CDW has been named by Forbes as one of its 2024 America’s Best Employers for Diversity. The organizations receiving this distinction were identified in an independent survey of more than 170,000 US-based employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people.

This year’s honorees were evaluated based on personal recommendations, public recommendations, and other key performance indicators. Employees were asked to give their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and general diversity in their current workplace. Participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively with regard to diversity. The key performance indicators evaluated as part of this program measured how companies fared across a range of diversity-related best practices, including representation, accountability, communication, involvement, and more.
