New packaging for toner cartridges
The packaging for the toner cartridge has changed. It is no longer supplied in a sealed plastic package. When I received it I thought that I was getting a used cartridge. That was wrong . I contacted HP and the agent him/herself was not aware of this. As a result a costly exchange was made. HP, EDUCATE your personnel!!

Easy as pie.
Remove the old cartridge, slide in the new one, print a perfect copy on the first. try. How easy can it get? I'll just have to wait to see how long it lasts.

Great investment
Our Office bought 2 HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw Printers about 6 months ago. We have not had one problem with either printer and the toner cartridges seem to last a lot longer. We're very pleased with these HP products

Always use genuine HP toner.
Never use anything but Genuine HP toner and you'll seldom have any of the toner related problems caused by third party toners.

When my cartridge was low I tapped on the screen to Oder a replacement. Then an HP screen offered me a toner which didn’t match the simple number I was expecting. Figuring anew number replaced the old one I ordered that longer numbered cartridge. It was wrong, but I’m thankful you have a one time return policy and allowed me to order the simple numbered cartridge I couldn’t find initially.

I have been an HP user for about 30 years or more. All laser printers have been built like tanks and have been reliable and fairly low maintenance. The same with laser cartridges. What more can one ask for.

Excellent product. Very expensive. Never on sale. I think that HP would gain a lot of loyalty if they provided a discount when the used cartridge is returned. This would discourage users from trying after market toner cartridges.

Great except on letterhead
The toner cartridge fit into the printer and it mostly maked good prints. Either the printer or the tone cartidge has a problem with printing on my letterhead.
