacement all ready to go. It keeps track of everything for me I don't need to stress out or worry about running out of ink again. I love this I didn't think I would like it but I really do it. It even has an optional service for paper. If you are someone like me who is constantly printing, paper and ink are the last things you want to run out of. The quality of everything I print is wonderful, I have even printed pictures.  At first, I was very frustrated with this printer and thought I would hate it when I had trouble setting it up however, once I got it all working I now can't imagine my day-to-day without it. I love the quality and highly recommend it.

I don't know how I worked from home all this time without this. First the HP Smart program that goes with this is Phenomenal, it pretty much does everything for you. Don't know how to scan its ok HP Smart does it for you, Don't know why it's not printing (I didn't have the paper all the way in) HP Smart will run a report and tell you what the problem is. Did I mention the convenience of being able to print from my phone or computer??? And as if that is not enough it's wireless. Yes wireless!!! No more taking up room on my already crowded desk and more wires to try and hide I put it on the 3 drawer filing cabinet, plug it in and it is ready to go, if everything in my office were this convenient...I have done so much with this already. I created a cook book for my son. I created yearly planners for my daughter and I , and without even thinking about how much ink I have because one day I walked out to the mailbox and there was my ink refills. It knows when it needs ink!!! The quality of the prints are of professional grade, I will show you some of what I have done, I could not be more happy with the HP DeskJet 2755e, It is definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made. With one machine we can use for multiple purposes. It includes printer, scanner and it prints both the side and it comes with the ink campaign and its very reasonable price. We can use it from the phone by simply installing the HP printer app and everyone can do it and the quality is simply amazing. It prints clearly there is no smudge and we can print both the sides. Overall its very easy and best for all ages. The extra ink program is a plus because most printers don't have that option and it saves time and money. Also we there is discount when we order them in first week and the price of the ink is reasonable and it is highly recommended to any small business because its small and suits all your needs.

I'll admit that I have been a die-hard fan for many years with a differant brand who's known for their photo print quality so being biased, I wasn't expecting much with a different brand of printer, but I have been very impressed with using this one. The HP Smart app is very easy to use and includes many, many great templates. The printer was very easy to set up and navigating the print options are very easy to understand and navigate. My only issue is the speed that it prints. It is a lot slower than my other printers, but not a big deal for me so I don't have a problem with the speed. I have been using it as my only printer for about 3 weeks now and I have printed roughly 180 pages so far. Most pages printed were in b&w, but about 25 to 30 were color photographs. The colors are vibrant and clean, but I am most impressed with how true the colors come out. It is by far my favorite thing with using this printer. Very impressed so far.

It's also slow, and the ink smudges on all the pages. It wasn't expensive so I wasn't expecting the best quality, but I'm still disappointed. It's a frustrating little thing.

I ended up having to reset the setup but once I got it done it's been a great printer. There's no streaks in printing, works fast, and the quality is great, both in black and white and color. I think the instant ink and paper subscriptions are great, especially how your printer will recognize that you need them and presto! It works well for someone like me that sometimes has to put off buying more ink cartridges because of the price. This way I can pay monthly and never run out. It prints High Quality Resolution documents and quickly too nothing slow about this printer. Added bonus I can scan a document on this printer to make a copy. HP also offers a nice feature of 6 months of free ink with the printer and reasonable rates to have ink cartridges shipped regularly to my home based on my printing needs. Having the ability that HP knows when my printed needs ink and they ship it automatically is a great idea. Enrolling in their instant ink program can actually save you money vs buying in the store when you actually need a cartridge plus you dont have to worry about running out of ink or chasing down a replacement cartridge at the store because they are shipped to your door HP knows when you are running low on ink. Anyone looking for a easy to use high quality printer I highly recommend this one you won't be disappointed.

It is amazing easy to get to and downloaded app and quick to wireless to my S8 Phone and HP laptop. Tray hold 50 papers but can hold much more bottom tray 25 documents quickly my photo came out vivid colors and clear. Scans and copies documents. Ships ink when needed. I happy satisfied with my Hp deskjet 2755e. Update on my printer. I have made some projects, photos documents and copies. Everything printed out smoothly and colors are bright. So easy to send info to wireless print what I needed. My ink ran out and I am waiting on my free ink. That was easy to get. I just joined for 6 mths free ink made easy to not run out of ink. This is a great printer so happy with it. I recommend.

I definitely would've appreciated more instructions. Considering my last printer was one I had for many years, the way you set up a printer now is definitely different than how you do it today. I think the instructions could've been a lot more helpful. I did eventually figure it all out but it was a little stressful for basically a first timer. This printer is very nice looking and is not bulky at all. It fits in the space I have for it perfectly. The white makes it look very clean. Over the month or so of having it, it's been pretty easy to familiarize myself with it. There is an HP app you use to keep track of how it's functioning and to manage the Instant Ink subscription. It's helpful but again I feel it could explain things a little more for the first timer. When I ask it to print it does so quickly and proficiently. It makes copies the same way. I love that I can count on it. The Instant Ink subscription is very well priced and extremely convenient. I don't have to worry about monitoring my ink levels so I know when to order more ink. You can pick a price depending on how much printing you are planning to do in a month and they just send you ink when you need it. They also have the option to add paper too. I love not having to worry about ink or paper, it just comes right to my door! I would highly recommend it to anyone, it is so innovative and unique. I am very happy with this printer and my HP Instant Ink subscription. I received a special deal on this product for providing my feedback.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prior Printer I purchased a similar printer from Walmart, an HP 2752e. I was chosing to review the HP 2755e. I returned prior HP 2752e to HP for warranty repairs or replacement.cause printer was having issues catching the paper from the rollers after 8 months.. For the replacement, I was sent an HP 4155e. Basically the same printer but has auto feed. HP 2755 doesn't offer duplex printing but it does print decent documents. The setup for the printer is straight forward and Smart ink subscription saves a lot of green. Smart ink is very great idea but I never signed up for the 6 months of free ink. I mainly use the copier and scanner. I print less cause more companies offer patients portals. Ialways buy HP printers other than the one time I went with another company.

It was easy to setup using the online instructions. The part I thought I would have trouble with was the WiFi setup but it went relatively easy. The ink installations is in the front and accessible by opening the front panel. So, light weight, easy to setup, online trouble shooting, easy to setup on multiple devices as well and best of all, nice printing! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I print a lot of checks for my company so i need a printer that doesn’t jump or skip and this one does the job. Its prints nicely and straight . Its very easy to use and the ink cartridges is simply to put in and start printing. I love that it has Wi-Fi’ so i can print wireless. Its a great size printer also not bulk at all fits perfect on my desk. HP also has very great program ,where they included 6 months of free ink . I think that the 6 months of free ink is amazing due to ink prices being so expensive. Also I find it very useful and convenient and great deal . You don’t have worry about buying ink from the store and making sure you have correct ink. I will certain be putting it to use. I recommend this printer for my friends and family or colleagues that need a reliable easy use printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Dorm Friendly! My mom got me one as a gift for moving on campus and needing a personal printer. I'm pretty techy and can figure tech stuff out easily, but this was so complicated that it sat in its box for an extra two months before I fully set it up. Didn't work with the campus locked WIFI and barely worked with the open WIFI. HP smart app wouldn't work on my iPhone, Windows Surface, or my roommate's MacBook. Wouldn't let us set it up until I put paper in it, which I was avoiding because I knew it was going to waste the paper by printing useless information. Then when we finally got it to set up and somewhat added it to our app, it wouldn't sync with our devices and we had to always use Direct printing, which will randomly turn off and you can't turn it back on until you print another useless information page. Dealt with it for 6 months until I left campus at set it up again at home which was somewhat easier, still had some problems though. I was finally able to add it to my HP Smart App and it worked well for a single day. Next day I go to do more work with stuff that I'm required to print and cannot handwrite for security issues, and it won't work. First it was an error message (which, also, you need to look at the ONLINE user guide manual for it rather than including it in the box) that the paper was too large which makes no sense because it was the exact same setting and process as the day before and had no problem then. Fixed that as best I could and now it won't print at all. I checked the app and the status is 'Ready" and I am getting the obnoxious notifications "Your file is being sent to your printer" "File is being sent 0-100%" "File has been sent to printer" followed with no printing. Having a printer that doesn't even print when prompted is completely useless. As much as I appreciate the gift from my mom, I can't wait until I can toss this thing out and upgrade.

I loved the idea of having ink delivered when I needed it instead of waiting until it ran out. I opened my 2755evand was surprised at how well made it was and SUPER easy to set up. It makes it so easy to set up in my upstairs office and print from my phone down stairs. I really wanted to test out printing stickers and iron ons but, I bought the wrong stuff to do that. So, work stuff and recipes it is for now. It is small but keeps up with my demands for work when I can't go to the office. And it's quiet as all get out.

The size is perfect for a small home but would also work great for a larger area. Overall the printer is very easy to use and all of the controls are straight forward. I set it up for mobile printing through my cellphone and was impressed how quickly I was able to get used to using It with the App. The print quality was amazing! The colors were vibrant and the lines were very sharp compared to the printers I am used to using. Installing the ink cartridges was very quick and easy, basically opening the front flap, opening each cartridge and then sliding them into place. I have no complaints at all about this printer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality easy to use printer for your home or office. I signed up for HP Instant Ink and although it seems very easy to use and set up I did not like the idea of paying a monthly fee based on how many pages I chose to print. I print a lot some months and then slow down and print very little other months. The unlimited print plan was $19.99. It monitors your ink levels and then ships you new ink when you are running low. This would be very convenient in order to ensure you never run out however the overall cost would be higher than I currently pay for printer ink I purchase online and have delivered. I would recommend the Instant Ink program to anyone who likes to set it up and never have to worry about forgetting to buy ink. It can save you a ton of hassle.

I have not been out for a good time in two years and the minute I get out; someone sends me a printer I have been trying to review for over a year. I am now just coming out of a holiday coma. So, here is my review. I received the HP Deskjet 2700e printer. It has been over ten years since I received a new printer, so there are several things I was not familiar with in new printers. It was very light and did not feel like a printer. I was able to plug it in and the instructions were easy to read. It took me a minute to find the load paper station and install the cartridges. Because it is storming where I live, the Wi-Fi is slow, and it took a minute to connect the printer to the computer. I was able to install the HP smart and explore the options. The first page I printed was the test page and then print my driver’s license to send it off for my birth certificate. It was nice to scan the front of the driver's license, turn it over, scan the back and print it on one page. As far as the HP instant ink program, I think it is a good idea. When I go to buy ink, I always forget the type of printer and/or ink number. With the ink program, when the printer is low, it ships the ink and no more trips to the store. I do not like that the program wants to me to put in my credit card information, even though there is a trial run. Most times, I forget to cancel the trial end and will get charged. I originally ordered 2 inks with my purchase but I ended up signing up the ink program and now the company won't take back my two ink cartridges I purchased with the printer I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to return these to ink cartridges that I purchased with the printer but nobody seems to know how to return the two ink cartridges it's ridiculous the service I received from this company is nothing short of terrible. I will never tell any member of my family or friends to buy a Hewlett-Packard just because of the service I received.

I was surprised though that the set up of the printer was so super easy. It took me only a few minutes. Just follow the instructions. The printer indeed is super quiet while operating, which is awesome. The print quality is perfect, no issues at all. I ran in a lil issue when I had to figure out how to connect it to a new wifi network, i wish the HP app would have an easy option for it. But i eventually figured it out and everything works fine. The printer came with a 6 months free instant ink subscription, meaning I will automatically get the ink for my printer delivered to my door. I will continue using this service after the 6 months, because it's so much more cheaper and convenient. I also signed up for the monthly printer paper. I definitely recommend the HP printer and the subscription service HP offers!!!

The ink lasts so much longer than others. It's super easy to set up and use in your phone. I love the ink program. It's very useful, to have backup ink. It's easy to set up too. I would just as soon buy the ink it needs when I need it. The printer was complicated at first trying to use it. The instructions are not very clear. I finally figured it out. If I had a lot to print, it may not hold up by the way it sounds when it prints. So far so good. I haven't had it very long. Prints and copies very well.

Easy setup and there is no smudge in the print. It perfectly prints and the ink also reasonable. Overall i love it and kids also can do it on their own. Very impressed with the HP printer. It has both printer and scanner and we can print it both the sides with out wasting the paper and scanner quality is also too well. We can see the letters clearly with out any mess. This model is really good and it comes with 6months ink which is really awesome and we can pair it up easily to the smart phones and laptops and we can move it easily and it has different setting options too. I definitely recommend this HP Deskjet 2755e multi purpose printer. Both Black & White, Color is awesome. Good for kids work, office documents and photos and it includes scanner too which is awesome. It comes with the Printing plan with free shipping and the cost of the ink is very reasonable like 50pages at $3.99 is really good. We can set up the printer so that we no need to worry about the ink shortage. If the ink level is low a new cartridge will automatically be dispatched. So, no need to check manually on that. They do have different plans. One most important thing is we can cancel or change our plan anytime which is really good. It works as per our requirement.

My grandchildren love to color so I've printed out many coloring pages and the kids were thrilled The colors are very bright and who else to put a printer to the test then the kiddies! My daughter is in college studying to be an RN. Until we received this printer she's been writing her notes by hand. She has so many papers to write, notes to take and projects to do. This printer has been a treasure! And it's saves her so much time. It couldn't have been easier to set up and use right away. I believe it would be a waste of time to keep searching for a printer, scanner and copier when you can buy the HP Deskjet 2755e and be done. No more searching. Compared to the printer we have had for some time, it's so fast! We are so happy with this product. I've already recommended it to my family and friends. Now that Printer #2 is working, I am fine, and I just got the replenishment box of instant ink. This is a good printer and I do like it. But, it seemed to take a LOT of time to get it installed and I could only get that done with HP Support on the phone doing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not tech savy I at first was really excited about this new printer. From jump it's got a sleek design and is compact. Then the excitement grew once I seen that I received the HP instant ink program for free. Bonus!!! However once I tried to connect it to my account I had some difficulty doing so. I also had a hard time finding contact info to contact HP for assistance. Once I did it was pretty straight forward and they even linked to my computer to walk me through. Hands on customer service. They even gave me an additional 3 months of instant ink service. The HP instant ink program is very innovative in the way it functions. You don't pay for ink which is a huge price relief. You only pay a subscription fee for pages printed. It's like a monthly allotment of pages that can also roll over to the next month if you didn't use them all. And you only pay a all fee if you go over but I haven't gone over mine and I've had rollover so far. Just have to be realistic and if your say a teacher don't go for the smallest package lol. Plus having the extra premium additions is nice. They have their own dedicated support for HP ink plus premium members. It's all inclusive and the other areas of HP are aware of your a member and direct you to that department right away. It's amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the service. the customer service is top notch. So now to the printing. The quality is nice and I like that everything is very vivid. I do wish that it was quieter because I do print a lot at night and don't want to wake the whole family. I also wish that the paper load was done from the bottom like previous printers but this was ok too. Just not able to hold as much paper so I had to keep loading it. I was a bit concerned with the construction of the unit and wheather or not it would hold up against my young children and their inate ability to destroy things by looking at them. So far it's stood up against them. Surprising as it is to believe, this printer is also pretty light. I really didn't think it would be so light. Overall it's a great printer and am telling everyone about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pure rage I have never had more complications with a piece of technology than the ones I have received from this thing. In the past year I have owned it, this printer has spawn emotions I never knew a human was capable of feeling. It is so annoying. It never works immediately, so every time I print I need to troubleshoot something. It’s basically incapable of use without the app and the app just sucks over all. I can’t believe I had to make an ACCOUNT for my PRINTER! Making it a headache if my friends want to use my printer, instead of them just connecting to it they need to send the file to me, then I have to connect, probably troubleshoot something, then finally print. It’s unusable if you don’t want to set up an account, and when you do make an account be ready to have “HP+” pushed down your throat. In addition good luck if you can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. The app is useless with troubleshooting so you’re left pushing every button until it finally works again. Oh and if you are a college student, do not buy this. It might be exclusive to my school but the student resident wifi blocks printers from joining, so I’m forced to use my laptops hotspot to be able to print anything. There’s technically an ethernet port but that’s only useful if you *have* an ethernet port in your room, i did not my first year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time or money on this! Wifi wouldn't work. Printer wouldn't "talk" to HP laptop. Wasted 5 hours, 3.5 of those with HP chat, on a Saturday, trying to get this stupid printer to work. Returned to store - totally disgusted!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does a great job! I was so happy to receive the HP Deskjet 2755e and so far, I have been very happy with it. The printer was fairly simple to set up with my computer and phone. Using the printer was also easy and nothing was overly complicated or difficult to follow. The image looks great and prints very smoothly. I think the ink system is my favorite though because with their ink subscription service you never have to worry about running out of ink. HP was even nice enough to throw in a 6 month subscription for free! Overall, this is a great little printer at a great price and can handle all your printing needs at home!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Deskjet I have always been a true fan of HP! This printer is so quiet, prints the way it should and for a cheaper price it does wonderful job. Uses less ink than others I have had. Scans and it's easy to get it set up and going. I think ink program could be a good thing and then it could be that you have more ink than you need I mean it's really neat that they will send you the ink when you're low. The pro at least you're not running to store to find the ink. I think it's a wonderful idea. I had wish it had a better manual then it does, but it can be viewed online as well.I like that i can add the app on my phone and use it that way. It's pretty handy. Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the Winner! I have an ENVY4520 (replaced by HP) for ages but looks like is becoming sluggish. After some research, I decided to get the basic Deskjet 2755e. I was not impressed by the light-weight plastic materials used but the design is chic n compact just what I wanted. It is very easy to set up. To my amaze, this printer works like magic. It prints quality documents as well as colored pictures. The speed of printing is about the same as the Envy that I am keeping. I like the window that provides viewing of the function icons even though a small one. I purchased extended warranty as well as joining the instant ink free trial program. If you don’t do photo printing, this is an excellent choice which is very affordable with low cost maintenance. Strongly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turtle slow printing. Printed for 30 Years. I only give it one star and couldn't go lower. The reason is that it is so slow. Takes forever to finish one page. I have bought a 29.00 printer in the past at Walmart and it was faster. And it's cheap made in my opinion. Set up was so so the first time I had to think on my own. I wouldn't buy it again.

The HPInstant Ink is so wonderful and convenient! It’s such an innovative idea. I already received my first refill right before my ran out so it’s perfect. Now I will never run out of ink!

It was super simple to set up, easy to connect to my device, prints high quality images and documents super fast. It was really a no-brainer to have this item and recommend it to others. The Ink program is highly convenient and really minimizes one of the most frustrating part of owning a printer; which is finding the right ink, making sure you have it when the printer runs out of ink, and not knowing exactly when the printer will run out of ink. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the app This printer is great. Works just as well as others. It's easy to set up, easy to install ink, print quality is great. I love it. The best part is the app and the fact that you get 6 months worth of ink and you don't have to provide any credit card info. It's not a subscription that you have to sign up for and then cancel. It is truly a 6 month free trial. That alone sets this printer apart. There are a few improvements that could be made. There isn't a tray that you can pull out to hold your paper once it's done printing. So if I walk away it just falls on the floor. That's a bit annoying. Changing the wifi network was confusing too but you can press a combination of buttons on the printer and it will print out directions, status,etc. Also, the free ink is only sent to you if you need it which is cool when you're paying for it but since I don't print ALOT I probably won't get much use out of the awesome free trial. Overall though, so awesome!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP printer still works well (with the right setup) Nice product, with the few caveats. 1. Had to order Network Extender from Verizon to get a strong signal in my apartment. Without strong signal the connection to the printer would not install. Because of this, it took me a week to get printing working. 2. After printing was working, I found that the scanning did not work. Spent 2 hours with tech support, trying different things, and discovered that this printer doesn't work with 5G Wi-Fi. Changed connection to 4G, but wireless scanning wasn't possible neither, via iPhone nor desktop. Finally, a guy from Tech Support recommended to return this printer and buy more expensive one in hopes that scanning will work. Right.... 3. I had an old cable from previous HP printer, so I manually connected printer to the tower of my desktop (even though instructions warned me against that. If they didn't want me to make manual connection, why having a cable opening on the back of the printer?) Since I don't really care about wireless part, just wanted scanning work with a printer that cost me less than 100 bucks. Well, tech guy was right, the scanning started working only with 4G network. Therefore, with the manual connection, scanning and printing work very well. In conclusion, HP product originally was designed to work with all manual connections (check out HP company history). This is how HP printer made its name. Along the way it was rebranded, repackaged, and brought to the wireless market. HP printer is the best product if used correctly: it is reliable and lasts for a long time. I suspect, wireless scanning doesn't work at all, so the cable opening is a must. I bet; old engineers negotiated this part with new clueless managers, to protect HP Engineering's good name. Big thanks to old HP ingenuity!
