Rated 3 out of 5 by Great Headset that Fits Poorly I would give the Voyager Edge a five-star review, if it fit better. Sound quality and speed of pairing is very quick. However, if you don't have a good seal, it becomes difficult to use in noisy environments and the sound quality is diminished. In my opinion, there is no excuse for Plantronics not to have a better-fitting earpiece, especially for a premium headset. October 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great sound quality & IT HAS GPS IF YOU LOSE IT! I've used a couple other bluetooth headsets in the last few years, but this one has been the best. It's very lightweight, and fits comfortably and easily. I like that the silicone ear piece holds it in place without a need for that cumbersome piece that wraps over the ear. All of the buttons are placed where they should be, making answering calls or adjusting volume almost an involuntary reflex. The sound is crisp & clear, especially for HD calls, and I've never had a complaint about wind or ambient noise. With the Plantonics Hub app you get a battery life notification in real-time so you know down to the minute how much talk-time is remaining before you need to recharge with the portable charger. It charges up fairly quickly in a pinch, but normally I don't need to charge it until the end of the day anyway. Something I just noticed after losing my last Plantronics Edge and repurchasing a new one is that there is some sort of GPS locator within the Plantronics Hub phone app. I'm not sure about its capabilities just yet, but it seems to sync it's location when in use and leave a footprint so if you leave it behind you can get an idea of where it is. Just wish I knew about it before I unpaired the one I lost! If something happened to this one I'm sure I'd repurchase it again though. October 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it..Thanks for the Colors! This is a wonderful device. I can hear clearly and have no problems being heard. It is comfortable, although I do believe there is a little bit of room for improvement there. But overall quite comfortable. I love the white color. I am tired of your basic black for everything. Black seems too masculine for me. The customer service was great too. It holds a charge for a long time and I love the extra charger to carry along to charge in my purse, or just to keep it protected and secure. Over all this is the best Blue Tooth I have used in a long long time. I have had many different ones and styles. Now if only we could have a pink one ....???? September 25, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not reliable Even with the latest update there are some bugs like first call after the pairing will be noisy, so I need to hang up an recall to get Voyager working right, some times (Random) people cant hear me well so i need to disconnect it.This is my second one, the first one was damaged (my fault) and both had the same issues. Rated 1 out of 5 by I have changed this device twice. The first showed a fatal problem with the microphone, the third day of use. The second died the same day when you try to upgrade the software. The third device lasted over two months, but this presented a problem with the microphone. As I found in reading the responses to the various forums (I confess that I should do it on principle), the problem with the microphone is very frequent in Voyager edge and is corrected in any way. So as understand, I do not recommend it. September 14, 2016
