Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok Seems to work but only 10 feet away from router and only gets three bars can I connect a second one in the deadzone? Will this help

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lost connectivity after changing WI-FI password It lost connectivity after changing Wi-Fi password. There is no impact on changing a router password, but when you change wi-fi password the extender lost the connectivity to router. You have to reconfigure your extender if you change your wi-fi password. The password change info should be updated automatically in extender as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tiny and potent Greetings, I've had the pleasure of testing a TP-LINK, TL-WA850RE 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender. I conducted my test after disabling my other extenders, so I can obtain an accurate WiFi reading. I was able to experience significant signal increases in my dead zones, I had before. I've had this device plugged in since the start of my testing, December 2016. The device has not failed once, working perfectly. The device is plugged in my home office and all led lights are fully lit indicating a strong signal, about 40 ft from my router. I conducted another test by using the extender as a network adapter and it worked perfectly. I connected my printer and connected the network, and viola, it prints.I would like to see a possible feature added, a USB port to provide more options and expand to a 5 GHz network. This is inexpensive and great to add to one's arsenal of network devices. This review was submitted as part of a free sample program.
