Steve Rutledge

Steven Rutledge is Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at CDW. Rutledge is Responsible for creating and implementing a Revenue Operations (RevOps) function at CDW and builds a set of capabilities to optimize the people, processes, and technology of the sales team, and serves as an accelerator for sales utilizing data, analytics, tools, and training.

Steve joined CDW in 2025 and prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at Informatica. Before this he held senior leadership roles at Genesys, including SVP of the Engage Contact Center Product Line and SVP of Global Sales Strategy and Operations. Earlier in his career, Steve was Vice President of Product Marketing and Business Development at Alcatel-Lucent.

Steve holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University.
