The ThinkPad OneLink+ Dock, powered by Lenovo's revolutionary OneLink+ technology transforms your new ThinkPad into a full featured machine in the office or at home. Not only does the new convenient OneLink+ connector deliver super-fast data transfers with USB 3.0 and up to Ultra High Definition (UHD) video but it also charges your notebook, cell phone and tablet while you work or play! Unlike USB docks the OneLink+ Dock delivers video with no compression, no drivers and no impact on image quality and notebook performance. Simply connect your notebook with the ThinkPad OneLink+ Dock and get connected to power, Internet and workplace accessories through a convenient single connector. Expect nothing short of outstanding value with connections for two external displays, a keyboard, a mouse, and a printer. It also comes with a ThinkPad 90w slim tip AC Adapter. The docking station comes equipped with a stereo/microphone combination audio port and 2x USB 3.0 ports on the front panel with one of those as an "always (power) on" port for mobile device charging. Meanwhile, the rear panel has 2x USB 2.0 ports and 2x USB 3.0 ports, allowing for maximum device connectivity. The OneLink+ dock also comes with a 10/1000 Gigabit Ethernet port, one VGA port, and two DisplayPort 1.2 ports for up to 3 video outputs with a maximum 4k2k resolution. For security, the dock can be secured via a cable lock. With all of these great features, the ThinkPad OneLink+ Dock actually takes up less desk space than other typical docking stations!

Product Reviews
Lenovo ThinkPad OneLink+ Dock - port replicator is rated 2.6 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would be great if it were reliable Have had this for a couple of months now, at first it was great. I have three external monitors connected to it with the laptop closed, unfortunately it will not power all four screens simultaneously, or if it will it does not work with mine. I have random Video loss with the Display port connections, swapped cables but still have the issue. It only seems to be getting worse sometimes it will see all three monitors sometimes only two. I have to mess with the windows settings quite a bit and reboot for it to work sometimes. Lately I have to disconnect the docking cable and that seems to bring it back. The idea for this is awesome but the quality is not there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work great These Work great on our X1's ! There is a recommended Firmware update from Lenovo. Needs to have monitor attached to install! After the update no problems. I have had one lose video completely after 12 months. 3 Year warranty so Lenovo replaced it free of charge. Yes I recommend for others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why not fully charge during connection time? Is connected all day and the battery reached only 95%

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works goo after BIOS, firmware and drivers updates I got this dock for my Thinkpad Yoga 14 (With an adapter for the onelink+ port). It works fine as an USB 3.0 hub, audio/mic doc, ethernet port and the two extra display ports. But it is important that your Thinkpad machine is on the latest BIOS level and that you update the latest firmware and drivers from the Lenovo OneLink+ support page.https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/acc100252There are also the DisplayLink drivers directly from the manufacturer that may help if you have issues with the video ports.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Thinkpad X1Yogo and Onelink+ Very frustrated with this Onelink+. I bought a new Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga shipped straight from the factory last month. I purchased the Onelink+ for the external devises, external hard drives, camera and monitor. The output from the display port is terrible. When I first connected the device it worked until I shutdown the computer that evening. When I started the computer the next morning, no external display. After unplug, re-pluging NUMEROUS time both the power and cable and the connection to the laptop I finally got the external monitor to work. Now this is an everyday process and it is very frustrating. I have had several Lenovo Laptops and used the Lenovo docking stations with all of them and they worked flawlessly. This Onelink+ however is far from from flawless. Very disappointed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lenovo Please abandon OneLink+ and use thunderbolt Maybe I didn't read the description through, but i did read everything before I purchase it. As a so called docking station, I assumed it can store battery and charge my laptop, phone...It can't! this socking station can't work without plugging in, you are chained to the wall basically!!! So It's not mobile either. Thunderbolt, especially thunderbolt 3 beats this down completely. Just put type-c or thunderbolt on all yoga modles and X1 carbon like XPS 13 and Macbook and I believe you will beat them. Don't let OneLink ruin thinkpad!!! I love thinkpads and already have 3 thinkpads (the last one I used for 8 years),

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk, worked for few months After few months, vidoe cuts out, does not charge. Video connection disconnects very rapidly. My IT guru found that there is a design flaw, the docking cable fits loose inside the docking port (insuide laptop), any cable move or wiggle casues disconnection and losing video and putting monitor in sleep mode, very annoying and actually casused my OS to crash. I am awaiting on Lenovo to replace MB within only 5 months of use
