Two recent rankings have named CDW among the Best Places to Work in Chicago as well as America’s Most JUST Companies.

Built In named CDW to its 2023 Best Places to Work list in the category of Best Large Places to Work, Chicago. Built In determines its winners based on an algorithm using company data about compensation and benefits. The program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.

Meanwhile, JUST Capital included CDW in its annual analysis of corporate performance that recognizes companies doing right by all key stakeholders – employees, customers, communities, the environment, and shareholders – as determined by the group’s polling of the American public.
