IT DOES NOT! it says to order the black cartridge 962XL for 2000 pages or cartridge 966XL for 3000 pages. It says this both on the user manual that came with it and is downloaded on my computer and if I just google what cartridges fit my 9012 unit

Who knows it it is the cartridges or the printer. It hasn’t caused a problem so no big deal. Overall, it’s a good price and easy.

I searched for 962, and got a list of 962 plus this one 966. I assumed they were equivalent but no. Why was a 966 included in the list if it was not compatible? The 962 replacement works fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So reliable ... quality is never in question. HP has always been my go-to source for ink. Several years ago I helped a friend who tried using a refilled generic cartridge. After helping him clean the mess, I swore I would never use a “Brand X” cartridge. HP inks are always reliable, high quality inks - and the cartridges are just as reliable. HP ink and HP printers. One less headache in the office.

I have neverhad this much trouble getting an Hp printer set up on my network and I have had a series of Hp printers for 20 years.

One rim usually is for two transactions. My business is doing great and with a dependable ink, my business is going smoothly in numerous transactions. 10 rims 20 transactions 3000 pages for a $52 dollar hp cartridge. Great!!!

As a busy teacher of twenty-eight fifth-graders, only I can understand the look of pride when children see their written work come out of my classroom HP printer. They love when they have professional looking results. My bulletin boards displaying their work have never looked better. Ink cartridges are so easy to order, too. I appreciate the high yield capacity because my students do LOTS of writing!
