HP Ink Cartridge
I am very appreciative of my HP printer and the quality of the HP ink cartridges. However, I am disappointed in the discontinuation of HP 61 and HP 61X cartridges. My HP Officejet 4630 printer still has plenty of life in it.

HP is a great company!
I like ordering from HP not only for convenience, but this company gets what I want out to me pretty fast. 61XL offers a longer printing span as well, and I can keep working. That's altogether wonderful!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED
This ink is advertised that it will work with an HP Envy 4500 printer but it actually does not. HP won't allow me to return it despite the false advertising. I will be moving to Epson in the future. I wish I could give this 0 zero stars as I have a useless piece of $60 plastic now rotting in my house.

Too expensive generics are much cheaper. I guess its time for a different printer.

My Printer
My printer keeps working, must be a senior by now. It works well, does what I need and is dependable. The ink does a great job too.

Black cartridge
I had purchased a refilled cartridge prior to the HP 61xl. The refilled cartridge had issues such as heavy ink that looked bad and was uneven. So, I ordered this new one from HP and am glad to be back to having professional looking documents.

Expensive but worth it
Our HP Deskjet 3050A continues to be a good printer for us, despite no longer having HP support. However, with lack of HP support seemed to be lack of replacement ink. I eventually had to resort to purchasing non-HP replacement ink cartridges. My last purchase for a non-HP cartridge did not last more than 2 months. I looked at new printers and did not want to take a chance on a new one so I decided to check the HP website one last time to see if I could purchase ink and thankfully found they were supplying it again.
I am glad that HP is offering the ink again and that I don't have to trash a perfectly good home printer.

I always order the original HP brand. I ordered the 61XL black cartridge directly from HP. The pricing was good and the delivery was super fast.
