HP 85A cartridge has been my "go to" since I purchased by first P1102 about 5 years ago. I have purchased about 50 cartridges and have had only 1 which was faulty. Wait ... that was an ink cartridge which HP immediately replaced. I have had NO failure of HP 85A cartridges. I also recycle.

Sometime long before it is out of toner it will eat a page of labels, wrap them around the drum - and then its game over and you get to buy a new one. HP and Avery should get together and fix the issue

I was disappointed that the toner cartridge for my new printer only yields 1600 printed pages as opposed to 2000 pages on my old printer. Bummer! It's a trade-off I had to make because I need a multi-function device for my home business.

Mind you I paid about $80 for a non-color laser printer so it seems ridiculous to pay such a premium for these toners. They cost almost as much as a new printer. Since the printer is old now may be time to try other brands.
