Brother LC103BK Black High Yield Ink Cartridge is rated 3.50 out of 5 by 106.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. I have only had it a few weeks, so it is too early to tell how much ink it will use. I have printed, scanned, and copied with it and it is very easy to use. I do not plan on using the FAX. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Purchasse I received my order in a timely manner and, I am delighted about the purchase because I have always wanted 11"by1y" printing capabilities. Very good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother makes the BEST When searching for a new printer, don't buy it for the price of the printer but by the cost of the ink. A hint some wise person once gave me and it is 100% true. Brother makes the most reliable printers. This is out 4th. The ink costs are at least half of the BIG name printers inks. Brother's technical and customer service is unmatched. I don't know where they get these people but YEAH!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from photo printing I have had no problems printing text files. It has taken me some time to adjust to the document printing totally in the printer before coming out. I do have a problem printing photos. It produces a line going down the picture every 1 1/2 inches. It makes the picture unusable. My recommendation would be based on what you need the printer for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null This is a very good product. Using the enclosed CD, the setup is easy from installation to printing. The wireless capability gives me the flexibility to print from anywhere within my home network, and the mobile app is just a cherry on top that allows me to print from my smartphone. The 250 sheet paper tray along with printing speeds of 35 ppm black and 27 ppm color makes this an exceptional buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Performance Bought this product two months ago and I simply love it's performance. It is quite fast. It was extremely easy to connect (WiFi to my network. I like the fact that it has a large paper tray, so I don't have to reload paper as often as I did with my previous machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ANOTHER Great Brother Printer I have owned and used Brother printers for over 10 years and have to say they are more reliable and have more features than other brands I have owned. I have donated my HP and Epson to charity... just to rid my room of these "quality" printers. I love the 11" x 17" feature, the two-sided print feature and, needless to say, the colors it provides to photos and graphics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pick for my requirements I'm a bit technically challenged but was happy to be able to get the first PC (of three computers) connected wirelessly and operate all aspects of the Printer wirelessly pretty quickly. Took two installations each for the next PC and lap top but was successful with all, and can also print from our I Pads and I Phones. Very Satisfied with the product so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Wireless setup was easy and, the tech support (telephone) I received was excellent. I needed the support as the included software would NOT install on the latest version of MAC or Server 2008 and I needed to be assisted with specific downloads to install the correct software.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid purchase I needed a netter, faster printer for my home office. This one fits the bill nicely. The larger capacity paper tray is a big plus, wi-fi connectivity allows me to print from all my computers and devised easily, and the print speed is great... many times faster than my previous printer. I was a little disappointed that it did not come with the ledger paper capacity as I was led to believe, but I'll live. Overall, a good purchase at a very good price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scan Quanity Not Good This is my first Brother printer and always had HP printers. I do a lot of scanning of pictures and found the scan quality is not that good. I did a comparison of my HP scanner and found the pictures I scanned on the Brother are not as sharp compared to the HP. I also found the overall picture is worst than the actual photo I scanned. I tried scanning at higher DPI and didn't help. I tried using SW to improve the photo which helped a little but it still had the fundamental problem of sharpness. I also compared the printing and the color was less vivid compared to the HP. So you know who is writing this review...My background is engineering and I had previously worked in the graphics Industry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY LOUD I USE THIS PRINTER ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY FOR 11 X 17 PRINTING AND SCANNING SO I HAVE LEDGER STOCK LOADED IN THE TRAY AND USE THE BACK TRAY FOR THE OCCASIONAL 8.5 X 11 PRINTS. I BOUGHT THIS PRINTER TO REPLACE AN OLDER BROTHER MFC6490CW THAT NEEDED A NEW PRINT HEAD. HOME OFFICE B&W PRINT QUALITY IS GOOD BUT THE MACHINE IS VERY LOUD WHEN PRINTING THE 11 X 17'S, MY OLD MACHINE WAS QUITE A BIT QUIETER. YOU PROBABLY WOULD NOT WANT TO USE THIS MACHINE IN A QUIET OFFICE ENVIRONMENT OR YOU'LL BE WAKING UP YOUR CO-WORKERS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Purchase I'm finding my MFC-J6520DW Brother Printer to be just what I was looking for. So far better then the HP All In One I had before. Took me approximately eight hours to install and set it up (little long), but I haven't had any issues and so far it has performed great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far it is fine It was easy to set up on my in house network to be controlled wirelessly from multiple computers. So far we have only used the machine to print on 8.5"x11" paper, I have used the document feeder, and printed on bothsides of page

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This company stands behind their products! Just before the end of the warranty period, my all-in-one had a problem. I called Brother and they immediately offered a free of charge replacement. This is great service and the new device works fine. Keep up with the good work!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Frustrating VERY frustrating. Printer arbitrarily defaults to different wifi networks. (I have an extender to service my Ring doorbell). Printer then disappears from my laptop. Given its location I must crawl on my hands and knees to change the wifi networks (17 characters) using the panel's micro font. Also, the long complex model number is only one of a long list of options on the Brother website. Seriously? you can't come up with an easier identifier? Finally, why ask for my email address since I would not have gotten this survey without first registering with you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very versatile I use the MFC-J6520DW for a peer mentorship program designed to address achievement disparities in high school. I put out a legal size newsletter in color, can print two-sided as easily as one sided. I make 11 by 17 posters. Print quality is consistently excellent. It's an easy machine to use. I can switch paper sizes in a matter of seconds. It fits my purposes beautifully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing….to say the least. The printer is always running some type of cleaning or something of the sort. Whatever it is, uses up the ink. It is so frustrating to not have used the printer, only to go to use it and the cartridges are empty. I needed to print a return label before I head out of town, but can’t as the black is empty. Printed just fine 2 weeks ago and I haven’t used the printer since then. This is not something new and one reason I won’t be purchasing a brother printer again. Never had this problem with another brand. It will even say they are empty when there is clearly ink in them. Now to figure out how to get a document printed before I leave for out of town.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchase before I bought J6520DW printer I had and still have 6490CW printer. It was great. I thought I would update. VERY large mistake. The new printer does not print pictures as good as old one. I think I am going to go back to 6490CW and rid rid of J6520DW.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working well Every feature I need is working well so far. I do have a lot of trouble clearing the paper jam notification. I actually have not had any paper jam, but the printer thinks I have. I follow the help sequence on the display screen to clear the notification, but no luck. I have to unplug the unit to get it to reset.
Date published: 2017-05-12T00:00:00-04:00
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Shortly after purchase the screen would freeze, stating it was still communicating with computer. You can do nothing until you turn the unit off wait a minute and turn back on. Will work for a bit and then do it again. I have had the unit replaced and the replacement does the same thing. I have been told to use a short cable. This is inconvenient for my setup but I arranged it. It still does it. I have completely removed, uninstalled and reset everything, but still have the issue. Also for as big as the unit is, you have to feed any manual items in from the back. Items generally get jammed first time through but second time usually works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Home Office Printer Good Home Printer, Scanner, and Copier that accommodates both Letter and Legal size paper. Fairly easy to set-up on a MacBook computer with wireless capability. Good features like ability to turn off color and print in black & white, ability to print on both sides of a sheet of paper. Don't have a landline so have not faxed any documents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MFC-J6520DW review One of the best printers I’ve ever had (in 30 years) and Brother services - both people and policies - are impressive. The printer is easy to understand and use and when I had a problem, Brother walked me through a diagnostic (already done using clear instructions, but they wanted to be sure) and sent a refurbished printer out to arrive two days later. All this is the kind of product and company that builds in loyalty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally, Everything I need in one printer From paper loading to changing ink cartridges, it's been thought out from the user's standpoint and it's finally done right. I no longer find myself spending hours trying to resolve a printing problem when a project is due. My Brother printer asks for little and gives a lot. Why didn't this happen 20 years ago?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fantastic scanning I am so impressed with this unit. My last unit from a different company had problems that their customer service was of no help and didn't even try. Your customer service people are so helpful and patient. I bought your your cheapest unit and it's better than any other scanner/printer I've used or seen. I makes me wonder what additional features your higher priced models can perform. I may settled too quickly for your lowest priced model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forget the printer, It's The Scanner That Matters! I hunted for months and there is literally no better option for an 11x17 scanner of this quality out there! It's utterly fantastic, fast and reliable. Having a wireless scanner for my comic artwork is invaluable to me. I simply deactivated the printer functions and notifications on my PC. I just use it as a scanner and it's perfect for that. I highly recommend this. The customer support is really good too! Other 11x17 scanners are going to run you 500-2000$ for the same quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Aquisition I have only had it a month or so, but I am extremely happy with it. The paper comes out quickly with no jams and it is easy to navigate the screen selections. This replaced a basic model from another manufacturer which was nothing but trouble on many levels. I highly recommend this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeat Purchase I had an earlier version Brother Multi-Function printer prior to this version (can't remember the exact number but my house burned down during the Valley Fire in Lake County, CA, September 2015, a Presidential declared disaster. I decided to purchase another multi-function printer because of the satisfaction I had with my first printer. The main reason for my repeat choice was the 2-sided printing and wi-fi capability. This printer is simple to set up, priced well and easy to use. I had one opportunity to contact the "help desk" and was not impressed with their manner of handling my issue. The issue has not effected overall printer functioning so I did not need to follow-up with the help desk at this time. My issue deals with the internet hardwired plug-in failing to work less than 2 months after purchase. I am still dealing with the aftermath of the fire and just didn't need this to deal with as well since the wi-fi works. I will be trying to work with the help desk again and may be updating this review at that time. Hopefully it will be positive. This is a great working printer and I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very good been using this printer in our small office for about three weeks now. very fast, good quality, large paper tray, touch screen could be bigger, alot of times you have to touch the screen twice to get it to work. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I could say more positives but cant I have used many many all in one printers. I have had continuous problems with scanning. I have reloaded software myself; have had support download software again and scanning function on printer works once or twice and then says can not connect. Faxing is better but also not totally reliable. Disconnecting electric and reconnecting does seem to help with that. Sorry I cant say more positive. It does print and copy ok.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great machine Very happy with the quality of the printer, the ease of setting it up, and the speed of printing. Only wish it had a paper tray for the 11x17 so it could print multiples instead of feeding one at a time. Would also be nice to have a extended paper guide for the ledger paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Landscape oriented printing, 11x17 printing scanni I was happy to find a wireless all in one that would print and scan 11x17 format. I was dissapointed to find that at first, I could not print duplex because the driver was not up to date with Windows 10, and then after loading the proper driver with the assistance of technical support, that this model will not scan duplex--which is essential to me. Why would Brother make an all in one that prints duplex, but doesn't copy or scan duplex?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Quite There I have used the print, copy and scan features. I am somewhat disappointed in the color printing. The colors are coming out much paler than on my screen, even though I've set it to higher resolution. I have replaced the black cartridge, but not the color ones. I'm hoping new cartridges will improve the color output.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fair at best I generally do not do reviews, but I felt people need to know before they spend their money on this. I give it a fair because of so MANY issues. It prints nice and has a nice big scan deck. Then things go down hill. 1. The self feed to print simple cards done nothing but JAM. Every other printer I have ever had printed the cards no problem yet this one it jammed it up and if it did SOMEHOW not jam it was so off center it was worthless. Should have sent it back then but I was stupid. 2. Need to print carbon-less legal papers. Well my brother laser prints no problem. This paper weight it grabs more than one sheet most of the time. So it prints only part and sometimes it jams....I just wanted to print the legal papers why do you think I got the large scan deck and the second paper tray. Another reason this printer is a fail. 3. I can print wireless but I can not scan. It used to scan and then it stopped. Had to call for help took 45 min of sitting there to get it up and working. Only to have it stop again. I am very very VERY let down with Brother. I have had 2 brother laser printers and I bought this one thinking brother makes good things. Well I should have NEVER gotten this one. This will frustrate you to no end. When it works its great and the key is when it works. The man reason I went with Brother is that they have live support for free. SO I give brother thumbs up for that but thumbs down for this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad Printer and bad customer service Bought this machine a several days ago. First time I printed 4x6 pictures they had black lines through them. Emailed customer service back and forth and they told me to clean the rollers which I had already done form a conversation with their chat team. Still no good prints. Finally had to setup an appt. for their customer service to call me (and then they could not guarantee that a person would call when the appt was set up for. They finally got the black lines out of the pictures of course I again had to clean the rollers. Now after 8 pictures I have the black lines again. I feel for the price I should not have an issue with having to clean rollers when I first get a printer. Also after 8 pictures I should not have to clean rollers again. I resent an email to the Brother customer service at 4:09 pm Mountain time. Still no word back from them. Bad printer and bad customer service. Will not buy a Brother printer again. This printer is going back to the store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from disappointing I maybe got 50 pages out of the ink, beyond disappointing. My old Brother printer broke so bought a new one that takes this ink and it just eats the ink so quickly and the print quality isn't even good. The old Brother printer I had was amazing, ink lasted forever but they don't make that model anymore. And clearly the quality has gone way down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deceptive name/title? While it says I can do 600 pages, and is advertised as a large cartridge capacity, I think it has done the same number of pages or maybe even less than the regular sized cartridge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's embedded in the software When I first purchased the MFC J450DW the printer worked fine. Once it got passed a certain age I noticed that I was changing the ink even when it wasn't in use. I looked closely and found that the printer marked the cartridges as empty even when they are full. On further investigation I noticed that any new cartridge will be labeled "empty" after software updates. I have several "SETS" of ink that the printer will no longer take. All of them are full. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pages Up to 600 pages. Not even getting 50. Was told by the store clerk that you consider a page the size of a 3 x 5 index card. Who prints on the\at? A page is 8.5 x 11 How about a little clarity in advertising.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not so good Kept getting a paper jam message. Could not see any paper in machine. Message wouldn't clear after several attempts going through the motions in the troubleshooting section of manual. Called the number and they sent me a new one. Different model, but no user guide or set up manual, and no sofware to put into laptop...so I'm still out of a printer. Called number again and left message to send me these things...Will see what happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MFC-J6520DW Although the functions available on this machine are sufficient I am surprised that Brother would continue to manufacture a product that does not provide duplex scanning. When I order the machine I thought I was getting the MFC-J6920DW. Although it was my fault because I did not read the model number more closely it does not reduce my disappointment that duplex scanning is not a basic function of any Brother scanner/printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Good machine so far but I think there's a problem with the Windows 8 drivers. Every time I want to use the printer I have to run the troubleshoote to access the printer from 8. Dell tech could not isolate the problem but oc course blamed Brothers driver, I have no problem accessing from my Windows XL or Vista machines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever I am very disappointed. I had high hopes for this printer, but it rams through several pieces of paper at once and/or jams waayyy too often. About 40% of my paper gets wasted. Spent may hours on phone with techs - polite but no help. Factory sent me a new/refurbished one - same problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY I have had nothing but a bad experience with this printer. I would give it 0 stars if I could, it has given me nothing but frustration. It is not intuitive, can't connect wirelessly, and when I can (on a rare chance) it refuses to cooperate and print a simple document. And when it does accept it, the paper jams, of course. When I unjam it, it still says it's jammed. And you can forget about printing on anything other than plain paper, don't even think about printing on tabloid or card stock. This machine CANNOT handle it. I always end up having to go to Staples to print. A multitude of problems with this machine. I went to a friends house, connected to their Canon and printed on the spot in a matter of seconds. That is how it should be. Please save your money. I think I will throw this one out the window (given the frustration it has caused) and buy a Canon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Generally Good, but noisy This printer does everything it is supposed to. My only concern it the noise it generates. I have a hearing problem, and cannot use the adjacent telephone when the printer is in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great printer, sketchy reliability Call me crazy: I've had one for 2.5 years and love the features. Unfortunately I'm on my third one. The first one died after a year and was replaced by Brother. The second one died after a year and I was paid by SquareTrade. I like them so much, despite the issues, that I bought a third one. I just couldn't find anything at that price point with the same convenience and features. Wish me luck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Large Format Printer for a Good Price I have a small engineering business. I need to be able to print and scan 11x17 sheets. This greatly limits the number of inexpensive printers available to me. This printer was the best combination of cost and features I found. It works great, and prints and scans quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Machine Haven't used it much yet, but easy to set up and so far has produced nice color photo copies. Only marginal drawback is that the color photo copying is slower than I had expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MFC-J6520DW.....Great printer!!! We were a little skeptical at first due to the complaints of noise and cheap plastic parts. After we opened the box and got through the setup process; we wondered why people complained. This printer was neither loud or cheap feeling. Yes, the plastic did feel kind of cheap, but once you look closely, you notice that it isn't cheap...the paper feeders employ a bendy plastic that simply bends to pressure, rather than breaking apart after just a little pressure....flex is way better than break!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with my purchase so far but have some questi I am overall very satisfied with my purchase. However, I am not totally satisfied with the printing of 11 by 17" color pages which was my primary reason for purchasing this printer. I am not sure if it is the printers fault or if it is a problem that my ink cartridges are getting low, but the output does not come out in the true colors the input had. I still need to experiment with it before I throw in the towel on large page printing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features, horrible manual! Since I wanted the manuscript paper feature I was stymied as to how to get the cassette to become large enough to accept manuscript paper. Only after I ordered a second cassette did I figure out how to work the adjustments on the first one. Fortunately, the extra cassette was inexpensive, so now I keep letter size paper in one and the manuscript paper in the other. I bought this one to replace a wide format printer that used 36" rolls. For the price of a single print head, I got this one. How could I not? I have to tape larger projects together, but the printing is fast, and there's much less wasted paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer! My old printer (a different brand) died suddenly and I was stuck. After poking around the net and looking at features and reviews, I came upon this printer. Size was a definite issue also since the printer sits inside a computer desk, next to the tower, under the keyboard tray. I originally looked at 6920, but the second paper tray made it too tall (ditto with the 6720). So I bought the 6520. Installation was a breeze, and it works just great. My only "issue" is the printer's output tray. Since the printer sits under the keyboard tray, my knees are there. This means I will normally keep the output tray closed (i.e., pushed inside the printer). And when I print, I just need to remember to pull it out. This is not a major issue, but becomes major if another family member prints from their laptop over our in-house network. If they don't think to run in to my "man cave" and pull out the output tray, their printed pages spill out onto the floor. It would be nice if there was some little mechanical gadget inside the printer that would extend the output tray when printing starts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely nice printer, copier, scanner This is an extremely nice printer, copier, scanner. I really appreciate the 11 x 17 scanning/copying glass. If I had known when I bought it that it did not do duplex scanning I would have looked for another model that did, but for home use I can get by with this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best value for the money I love this machine after owned Lexmark for several years. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing – OK for drafts not final production Overall print quality is good for drafting documents but falls short of quality presentation copy. Color print quality is not up to printing photos or vivid PowerPoint presentations. Settings at the printer control panel is not user friendly. Print menu from the computer does not always set the print quality -- uses more ink than necessary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wifi does not work This is a great printer with a cable. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Brother, trying to diagnose the problem, uninstalling, reinstalling driver, setting up printer ETC. Our team has this printer as a home printer. Everyone has had the same problem using MAC computers to set up this printer on a wifi network. Apart from being an INK hog, I also have to do head cleaning periodically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problems I could not make it stay online trying to use it wireless. It would go offline as much as 3 or 4 days at a time. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does 11X17 Printings The main reason I purchased this printer was that it would print 11X17 sheets and I needed that. The first printer I received didn't print correctly and after I called Brother and explained my situation they tested it and said there was an internal problem so they sent me another new printer which is working pretty well. They were extremely nice and very kind about that process.I print a lot of music I've composed and the only problem I have with it now is when I'm printing a 2nd side to already printed sheets it sometimes picks up 2 sheets at a time and throws off my page sequence which creates a big problem for me forcing me to reprint both sides of the music pages that do not sequence properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best 11x17 home printer I've had this printer for 6 months. I needed it to scan things like art and music that are bigger than legal size, and to print posters. Pros of this printer are small footprint--it's the same size as most home printers! Also it has an excellent ADF, it's very fast, it bluetooths so I can print with my phone; it has an xxl black cartridge. Cons primarily are paper jams as you can read about them online. But I figured out if you fan your paper before loading you can avoid most jams. Easy to fix after your first foray into the machine. Sometimes you have to unplug to reset the error message, but no biggie. If you have it set to 'fast print' it often grabs too many pages, so use 'normal'. It started to print jagged lines, so I reset to custom print alignment and that works. Brother helpline was not helpful on this as they had me go through all the steps I already had done. But the custom setting worked. Another con is the manual feed in back only takes one page and you have to help it grab. Everything goes in sideways so it takes getting used to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GOOD BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT I like the fact that I can scan 11"x17". This is bigger than most printer glass tops. It scans pretty good. But I don't like when I put in a 4"x6" photo in the "back chute", it is too easy to get it crooked. Once it is crooked I cannot pull the photo back out to straighten it before I print. (Maybe I need to reread my instructions. It needs a better guide so it won't go crooked. Pulling out the 8x11 paper is inconvenient to put photo paper in the front holder and resetting the guides. This also seems to use less ink, but I have not done a lot of printing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer so far at a great price I love this printer. Great value for the money The only problem so far is that it is very noisey sounds like a freight train. my last Brother printer was a lower priced one, that I worked to death and lasted over 3 years. A lot better than other brands but Brother wont let me tell you the names

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smaller, quicker, and better This All-in-one replaces a 6710 that failed after 4 years of service. It still handles 11 x 17 inch paper, but only thru the rear port, not in a tray. Setup was via Support to work with Apple Yosemite, and the person was officious but expert and went without a hitch. The new machine handles scan to Email easily, much better that previous software. The new touch screen it simpler and much easier to work with, quite intuitive. So far color copies are not very bright or professional, but we'll see as time goes on. It mates with our WIFI easily, and has a smaller footprint which is nice. It's light grey color has grown on us. Altogether, a good machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother Multifunction Printer J6520DW For basic printing and copying of text documents, this machine works great! Otherwise, I am very disappointed in the quality of the printed material that comes out of this machine. The colors do not match as they should. Some colors aren't even close to what they are supposed to be. Brother has confirmed this to be beyond the limitations of their machine. This will be my first and LAST Brother printer. The best part about this printer is it's fax mechanism. It works well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Bother With Brother, Move On! Now that Brother has discontinued the MFCs, it is trying to sell empty LC ink cartirdges or junk ink cartridges. My MFCJ4710DW worked just fine until I replaced the ink cartidges this week with authentic Brother brand LC103 ink cartridges, that came without the familiar orange and green keeper that must be removed before installation, from my local dealer. None of the new cartidges worked. My MFCJ4710DW says they are all empty. I've noticed other reviews on this page with the same complaint. Brother offers NO support! I have been unable to make any meaningful contact with Brother and no, chat doesn't count. Call 877-BROTHER, yeah, that's a joke too. An explanation is in order here.
