Rated 5 out of 5 byWoodenSoul from Great straight replacementWe have 100+ Lenovo T430's at our company and we've purchased at least 20 of these to replace ones users loose and wear out from normal use. I feel that better cable management would be a plus as I've never cared for the Velcro type but it's a small complaint. We've not had one fail on us for quality reasons yet.
