In the last 6 years I have bought "HP 131 Toner Cartridges" for my small office printer. The quality of printing and brightness of the prints are excellent.They last longer. They do not make strikes on the paper.

The box took a beating, but the cartridge lived!
The cartridge arrived in a box which looked as if it had been run over. The carton was crushed, and toner had leaked from the cartridge. I decided to try the cartridge anyway, and to my surprise and pleasure it works great. I do not see a lot of leakage since then, so I think it'll be all right.

I needed ink for my HP printer. As always, I shopped Amazon and the office superstores, including Target and Walmart. Buying directly through HP was cheapest! The items were delivered next day business air and no extra cost!

HP gives an excellent value on their products, especially the HP toner cartridges. I never have to worry that they are authentic and will fit my printer, or that they will leak out toner and ruin my printer. They are easy to order from their website, and I get them shipped to my door for free. I have never had any problems with any of their products and will continue to buy products from them. It make for one happy camper here!

Colour must
Printer refuses to print without all toner cartridges. Bought this because printer will complain each time I print to it. Need more toner for price for all cartriges. But I am happy printer is printing again! Go HP!

cartridges are leaving horizontal lines on paper
I'm extremely frustrated with the Magenta and Cyan cartridges. I have returned 3 cartridges now that worked until they were about 1/3 to 1/2 full. Then I started getting horizontal lines going up and down the right and left edges of the printed pages. HP replaced the printer as well and still I am having issues. I am also getting shadows when I use the black ink. I will not recommend the Laser jet m276 to anyone until I get this problem fixed. Total waste of money.

half filled cartridge
Cartridges that come with the printer have less coloring than one that you buy later, supposed. When I order the cartridges from all over the eastern part of the country. I have gotten only 500 prints out of some of the colored cartridges. Think I'm getting some of the original cartridges that come with the printer.

Must return used toner by hand.
This product performs well but HP no longer pays for in house pick-up by UPS. You must return used toner by hand. Quite time-consuming.
