Rated 5 out of 5 byMelvin chew from nullThe Jabra steel is a great earpiece, it can handle the outdoor heat, sweat and easy to clean up as can just rinse with tap water. One thing I found out is there isn't any volume button so I have to take out my phone to increase the volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 byGood product but could use a volume amplifier from nullI’ve used the Steel for two weeks after my Bose headset finally bit the bullet. I think the Steel is a good product. My only complaint is it lacks its own volume amplifier. When I’m on a connection with low volume (caller is hard to hear) or the ambient noise level is louder than normal the Steel doesn’t have a volume control. You can adjust the volume via the iPhone volume controls, but that is not enough to raise the volume so you can hear the caller better. Therefore either the Steel’s speaker is inadequate or it doesn’t have its own volume amplifier. I find it troubling because its advertised to be tough and used in construction environment where the noise levels are higher than normal.Volume on the receiving end, for those listening to me, appears to be good. Everyone can hear me clearly. The controls for using Siri and answering calls work fine. I don’t have any issues using them.Overall I’d give five stars but the volume issue is a problem for in environments where the ambient nose level is slight above average.

When a company stands behind their product with a warranty that no one else can match, you know it's a good product.
