Great Laminator
The Halo 125 Laminator has a lot of quality features that many cheaper laminators do not possess. I love the InstaHeat Technology which allowed me to start laminating within a few minutes. As a teacher, I laminate a lot of items for my classroom so I appreciated the addition of the Jam Release Button just in case something were to get stuck. One of my favorite features was the Auto Shut Off button. I often laminate while students are in the room so it's nice to know that this unit will shut off automatically. Love This Product So Much!
This laminator is so easy to use, basically just plug in, no setup required. It heats up so fast within 1 minute and it's ready to go so fast. I love the auto shut-off feature too. I would highly recommend this product if you are in the market for a great and easy-to-use laminator.

Awesome Laminator
I have used many laminators for many things. This laminator is by far the best I have used. It heated up so quickly. I usually have to wait 3 to five minutes for my other one. I really appreciate the quick time so I can use it right when I need it without waiting. It laminated my item perfectly. It was so clear, and there were no bubbles. the large size is going to work great for my large documents. I also like the quick release switch. It's important to have that feature just in case. Great Home Purchase for Teachers

Good Product for Teachers
This product is easier to use than others I have tried. The opening is larger to prevent materials from going sideways and getting bent. The quality of lamination is very good. Materials are sealed, clear and flat. The directions are easy to follow and the machine heats up quickly. I'm a teacher and I plan to use this laminator frequently.

Great for Teachers
I laminate many visuals in my class on a regular basis. It was quick and easy to laminate the images I had printed on cardstock. I watched the time and inserted the laminating pouch after just one minute and it worked! I like the anti-jam and auto-shutoff features although I haven't used them yet. Halo 125- Excellent Laminator
Recently I used the Fellowes Halo 125 Laminator to laminate quite a few pages I had planned to post around my classroom. After reading and following the instructions, I turned on the laminator, which I immediately changed to the 3mil setting to work on and complete my task. I was impressed by the warm-up time frame at this setting- only 1 minute! My other laminator takes 4 minutes to warm up to begin laminating. When I changed the Halo 125’s setting to 5mil it took longer to reach such setting- 4 minutes. The laminating was flawless- no bubbles or waves, except when I force-fed a page to be laminated, but this one was on me. The auto shut-off is very helpful, and standard on newer laminators of different brands as well. It is a compact unit that does not take much space. Overall the Fellowes Halo 125 Laminator is an excellent product that provides the quality I need for the materials I must laminate for work and personal use. Love this Laminator!
This laminator changes how I work! Until this laminator, I laminated in bundles because of the time it took the laminator to heat up, the occasional difficulty opening pouches and the effort required getting the pouch to load with the right alignment. The Halo 125 is easy to use. The button to change mils is very sensitive to touch. The Fellowes pouches in the starter pack opened easily and were easy to load in the 12.5" opening. Heating up was fast - ready in just over a minute compared with other machines that take over 5 minutes. I especially like the large size capability and was able to easily laminate 11x17 sheets. I encountered no problems with pouches from other brands and like that the self-sealing pouches can also go through the machine, smoothing them out without heat. It has a slim design that fits on the desk and an automatic shutoff, making it quick and easy to laminate whenever the need arises. Great laminator
The Halo 125 is a great laminator. The heat time is much faster than our previous laminator. It laminates without wrinkles or bubbles and seals tightly so that you can trim close without the lamination separating. There is a jam release feature that hasn't been used since it hasn't jammed. There is a wire support in the back and an automatic shutoff. It laminates wider items than typical laminators of its size. It is easy to use and has a sleek appearance. Easy to Use and
This laminator was easy to use right out of the box. It's ready to go within 60 seconds of plugging into an outlet. So far so good! I can't wait to put it to use in my classroom! It doesn't take up a lot of space and seems like a durable and quality product unlike other brands of laminators I've used--even though this one is a bit hefty. Great Laminator for teachers

Great Space-Saving Laminator!
This is a great little laminator that really does the job! I especially like the sleek, low-profile design that allows it to be stored easily. I eagerly anticipated receiving this product. I had a small laminator from another company that I am happy with, but I was looking for a change. When I first opened the box, the tape had been cut open and re-taped with a different type of tape. The box was in good condition and the set up was easy. I read through the instructions and set up to laminate the first project. Thankfully it was a test, so I didn't lose anything important. The machine indicated it was at the correct temperature, so I centered the pouch (per the instructions) and started it into the feed. As it was going through, I turned to talk to a family member in the adjoining kitchen. I turned back looking for the piece I laminated, but it was nowhere to be found. It had not come out of the machine at any point. I started a second piece, hoping to push the first one out enough to release it and pull it out. The second piece pushed the first out enough to grab a corner. It was hopelessly crumbled. The second piece didn't go completely in, but the release button wouldn't release it enough for me to pull it out while I held the release button. It took two people to pull out the second ruined piece. I don't know if the machine was defective, but I do know that it didn't work properly. Awesome laminator
I love this laminator. It is so smooth in use and crisp lamination comes out. Yes it comes out slow but I would rather that it does so I can have an excellent copy to use and see. I love this machine. I’m a first time user but it is helpful to me. I’m doing some of my summer work by laminating things before the new school year. It is also ready in a minute. All you have to do is click the arrow to 3 or 5 and it is ready so fast. I am glad to have it and I hope others get one because the pages are crisp and professional looking. Great Laminator
I love that this laminator leaves a small footprint because I do not have a lot of room to spare. It heated up very fast, ready to go in one minute. No wrinkles. Very happy it had the quick release lever because the electricity shut off in the middle of a job and used the lever to extract my paper because I wasn't sure what would happen when the electricity came back on. So easy to use!
I cannot believe how easy this product is to use! And it is so sleek! The power cord seems a bit longer than some others I've used, and that is a plus when working in a classroom where outlets are hard to find! The machine heated up so quickly, and the first document went through so smoothly. I laminated a few other things to fairly see what the machine could handle, like back-to-back sheets, and it worked beautifully! I also love the option to use larger documents, although I do not yet have the proper laminating sheets. No need thus far to use the jam release button, but I LOVE the auto shut off. The machine got hot at about 30 minutes of use. Can't leave unattended with children around. It took longer than 1 minutes to heat up. More like 2 minutes. Amazing Laminator
Just from opening the box, I knew this laminator and I would become good friends. It is so easy to use and it is has a super sleek design that doesn't make it look like a bulky item, but something that can easily be placed anywhere and not have it take up any space. As a teacher, I use laminators a lot and this one warmed up super fast (within a minute) and I especially love that it can laminate much larger items up to at least 12 inches. I used the laminator to create a bulleting board display with at least 20 pages and it laminated them in record time - and properly - with the 3 mil pouches the package brings. While I have not used the jam release button yet, I am so glad it has one since my last one had to thrown out due to a major mishap and no way to clear the jam. The best feature for a teacher is the auto-shut off since I tend to do a lot of things at once and I tend to forget to turn off devices. This feature saves me the trouble. Halo and Classroom-Perfect Combination
The Halo 125 is great. It is light and quiet! My previous laminator was heavy and loud. It warms up quickly. I let me 8-year-old niece help me laminate some things for my classroom and she laminated like a pro. It didn't get hot on the outside, so I was comfortable with letting her laminate. The sheets slid through quickly without any bunching. I am printing and laminating everything I can for the new school year. Love this laminator!
I love this laminator! As a teacher I always need to laminate things. It’s nice to be able to laminate at home and not have to use the machine at school. This is an excellent laminator for that! I love how quickly it heats up and is ready to go! The pouches worked great and went right through the machine. The whole process was very easy and seamless. I thought it would take much longer than it did, but since the heat up time was so fast, I was done in half the time! Which is amazing! If you need a laminator, this one is perfect! It gets the job done! I didn’t have any trouble with jams, but I like that the machine has a way to take care of jams if necessary. Great, but unable to unjam
I attempted to laminate smaller pieces of paper within the lamination sheet. I put it through twice, and it seemed to eat the entire sheet. I've tried to unjam it with no luck. I can see the edge of the sheet but cannot access it to pull it out. I tried to unscrew the bottom and cannot do that either. Any advice would be great, thanks!
