I have used HP Printers for over 20 years for my home and my business. I recently purchased one of the Smart Tank printers and I have been thrilled with the printer and with the Smart Tank technology. The HP Ink is of excellent quality, matches up with your printer, and seems to last forever, but the greatest win is the pricing! This ink makes printing affordable again. Be very careful about using anything but original HP Ink, the generic ink is not the same and requires you to remove all ink and use a cleaner solution to clean your tanks and printhead. Plus the price on the generic product is only slightly different.

HP is not the same company do not buy their products. The printer we bought did not work and it was over a month fighting with them for a return. We gave up and bought a Brother printer. We are so done with HP. They are not the same company

HO uses the slowest shipping know to man
Super slow shipping. I could have walked to the store 30 times over in the amount of time it took. for this product to arrive. And it was shipped 40 miles from my home. (They use DHL economy shipping then final mile by USPS). Next time I’ll just stop by Office Max on the way home from work.

Inexpensive alternative
I had a HP laser printer that I loved; however it was very expensive to maintain; the cartridges were extremely expensive. So I sought out a less expensive to maintain alternative. I found it with this HP 32XL; however, I didn't know what I would be giving up...the speed is atrociously slow; the system functions are very limited and if it weren't for the very expensive cost of the laser cartridges, I'd go back to my laser printer in a second.

HP Ink Tank Printer
The ink supply I purchased from HP is of no use to me. The printer we purchased was defective. The replacement printer sent from HP was defective and made a total of three printed pages. ALL tech support we received on both printers was to no avail. The warranty upon the registration of the purchased product was useless. We spent 3 months attempting to use, troubleshoot, and replace a defective product. It has been an expensive, time consuming, frustrating experience.
