Rated 4 out of 5 by from I find that in general Eaton makes great UPS products. I've got a few of these that have been running stable for 2 years now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've had better luck with these than I have had with APC products. I do love the LCD screen built into the front.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed, wait and see. I purchased the Eaton 5PX (with NIC card plus Expansion Module) over other brands (convinced the boss to spend more money) because of the great reputation of Eaton. When going to plug in the battery connector module (on front of unit) the red/black wires coming from the right (when facing unit from front, unit laying horizontal) were twisted so that the red was on top, black on bottom. This made it so that, if you were not paying attention, you would have plugged into the other end Red-Black, Black-Red. I had to torque on the connector pretty good to twist it right side up as the space where the wires goes the unit would not allow for the wires to move. It seems okay, but there is a little bit of tension where the wires go into the connector now.I thought about taking the unit apart to adjust and relieve that tension but decided not too.Huge deal? I don't know. But it sort of smarts just the same.I would have expected more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great. Have it powering our MDF switch rack (3 48 port poe switches). Protects against power issues and lets me know when something does happen. only critique is the 4 post mounting hardware that comes with it was too short for my 4 post rack. only wend to 28 inches.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent UPS for network gear, add more EBMs as demands increase without downtime or extreme costs. Solid performer, never have had any problems with these!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Added a third to our environment to protect our phone system (4 switches, 1 controller, 1 server). Still my favorite UPS of all time. Management config could be a little easier, but otherwise it's dependable and informative.
