Rated 5 out of 5 byEternal.Optimist from Somewhat disappointingAfter reading other reviews, I felt certain that there was going to be a significant increase in speed when I upgraded my RAM. Admittedly, I should have checked my expectations when it was determined there were only two options available. As it is my physical memory is still straining at 81% usage, but it is a decade old computer so it is what it is.

They were very helpful, plus an outdated BIOS is not their fault but mine, so I don't hold that against them. A+ for customer support. As always, I'll be back for my next purchase.
