Didn’t really work
I never got it to work properly, I couldn’t press the plunger down all the way. I tried everything that was recommended. Finally, I turned off the printer and could remove the cartridge. I think I got some ink into the printer but I’m not certain how much.

Great system

Did not "click in" like the other refills had and did not automatically refill the toner "monitor" on the side of the printer. When we tried to contact HP they never responded.

Loud, Lousy Printer
Very difficult to setup and connect. Unit is made of cheap plastic, noticeably less quality than most HP printers once it is out of the box - and much too loud when it runs.
Sorry I bought this model.

Recent batches and refill issues.
Recent baches of this 143A toner are not refilling HP 1001NW printer even with a new fuser/cart. unit.
- Plunger wont go down
- Printer wont release the toner car
- Printer indicator doesn't show a refill even after toner has been dispensed.
Our business owns 8x 1001NW printers and this is becoming quite a large issue for us.

The product is fine, my problem was with the instructions. They are ALMOST foolproof. I say almost because they don't tell you to move the plunger handle from the side of the unit to the upright position BEFORE you start shaking the cartridge or toner will fall out!

Great printer and Ink
I always have a good experiance with HP. They make products easy to find and order. I also get my products in a timely manner and the quality is alway on point. Also, I love my HP Neverstop Laser 100X PC Printer. When they say you get 5000 copies off of one ink cartridge, they wern't kidding. I think I pulled 6000 copies before I had to refill my ink cartridge. I would definatly recomend this printer and the ink. I've spent a total of about $18.00 on ink in one year and I print a great deal of copies. It's the best printer I have ever had and the quality of copies are exeptional. Thank you HP for creating such a great product at an affordable price!

Pump Handle Broke Immediately - cheap junk
Instructions say the pump only works if you push down the handle in one, continuous smooth motion - but the pump handle immediately broke off half way down, with just ordinary pushing.
Could not refill printer - or use the remainder of the refill.
So I called customer Service and was advised "You broke the pump" and had to throw the whole thing away and buy new refill kit. I did not "break the pump". It is cheap plastic, that easily breaks.
Bad printer and refill kit design - last time I buy a low end HP product.

Has worked well for us
Bought this printer from Staples to replace another HP printer that was having issues. This printer was easy to hook up and we have refiled it 4-5 times.
Great print quality, toner refills are $17 vs $100 and it gets the job done. We've had it for 5 months or so and no complaints.

Getting the Neverstop Laser Printer was a good selection. Printer has never failed and, with my current use, only needs to be replenished with toner once a year.

HP Ink Replacement
Very fast method to replace ink. You must follow the directions precisely. No mess and the idea to recycle the old cartridge is good for all. I’m happy with my printer and the ink lasts a long time.

These refill kits may very well just all be caked up inside and no powder comes out
These printers are a little bit older and it could be that all of the ink refill kits that are currently sitting on shelves are just so old and caked on that not too much powder comes out. I went through a total of four and I really can’t see any powder at the refill kit area, and the light doesn’t change at the low level so it could be that by these preloaded order refill kit are just a waste of time.

Problem I serting kit!!!
The instructions told us to turn the kit 120 degrees but it won't turn. Everything up to this point worked great and the flashing gold light is on as well as the plugged-in light. Now what?
