That's become a big problem with on-line shopping, once you order something your now on THE LIST. Your inundated with mail for this sale item and please review that. It gets to the point that the consumer has to mark as junk to stop the flood. Why is it that retailers can't just sell on-line and leave you alone. It's to the point where its become a real negative customer experience. It's just an ink cartridge!!

Also, at 83, and not being technologically savvy, I wish it came with an instruction book on how to print pictures, etc. Also, prints very slowly.

But after only three weeks with normal printing the color cartridge is empty. The black cartridge is still 3/4 full. The color cartride always emptys before the black but never like this. I do not think the color cartridge was full when I bought it. Bad quality control.

Tried aligning the print heads, running the cleaner a couple of times but nothing worked. Had to run to Wal-Mart and pick up new ones again after leads than a month and .accordingly to the reading the cartridges are still full!

I opened my product today and proceeded to make color copies. After about 10 pages my copies started coming out smeared/faded lines down the middle. Definitely was not expecting that at all. Evidently, the instant ink program did not send me a refill cartridge even though my printer was out of ink, so I ordered a cartridge on my own. It turns out, this cartridge does not communicate with HP at all. I did not know there was a difference between the ink cartridges I buy on my own and those delivered through the instant ink program.

As luck would have it, I found the original cartridge, so this one is basically a spare for when the ink runs out (usually in the middle of the night). What I particularly liked was that I was able to purchase this at a much lower price than any of the other dealers out there. If the original color cartridge is any indication, this cartridge will be up to HP's excellent standards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Product I found that buying discounted recycled cartridges from other dealers didn't work out for me. The printing was bad and fewer printouts than with HP cartridges. I prefer HP now and will be purchasing more cartridges as I need them.

Also love the Instant Ink program which automatically ships ink when my printer is low. I purchased this ink as an extra back up because the Holiday season is so close and I have lots of extra printing to do. The colors and quality of HP65 ink is exquisite! My ink lasts longer than other brands I have used in the past. I personally feel my HP 65 Ink is the best quality available.
