Arellia's Endpoint Security Remediation Suite includes Local Security Solution, Application Control Solution, and the Security Analysis Solution. Combined, this suite provides administrators the ability to gain control of their local administrator accounts and passwords, lock down the desktop, and now remediate security mis-configurations.
Local Security Solution continues to provide control over local Windows administrator accounts and passwords. Key benefits include identifying what accounts are in the administrator group, provisioning standard local accounts, and being able to randomize passwords by machine per policy. Randomized passwords are encrypted and stored on the central management server. These passwords are only disclosed and to approved administrators and all disclosures are logged for an audit trail. New to this release are an updated interface which provides faster interaction, numerous additional tasks for configuring local system security, and the support of the Symantec Management Platform.
