The Brother QL-1100C is a high-speed label printer engineered to print up to 4" wide labels. This business-quality label printer lets you create cost-effective paper labels for packages, envelopes, postage and more. The automatic crop function lets on-line sellers easily print product and other barcode labels from A4/Letter size label sheet templates (Windows only. The Brother QL-1100C delivers fast printing up to 69 standard address labels per minute with black text at 300dpi. Auto cutter allows for printing 1 or multiple labels at a time, helping eliminate wasted label sheets.

The Brother QL-1100C permits users to create and print custom labels easily. Simply connect to your computer to design and print customized labels. You can also download the free Brother iPrint&Label app to design labels with your Android device with the purchase of a USBtoGO cable connection. The Brother QL-1100C series label printers utilize direct thermal printing, meaning that there are no expensive inks, toners, or ribbons to replace. Changing Brother DK rolls is simple – just drop them in and they fit easily. Use Brother Genuine label rolls for consistent high-quality output.

The Brother QL-1100C is compatible with Windows and Mac and integrates with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The Brother "Plug & Label" feature requires no soft are installation for Windows PCs. Set up is effortless and my first shipping label came out perfect! There were no labels wasted, there were no errors and no smudges. It works seamlessly as long as you put in the correct settings and print! The labels come out very fast and clear. It's a top quality label printer that lets you create cost-effective paper labels for all your business needs whether it's for packages, envelopes, postage and more. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and precise label printing This label printer is very impressive regarding speed. It prints up to 69 labels per minute! I like the drop in, no fuss label loading rolls. The P-touch Editor Lite (Windows) worked well. You must connect to your pc with a USB cable. You can use this with an Android with a USB On-the-Go cable. That cable is sold separately. It is a nice, small label printer that doesn’t take up much space W: 6.70” x H:5.95” x D:8.75”. It is also very lightweight at 3.79 lbs. I feel it is a great label printer as long as you don’t mind that it is not wireless. Pros: Fast printing, great printing quality, compact, ease of roll installation. Cons: A USB cable is needed.

Let me start by saying it was easy to set up, you simply connect it to your wifi and within a click of a button your ready to go. It can also be used for everyday use as postage labels. The printer prints labels out as big as 4” wide. It prints fast and has easy peel labels. It features an auto cutter allowing you to print multiple labels while saving label sheets. You can connect the label maker to your computer and create custom labels or download the app on your phone, allowing you to choose the design of your label. The label maker doesn’t require any ink replacement, only label sheet replacement. The label sheets are long lasting but when the time comes to replace them it’s super easy, you simply drop it in and your ready to go! This printer has been a life saver with shipping out items.

Being tired of printing labels of the regular printer and taping them to the boxes, we decided to get this Brother QL-1100 label printer and are so glad we did. Out of the box, the unit is very nice, well built and setting it up was very straightforward. The printer accepts many different sizes of labels which is excellent. Best of all, it is very fast and printing labels using this device is so much better compared to my regular printer. With all that being said, we are very pleased with our new Brother label printer which gets a solid 5 stars rating from us.

This makes it incredibly versatile and useful for various tasks, from printing shipping labels to creating custom product labels. The print quality is solid, with sharp and precise text and graphics. The ecosystem of special labels make it really easy to get a quality print at different sizes. You place the new roll in and the printer recognizes the printable size automatically. The downside is that it all comes at a cost. Compatible labels are a lot more expensive and you can only fit so many in the printer at a time. The ability to use free labels by carriers is not an option and why I wouldn't recommend using this if you only need to print shipping labels. Another great aspect of this printer is its ease of use. The setup process is straightforward and simple, and the software is intuitive and user-friendly. You can easily customize labels with a variety of fonts, graphics, and styles, and the printer can handle both Windows and Mac operating systems. You don’t have to use the provided software, but it’s there if you need it. Overall it’s a solid printer, the labels are contained and it’s super easy to use. It’s a good all around printer that’s easy to use and covers a wide range of labeling needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No ink ever!!! This thermal printer is fantastic, in that there is never an ink shortage that effects your daily business. Printing is a little on the loud side, but overall it is well worth it. Printing is fast and the variety of sizes is a huge plus! Wireless capabilities are "okay" but I found it beneficial to just use my pc instead. The body of the printer is a hard plastic but the printer is very lightweight. The size is perfect, it takes up such little space, just sitting on a small shelf on my desk, so no clutter. The interchangeable lables of different sizes are easily and quickly changed out to fit your needs. All in all this is a great addition to a small home based business.

Installation and set-up was very easy (15-20min max) and the included instructions provided everything I need to get it up and running. Printing is pretty quick and the quality output is very good. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and super fast printing This is my first experience in a long time with a Brother thermal printer and I am very happy with it! First off this printer is super easy to setup and use and it prints super fast even at high quality. In my case I have a Windows PC but the setup will be similar for other OS. First off download the drivers and software from the Brother support site and install on your PC. Plug in the printer to PC cable and power on the printer. In my case Windows had an issue with the driver working right away and I had to uninstall the driver and reinstall it. I did not experience the issue on my other Windows systems. That said you can at this point either install the rest of the software, namely P-Touch Editor or you can long press the Edit Lite button and access the storage in the printer for P-Touch Lite. The software was super easy to use and I was easily designing my own custom labels including graphics. The print quality was better than I expected a label printer to be able to do and print speed was outstanding! I will definitely be using this printer for A LOT of things including mailing but mainly for labels around the house and shop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific label maker I’m not a professional business, just a random guy. We have loved this product. It was easy to set-up and pretty easy to get started with the software. If you are not tech savvy, I could see a little struggle, but follow the instructions and you will be ok. Once you’ve figured it out, this machine prints like a dream. Changing out the rolls is easy and quick. There really is SO much you could do with this machine that I don’t have time to cover it all but if you are a small business or just someone who likes to print labels, this machine is a excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Fast Printing This thermal printer has been a life safer for our little business. SInce it’s thermal, it only prints in black.It prints fast! You do have to install the drivers onto your computer to use. I visited the Brother website and downloaded them. It wasn’t too complicated. The p-touch editor kinda looks like it’s from the 1990’s. The included graphics and fonts are pretty basic, but fine for simple labeling. On the plus side, you can upload your own images including corporate logos. I created some documents on Canva with basic graphics and downloaded the file, then used it as a picture on the p-touch editor. I was also able to use my screenshot software to save images, then upload it to the p-touch editor to print. Screenshot images aren’t as crisp but it did get the job done. It is nice that it automatically cuts each label to the predetermined length. Brother offers label sizes for every printing need. We have found so many unexpected uses that we have since purchased several other label sizes and I use this for work several times a week.
