I bought this about 8 months before I needed it, and it was defective. I called the 1-877-231-4351number on my invoice to obtain a notice of return and was shuffled around for an hour or so before someone in another continent hung up on me. I called back, and finally spoke to someone who promised to send me a notice of return, but that never happened. They could have just said, sorry it's too late, instead of wasting my time. But for $150+ it really should have been worked. It's just toner after all.
