Rated 5 out of 5 by from Updated ModelI have been using a WF-7620 at my office since April 2017. It's such a good printer, scanner, and copier I decided to purchase the WF-7720 for working from home. I print hundreds of construction drawings using 11x17 paper size and this printer is a workhorse.Purchased online from Office Depot and picked it up direct from the store. Had it setup and printing in about an hour, including the firmware upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features!!!!I’ve had the Epson WF-7200 few weeks and I’m pretty impressed by its performance. The printer came nicely packaged. All moving parts had secure tape. The secure tape was easy to locate and remove. It's somewhat large but not too heavy. It only comes with the power plug and not its own USB cord. Having dual trays is nice. It saves the hassle of having to change the paper since this one holds the specialty paper on the first tray. I connected the printer to a wired network and installed the drivers and software on a system running Windows 10. The 4.3 color touch-screen is bright and clear allowing you to make quick changes from printing, scanning, faxing and copying. You can also move the screen up so that if you're standing you don't have to squat to see the menu. This printer is more for a business but with a family with 4 teenagers it has allowed me to print school papers and projects from the comfort of my kitchen off of the amazing wifi feature. I've also used it print pictures on regular white paper. The color was really nice. I was even more impressed when I used photo paper and “Epson iPrint” app. No one believed me when I told them I printed them myself from my home office. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and set upThis printer is absolutely awesome! I was nervous the set up was going to be difficult because I don't have much experience with setting up printers, scanners or fax machines, but it was really easy with the instructions sent. The installation took some time but everything worked the first time around and registration was easy. Inserting the ink cartridges and setting the main settings on the screen were easy as well, but I had problems with the paper tray at first. I loaded the paper the wrong way and the printer detected that and actually told me what I did wrong which is awesome. After everything was set up the test paper printed properly and it was ready to go.I print and scan a lot of papers between my children's school work, projects and my husbands side job so this printer is the perfect size. It fits right next to my desk perfectly and is not that hard to pick up and move alone if I absolutely have to move it. The quality of the prints and scans are clear, legible and the pictures coming out looking the same as they do on my screen. I don't hear the page actually printing, just the paper loading and coming out into the finish tray. I have not actually faxed anything yet but I have set up my number in the fax settings for when I do. Another feature I tried and was successful with was the mobile printing which requires the app to be downloaded but is not a big deal. Everything still prints fast just like it was coming from the computer. Overall, this printer makes my life so much easier and convenient and will help me save a ton of money on printing, scanning and faxing. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all in one for my home officeI’ve been quite impressed by this printer so far. I own an old all in one laser printer with similar functionality but it’s only a black and white printer. So far this Epson Workforce printer has proven to be more capable and able to handle all of my business needs.Let’s start with my first impression. If you’ve never owned a “full” size home office/business printer, be ready for it. It is a large printer, albeit not quite as large as a floor standing print shop printer but very comparable in capabilities. In its box it’s a rather sizable printer, I had helped unboxing the printer and although it’s not too heavy it’s somewhat not evenly weighted so be sure to have a good grip on all four sides (if you have help) when you take it out of the box the first time. Setting it up is quite a breeze, overall with installing the software, charging the ink, etc I’d say it took about 10+ mins. This was made possible, even with connecting to my Wifii, by the large touch screen. I think this is one of the main functionality that I like the most. I’ve owned other printers with a touch screen as well but to interact with it, you’d have to use a bunch of dedicated hard buttons (arrows, OK, cancel). Having a very responsive touch screen is definitely a welcomed feature. Some other features that I really like about this printer is the double paper load tray, definitely nice to be able to load up for all my printing needs. The auto feeder tray on the top is also great when I’m faxing and scanning multiple documents at once. I’ve had to fax over a signed document once and believe me without the auto paper load tray on the top, it could be a pain. Another nice feature that really differentiates this printer is the larger scan glass that is capable of handling an A3+ size. My other laser all in one cannot do this and it’s a nice touch and there were many instances where I’d have to go to a pro print shop to do this simple task of scanning an A3 size document. All in all this is a very capable printer, that’s perfect for my home office. It has a few functionality which I haven’t tried yet but will try in the coming weeks, such as being able to print remotely to the printer via email. Not sure when I’d need to do that but I suppose it’s a nice feature to have.If I can pick one item that I’m concerned about this printer that would be the ink refills of course. It looks like it comes with the initial ink cartridges which typically doesn’t last that long. Researching online, it seems like they have bundles that you can get, so that will help and they have an XL black ink that is not too horribly priced. I guess I’ll have to see how often I’d need to refill the ink with this printer. What would be ideal is if EPSON can produce an all in one workforce printer that’s combined with their new ink cartridges that could last 2+ years. That would be the ultimate printer I’d like to own one day. This is a review for the Epson WorkForce WF-7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
