HP ink is way too expensive
After buying an off brand cartridge, I realized i couldnt use it because HP requires a chip in the cratridge for it to function in an HP printer. Not sure if that is being held hostage or the definition of blackmail....
I will do more research and buy a new Non-HP printer (cheaper than what I can buy new cartridges from HP)....
Cartridges work fine and install was easy....

HP 962 Cyan Original Ink Cartridge
Arrived, installed, printer did not work. It was faulty. Called HP Customer Care. After 45 min on a phone HP agreed to send a new one. New ink arrived in 5 days, installed and printer works now.

Poor Customer Service
Ordered a this ink cartridge because my printer kept telling me I had a depleted cartridge. I replaced the cartridge and I was still getting the same message. I followed all the troubleshooting guidelines and nothing worked. I requested to return the cart because my printer would not print while that message was there. I have made numerous attempts/requests to return the cartridge but haven’t heard back. So that’s why I’m giving a one star.

The package was a week late and beat up. The price was high and it looked like it came from the bottom of the box. Probably the last time I will use hp for there own product

Defective
I thought by buying directly with HP, that I would get the best product. The ink cartridge would not load into my printer. I called the help desk since I took all of the customer service products. Finally, after a long conversation and trial and error, the ink cartridge was defective. I have a new one on the way, but this was my second bad cartridge of this same color.

It's superior ink for a superior printer! I
I have the HP Officejet 9025 and I decided when I bought the printer that I would stick to OEM (factory) ink because it's much higher in quality and gives superior results. I used the cheap ink in my last printer and the quality was horrible. I'm part of HP's Instant Ink so it gets shipped whenever the printer tells them I'm getting low on ink!

Ink cartridge replacement
Purchased ink and had it ready to replace my old ink 966XL cartridge within 3 minutes of it running out. Once it was swapped, the printer suffered supply error that could not be corrected through conventional troubleshooting methods issued by HP. This, in my opinion, was a software imbedded planned obsolescence because my printer had exceeded the the lifespan expected by HP. No issues with printer until ink cartridge was replaced…this is the first 962XL cartridge since 966XL had been phased out and no longer available through HP. I doubt I ever buy from HP again. This is a big company chasing dollars not loyalty. It’s a bad look as a brand the public trusts for reliability.
