Rated 3 out of 5 by I like the computer, but hardware has problems. I had my computer for about a year and half. In that time the computer blew-up(quit working). Luckily I had purchased the extended plan for and additional year over my one year plan through Lenovo. 3 days after the original warranty, it quit working. They had to come in and replace the power pack, the motherboard, etc,. Windows 8.1 is a great program. Windows 10 sucks. I re-initialized my computer back to 8.1. All is working fine now, but the fan or drive has a whewing sound up and down.All in all, love the software, hardware needs improvement. March 28, 2016

I was told by store sales person that the product was compatible with windows 10 but it was not. I had quite a time getting it back glitch free to windows 8. Now it is back up and running. Still, for what I use it for, this is great and really kinda a new category of machine in my opinion. Still working on figuring out what Cortana will and won't do with voice commands but between Windows 10 cortana and the touch interface I don't plan on using mouse/keyboard much. September 9, 2015

I've been a big Lenovo fan and had 3 generations of the Thinkpad seriesSo when the Horizon 2 cam out, the initial reviews sold me and I immediately purchased it. I'm sorry I did.1. the product specs were not anything like what was reviewed at the CES.- i5 instead of an i7 core processor- lack of an SD reader- standard 1 TB hard drive. (Slow slow slow)2. Lack of any real upgrade options. Only 1 single Memory slot?3. No accessories. I tried to buy the stand and was assured by Lenovo that it was compatible. It wasn't.4. The desktop was extremely mediocre. Paid about $1800 for this and basically got a $1200 computer- desktop was slow. Some of the background services had high CPU and took up well over 3 GB.- everything was sluggish.5. Horrible customer support.- spent over 3 days on the phone being transferred around- none of the support people knew how to troubleshoot- none of them could tell me what any of the background processes were6.
