FIX your APP & Website to make buying supplies quicker and easier for your customers
Your website is a disappointment. As an existing customer, the only reason I go to the HP website (through the App or online) is to get toner or look for help. I don't have the time or patience to hunt around on your site for the right toner -- it's shocking that you would think any existing customer would. Why can't I go in the APP, hit "GET TONER", have it already know WHICH toner type I need, so that I all I need to do is just pick the color, put in my credit card info and be done. PLEASE fix the HP APP and website to SIMPLIFY this process and save valuable time for your customers. If I have to go through what I just went through next time I need toner, I'll just buy it from AMAZON---they know what I need as they have no problem keeping track of what I own.

Good Print Quality
Toner is easy to install. The print quality is good. Lots of warnings once it gets close to being exhausted. Sometimes it causes the printer to hang if you do not acknowledge the warning notification.

Not happy at all
I am getting streaks on my pages. The streaks are either yellow, pink, or blue. I have tried to contact HP but there is no way to explain my problem to the chatbox. I can’t find a number to talk with anyone. I am very disappointed.

Best brand and love it
As we all know, HP is just simply very hard to beat. If they simply keep up the great job, innovation, GOOD parts, they should stay on top.
