Great Printer
We had to upgrade and blind bought this printer to replace our old Intec printer. We use our printer mostly to print technical drawings and pictures. Easy setup, great print quality, quiet, fast print jobs.

Business Owner
I made a substantial investment when I bought this printer. I have a small business and wanted a printer that would provide the service we needed, hassle free. What a disappointment. I have wasted 6 hours of my life, on the phone with "HP Professionals", trying to make this printer operate the way I need it to work. Specifically printing a partial page of checks. Speaking to people that can't speak fluent English is a problem. I don't understand why I can't talk to someone in the USA that is knowledgeable, and speaks English. Anyway, the printer will not print a partial page of checks. It won't do it. The HP printer I had before I bought this one worked great. Bottom line, this HP M856 is a piece of junk. Overpriced piece of junk.
