Wrong Application
The cable had connection problems with the Belkin Flip switch I was trying to use it with. I have just ordered a similar item from Belkin and will see if that one works. If so I will return this one.

Does the job
This thing alowed my wife to continue to use an old PS/2 keyboard that she refused to give up on a laptop that didn't have any PS/2 suppport. It invisable, it works, and she doesn't know it's there. What's not to like?

Actually works (unlike some others)!
This cable works and works extremely well. I have an old programmable keyboard that I really love and was afraid that I may have to give it up for a newer model with less features. I bought a green colored adapter from another source that was supposed to work for keyboard or mouse, but didn't work at all for anything. I highly recommend this dual adapter.

Key inputs sometimes stick
I bought this Cables To Go adapter to use with a Cables To Go KVM switch, Window XP PC, and Windows 7 PC. The Windows 7 PC only had USB ports and no PS2 so I though this would be prefect. The adapter does work but I have noticed when I press a key using my Windows 7 machine (which this adapter is connected to) the input for the key I press sometimes sticks. The problem is easily solved by pressing the key again but it's a bit annoying. Not sure if it is a Windows 7 issue with this adapter or the adapters issue since I haven't tried it on my Windows XP machine.

It Does Exactly What It's Supposed To Do
I connected a brand new Windows 8.1 machine to an old HP 4500 Laserjet and there were no issues. The OS found it immediately and the product works very well.

USB to duel PS/2 keyboard/mouse adapter
When my mouse and keyboard would not work, I got the 1' USB to duel adapter and now everything is ok. Did not have to return computer for repair.

Product works as advertised.
I bought primarily based on the fotos (which can be enlarged). Very clear indication of connection interface.
Most computer component fotos look like they were taken with an old time Brownie Camera.

Quality, substantial build, but pricey
When you buy quality, you only wince once. Solid build. Color-coordinated connectors are a nice touch. Pricey, but worth it to be able to use my ps/2 keyboards with my usb-only laptop.
