3rd gear does not work
Finally got my setup all in and 3rd gear does not work. The 3 gear secection switches between 1st and 3rd gear. Seems like the internal switches have contact points to close.
Waiting for an update from dell. Will update with developments

I am very pleased with this!
Has a solid design. I was afraid it would be "flimsy", and it definitely is not. I have also added a Trucking Simulator shifter knob mod to it, and it fit perfectly. Low profile and worked exactly for what I wanted.

G29 Wheel delayed - Shifter is clamped on paperweight without
Ordered the G29 racing wheel to use with this but 3 delays later still no racing wheel. I have a shifter clamped and ready on my desk that I cannot use. No fault of the shifter but the review represents my disappointment in Dell’s handling of the order.

I'm using this with my G923 for the PS5/Gran Turismo 7 and so far it's working great. This is my first time using a shifter so I don't anything to compare to but I'm not having any problems with it.

great accessory for the wheel/pedals
I prefer a gear shifter to a paddle shifter and this is perfect to go with the wheel/pedals sold separately. Only draw back is wish the stand was offered as well for the system. But my major complaint and why I didn't give 5 stars has nothing to do with dell at all but playstation and that there is only like three games playable with this. No games that are arcade style like NFS will work with it.

Works great! Feels infinitely better when you replace the knob with a real knob though (custom adapter needs to be made. Standard one feels cheap.
