Honestly Decent BUTTT MAJOR PROBLEM.
I always get a paper jam notification & there is no paper jammed in the printer. Usually following tb simple instruction works but lately as I've been getting this notification more often (Take into account the printer will nothing if it has a "Paper Jam" notification . I'm getting super frustrated I've tried everything, I've followed the tutorial step by step and it hasn't resolved any issues and nobody to speak to about this

Yes I would buy another one.
It has all the bells and whistles required for all my printing and scanning needs. The only downfall is the price of the replacement toner is very expensive.

Good MFP for in office processing
I was looking for a MFP unit for in my office to save the many trips to our main unit in our office suite. The unit itself works well. Most issue have been getting network features, such as scan to a network folder, scan to e-mail, etc, set up. The printer is fast and quite. I haven't had the unit long enough to really form an opinion on durability.

Excellent MFP Printer
This printer has been working great for us. I've now purchased three of them with the oldest being deployed for a little over two years now with no issues. We contract lease printers for the majority of our locations but in some areas this is not cost effective and these are working great for those locations. Fast reliable printing, scanning, and copying and so far not a single maintenance issue, just replace the toner as needed.

Everything you need
I use this in a small business office environment. It prints and scans pretty fast with short warm-up times. It's cost effective to operate especially with the high yield toner. The PC software is excellent (Paperport). Uses the same toner cartridge as the HL5200DW I also have in the office so I only have to buy one type that's interchangeable between the 2 machines. I will buy Brother next time I need a printer.

Fast and Reliable Brothers Printers
I am a self employed Tax and Bookkeeper and I have to be able to depend on the printer that I use. I use nothing but Brother Products from the P touch to the MFC-L5700DW. This is my second MFC-L5700DW. I spent three weeks looking for this but they were all sold out till I found this one. I believe in buying reliable products as I cannot afford a shutdown for equipment failure and remain in business. I do fully endorse Brother products that I have used. Take care of it and it will take care of you.

When printer was short through out US market during covid19 pandemic . CDW stick with their advertised low price and promised delivery date. Excellent customer service and support. Highly recommend to all.

Owned since 2018: Print Quality goes down FAST
I bought this printer in 2018, and of the box, this printer was AWESOME: super-fast and great print quality.
Unfortunately, streaking started after about 200 pages. I followed all the directions to fix this, but it just kept getting worse. I have never used a non-Brother toner cartridge, and I have replaced the toner cartridge twice and it just kept getting worse. All three toner cartridges have leaked a lot of toner. Currently, I cannot even read the print unless I pull the cartridge, use the wire cleaner and blow the cartridge off before printing. After all this, I have a smeary barely readable mess. After four years of pain, I have given up, and have just ordered a new HP printer.

Great multi unit
I have had brother printers for as long as i can remember. This printer is to replace the older model of same printer which i have had for over 10 years and once some parts needed replacing i decided to get a new one so went with same model newer version.

Super machine!
This really is a great working all in one machine provided your internet strength is good and your setting preferences are all set through your printer driver. I needed a Brother Tech to get it corrected.

Not happy with replacement parts
We had a small piece of rubber come off of the paper feeder two months after purchasing this machine. It enabled the paper to be fed into the machine one at a time. I called to have this replaced and found out I was not able too. We then had to continue putting the paper in one at a time. Very annoying for a busy office. We finally had to purchase a better machine all for a 1/2 inch square piece of rubber.

This printer completely failed and I spent an hour speaking to someone offshore who said they would replace it...it has been a month and no replacement machine of any kind. pretty cumbersome service and then no service at all....

Good printer but very unhappy with setting the paper size and it most of the time stops printing. Also very unhappy that I cannot scan more than 1 page at a time as I do have documents with multiple pages.

Loved the machine but I am doing my MBA and the drum needed replacing and the store did not sell it in store and I needed to print my material that night. I had to buy another printer to finish my printing.

I was shopping for a business computer and after I read the review I see this is a black and white printer. How deceptive I looked and looked and cannot see where it tells you this is a black and white printer. It says it has a color screen which kind of says it could be color. Ill stick with HP at least their upfront. Customer service doesn't sound great and I'm tired of dealing with people that you cant understand very well
