You need a good understanding of printer, your WiFi and computer settings to install the printer. Printing via phone can be a challenge. Overall the printer is ok for a small business to do simple print jobs on a net work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, But Colour Photos Is Definitely Not InkJet Quality We don't use a colour printer too often and so our Epson Inkjet kept clogging up. Decided to upgrade to a colour laser and I am VERY impressed with this machine EXCEPT when printing colour photos. I tried three different grades of paper (including laser photo paper) and couldn't see much improvement. Shots are flat, not very sharp and kind of 'lifeless'. I gather this is a problem with all colour lasers, so I wasn't really surprised. That said, I think everything else is great (except the cost for the replacement colour cartridges are insane). It was easy to set up on our Macs/iPhones/iPad, is fast and quite quiet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best device i ever owned. this printer i use it in daily basis, is absolutely a peace of chocolate. cant recommend it enough. very reliable! the only thing that i dont like about it, is when i need to pull the prints out. i cant grab it with 2 fingers, i have to drag it out with my palm, cause the slot is too narrow. but not something to considers a negative comparing the the quality and reliability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power outage makes ink cartridges unuseable We've had this printer for a year and have usually had good luck with brother printers. I'm beyond disappointed with this one. The brother ink cartridges are very expensive, so we make it work financially for our small business by buying the generic off-brand cartridges. These cartridges traditionally work great, and gave me the same printing quality of the brother cartridges. They worked fine with my last brother printer. However, with this printer, brother somehow fries the chips in the ink cartridges every time there is a power outage, or the printer turns off of if a system update is done. As we are located in a rural area, we experience power outages a lot. This means, each time the power goes off, we have to replace the ink cartridges, which is costing our business a lot of unnecessary money, not to mention it's environmentally irresponsible. I will be looking for a new printer and a new favorite printer brand!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First machine was no good, new machine is good We had an issue with the first machine we purchased not printing well from the start and then eventually, it quit working altogether. It took some time to get the issue resolved after jumping through several hoops and speaking with multiple people that could only just tell us "I understand". After 2 months of trying everything and then having the machine quit working, we had it replaced. We have had the replacement machine for 2 months and it has been working great so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ok printer for the money Worked properly for about a week, then wouldn't stay connected to wireless, kept going to sleep and not waking up to print. Had to hardwire it to make it work properly. Now is doing fine but frustrated that it didn't as expected.

First one developed a software problem after only a couple of years, and was offered a replacement at a small discount when the Brother support could resolve the problem. I was very disappointed as we did not use the first unit very much. The second unit is working fine after one month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second Brother Printer We Have Owned Purchased the Brother Color All in One Laser printer based on the reliability from the inkjet all in one we had for years. This printer is a lot quieter, set up was extremely easy on our home network, very little lag time running wirelessly. Print quality is great but we mostly have done black and white. Scanning features are similar to our old model. So far very pleased with its performance.

After 3 months, I've replaced the black and the color is low. which means I'll use 3+ sets of toner in a year. Or, I've could have bought 1 1/2 printers for the annual cost of the toner

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother MFC-L3770CDW Color Laser Printer I bought this printer to replace a Brother B/W Laser and an Epson Color Ink Jet. They were both near their end of life and after considering several alternatives I decided on this one. It has been in service now for a couple months and I am very pleased with it's performance. Everything works as advertised and installing it on my home network was easy. The criticism from other previous purchasers I read about involved the simple task of retrieving the printed pages from the slot in front of the printer. There is a small finger slot on the right side where the pages are delivered that make it very easy to retrieve the printed pages. Definitely recommend this solution for others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer/Scanner/Fax - Expensive Toner Costs 3 months in and this printer is a workhorse. No issues to report printing is beautiful and great features. 2 sided scanning works well, slight offset angle some times, but the quality is good and the speed is exceptional. Great to have fax line again, for the 2 time I need it per year. My past one had an internet fax capability, but the manufacturer stopped supporting the app so I could no longer use that feature, this one has a dedicated phone modem so it does not rely on the internet app. This is best printer to date and hope that with good care I can get 7 years out of it, that was what I go out of the one it replaced. Full toner replacement is pricey compared to m y last OKI Printer, but OKI has stopped making the similar product so chose the best printer which is this one by Brother.

It delivers high quality printing and scanning. Have not used it yet to FAX but no reason to think that this won't work a well as everything else. Very pleased with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy this. This printer was a disaster. The first few pages I printed after setup had huge blue streaks down the middle of the page. The third page I printed got stuck in the rollers and came up crinkled. I returned it immediately.

I have had Epson and Canon printers in the past, but none lasted more than a few years. This printer prints quickly and so far it has done a great job.

My previous printer had very clear and intense colors on every page, this one has somewhat pale colors -I don't like that. Maybe it is trying to save Toner, but I made sure settings do not indicate draft mode or toner saving. Good for home office. Still would love to see an upgrade to print better colors.

I have this printer in my off-grid office and I am overall satisfied with the printer but it is a power hungry machine which is not idea for an off grid application. The functions are all as advertised and printing is clear and precise. The footprint is much larger than my previous Canon printers and the unit is very heavy.

I have one similar printer for home use, after over 10 years of mild usage, it is still functioning well. All I have to do is to change the toners. This current one is on wireless connecting, it can link up several computers without cables connections. Setup is easy, the Window 10 will find the printer and easily add this printer.

Wireless connection is a breeze to establish and I love that feature. It will print right up to the edge of your page if you're printing a flyer, for example.

Something to be aware of is that Brother offered to provide you with 40% off your next purchase if you registered your product and signed up for general offers and promotions. I did this but when I tried to buy new toner, they only provided a 15% discount.

I run a small business so we print a decent amount of items. This one has given me a bit of issues though. I had to get the fuser replaced after only 1 year and its my home printer. Also had network issues often. It seems to work much better since I got it repaired. Everything much more smooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noticeably lighter print adverse to bottom line. Functional, but print is noticeablely lighter. This is a replacement for my last Brother AIO. I would have used that one for years, but replacement of the 4 drums was more expensive than a new color laser AIO. I did not anticipate the lighter print. Brochures, letterhead, etc are all noticeably lighter than last year. Very Disappointing. It will really affect my bottom line if I have to go back to a professional printer for those.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from He is my Brother and my friend and the same time Bought this printer, because I needed a color printer with scanning possibilities, which my preferred color printer, the Brother L8360 did't have. Overall all results are good, but to be honest, I think the results from the L8360 are even better. For B&W printing I use Brother L2750 printers. So, after all this L3770 is the printer I use less, but I can't miss it for sake of the scanning. That all my printers are from Brother says enough about my satisfaction.

We have had the printer for about 3 months now and have had to replace the ink once since the sample inks it came with. I love this printer it works very well and is fast. The only down side is I cannot figure out how to disable the 2 sided printing. I have changed it in the printer setting but it keeps defaulting back to double sided printing, which is fine for some things but not everything.

The printer side worked just fine. Nevertheless we ended up buying another one because the offerings at the local Staples did not offer another unit with the features this has at the price point. Otherwise we love the unit just not happy with the support or option to fix the original unit.

Color printing is now possible for us and has added a lot to our newsletters and other advertising pieces. Scanning and copying also work great. I only wish that this printer could take the super high-yield cartridges that brother puts out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just set it and forget it. Plugged it in. Setup the wifi up, loaded the paper and it worked perfectly. Sent a picture from my phone. Didn’t have to go through all kinds of setups to get started. Mind you I did load the program later to full use. But that was easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good solid printer and scanner This is not only a good printer, it is good at scanning both manually or from my computer. Text and graphics are just fine when they are printed -- and the color is right, not "close." I use it for my home office and it is quiet and the speed is just fine unless you are comparing it to a printer that costs a lot more. Finally, the cost per page of printing is reasonable, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for my home office After using inkjet printers in my home office for years, I was tired of wasting ink while unclogging jets, high ink prices, and other hassles that went with the "economy" of inkjet printing. I don't do high volume printing, but needed all multifunction features. I discovered the MFC-L3770CDW printer while shopping and decided to give it a try. I have not been disappointed so far. The print quality is very good, it is easy to use, and it handles the volume of work I do. It's not the fastest printer on the market, but at this price point it is quite good. While replacing consumables such as toner will be more expensive when purchasing, I will at least be getting the full expected print volume from each replacement. My per page cost is considerably less than it was with my inkjet printer. The reliability of knowing that the printer is ready to go when I am means a lot to me as well, if I have been away for a week, I don't have to worry clogged jets!

First, Printer worked excellent and will scan copies to my email via Bluetooth. Setting up a new office and my newest brothers printer will not scan copies to my new computer system? Very disappointing because this is something we do daily my IT guy tried everything still would work..

I bought this to print my own brochures, but since I cannot get the colors to match properly the results do not look professional. I'm thinking about taking it back, but not sure yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do your research, I did. I was a little apprehensive about buying a Brother. I’ve only had experience with Epson, Lexmark and HP and all were inkjet. I wanted a lazerjet and after talking to different stores they sang the praises of Brother. I wanted the printer for home use so price was important. Customer reviews were great for the l3770 so that became my focus. I thought noise might be a problem but it wasn’t. So far I’m very happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

What they don't tell you is that performing duplex printing drastically reduces the number of pages per minute. It is not a big issue for me, but it might be a deciding factor for other users. I am finding that this machine if very capable and produces nice quality print jobs.

Its the first one I have had that is wifi and it works great. two side printing and I still have a fax that runs off the "smart ring". It works great. The toner cartridges are a bit expensive but should last me at least a year. So not that expensive compared to ink. Its quiet and simple to figure out too. 5 thumbs up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother Needs To Up Their Game I have owned many Brother printers. Both this printer and the last printer have issues losing the WiFi connections. Brother's support is also not very good in helping with this matter. They always seem to have driver issues and are always seem to be behind on updating and fixing bugs. Reconnections and restarts are always needed.

So far it's been worth every penny. This L3770CDW makes fantastic prints every time. Wonder now why I waited so long to purchase one.

I love how quiet it is and the high quality of its printing. So far, the automatic document feeder has worked perfectly (unlike my old HP, which always jammed). I also like the ease of duplex scanning and copying — that's a serious time-saver. Finally, I'll add that we're an all-Apple office; and this Brother works seamlessly with my MacBook computer.

It honestly would have been cheaper to buy a printer every six months vs HP Toner. Some things are different in getting the Brother set up, but overall, this was a good choice for me. I can scan, fax, and print easily. Print quality is great!
