15 You get what you pay for... I thought I was getting a great deal, a wireless ergonomic mouse for under $30, sign me up! But the mouse barely lasted for 2 months before it started acting up and loosing connection. After going through multiple troubleshooting steps, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, changing batteries, rebooting pc, trying different USB ports, etc... the mouse continued to stop working intermittently and all signs pointed to the wireless receiver.I realize that sometimes bad products make it through the quality checks, so I opened up a ticket hoping to get a warranty exchange since it was well under the 1 year limited warranty. Little did I know, I would be responsible for the shipping cost of the mouse back to the vendor in order to have the new mouse shipped to me, up to a week after they received by defective mouse...With all the restrictions given on how to ship the mouse in order to meet the RMA requirements, I might as well go to the store and buy a new mouse. I would have rated this product, overall technical support, and warranty replacement experience at '0' stars, but that was not an option.Needless to say this will be the last product I have purchase from Verbatim.
