Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sounds Great but has Issues I purchased around Christmas 2017 and love the sound. It was easy to setup, but I do have reoccurring issues that in the last 10 mo have not been able to correct no matter what I try and I have looked at many, many, many posts online on fixing. I am using the HDMI ARC connection. First it just turns off after awhile for no reason and I have to turn it back on. The second is I turn it off at night before going to bed and in the morning the bar and sub-woofer are powered on in the morning. I have tried factory reset connecting my cable box to it, not connecting my cable box to it, changing the settings using remote, using the buttons on the sound bar and using setting on app, nothing works. The third issue is it took me hours to get it connected to my wifi so I could use the mobile app. I finally go it connected, but not sure how it just started working. Although it will drop off some times. I have it connected to a Vizio TV and you would think it would just all work together seamlessly. My next attempt to fix first two issues will be to use the optical connection instead of the HDMI ARC, but I feel like I shouldn't have to and that I am losing something by not using HDMI ARC connection. I have read a lot of posts and it looks like these issues I am having are recurring issues for a LOT of users. I would think that Vizio would correct it somehow via a software update or better instructions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound, good value, annoying EcoMode Although I am not an audiophile and don't want bass sound that will shake the frame of my house, I did a moderate amount of research before selecting this product, and I am pleased overall with its performance -- especially for the price. I chose to live with wing speakers connected by cable to the subwoofer. Having my new 4K TV and the sound system from the same manufacturer seemed like a good choice. One annoyance: multiple efforts to turn off EcoMode have failed. I get the right lights on the sound bar, but EcoMode still kicks in after a few hours, shutting off the sound. Yes, it's easy to restart the sound, but it's still annoying.
