Excellent quality and color
Reliable cartridges, never have had any problems with them breaking or not lasting as long as they say they will. Easy to install too. I can reorder right on my computer and get fast delivery. I use XL for longer cartridge use.

Good ink, lasts well
The XL is good quality ink and the cartridge lasts a long time, especially if you choose ''draft'' quality on your print menu. When printing, at Properties, Print Quality, choose Draft. A good product!

Printer cartridge did not work in my printer. Cartridge says 63XL 65XL. My printer uses 65XL

System to order formerly was easy. It is now cumbersome. I needed an assist from chat agent who had the nerve to ask me for my credit card bumber. Shame be upon HP !

Our HP printer is 6 years old and we were having difficulty finding HP 63XL cartridges finally drawing blanks from our normal suppliers. HP came to the rescue on a phone call by ordering us the replacement HP 63/65 cartridges so we can keep printing. They work perfectly and we were able to conduct business with a simple phone call!

Not worth it for Envy printers
HP discontinued the ink for my printer, then jacked up the price on the compatible cartridges. Paid more for 1 cartridge than I used to for duo color/black cartridges.

Replacing cartridge
The printer and ink had been fine till I try to replace the black cartridge I had ordered from you. It was defective and the orinter instructed to replace with another ink cartridge. I purchased one from the Walmart and it was fine. I was aggrevated but i understood it can happen. The problem was when I try to get refund or replacement for the defective ink cartridge. I couldn't find contact department for it, so I contacted "Contact US". I was assigned Ticket ID #218457. Then no communication from you since. I was so frustrated and I just wrote off the cost. I lost a faith in the Hp company for costomer care. I probably won't consider HP product in a future.

HP customer service and ink are useless
Took hours to install with error messages popping up that the cartridge wasn’t compatible with the printer. I tried all the things I could find only - cleaning the cartridge and the printer, resetting and shutting off the printer, making sure it was plugged into the wall and not the power strip. You can’t talk to a real person online, only a robot. Finally I figured out on my own that you can take the color ink out and the printer goes into single cartridge mode and THAT worked of all things. So I can’t use the printer with both inks in it (both from HP). Ridiculous. Time for a new printer.
