Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 6reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ok ar004201 she provided great service and was very friendly. February 23, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great, until everything stopped working After about 8 month of use, the MICROPHONE no longer works. It's been 4 months and the mic has not been able to work UNLESS you're in your own house on your own wifi.. what is the point if you can't use it when you're away from your home???Then eventually the volume control stopped working.. Once in a great while the volume will work (1 out of 10 times) but takes about 10 minutes for it to work. February 12, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by It is not friendly at all Everything you try to do is complicate.Trying to record on a ready formated SD card is almost impossible, since there is no possibility to add the SD to the record destination. there is nothing on the dropbox for selecting a destination and you can not add one.Why not very simple record icon to click an then asked where do you want it SD card or else so simple. It is not a cheap camera with good quality picture but terrible software. Rated 2 out of 5 by Camera generally works fine but has a serious problem - firmware 1.01.10 Having been impressed by other D-Link products, I was looking forward to a positive experience with this camera. Other reviews have pointed out that IE must be used to browse the web UI so I was not surprised by this limitation. Fortunately, since the camera is ONVIF-compliant, you can view live video from any ONVIF-compliant viewer such as IP Cam Viewer (there's a free version for android and iPhone). Unfortunately, storing video or snapshot files generated by the PIR or video motion detection on the microSD card is broken. Rather than over-writing the oldest files (in a cyclic manner) when the microSD card becomes full, the camera stops writing new files. Unlike the continuous recording mode, there is no ability to configure what happens when the microSD card becomes full with video motion files. July 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointing Think I never bought something so bad advertised. Almost nothing that they advertise works as it should. Installation took me 2 hours on a MAC - really frustating - and it is not true the 720p. There is also no app (that I could find) that sends sound to the camera which was a good plus, but just a false advertisement. The iOS app is very bad too - you can't do almost anything there and only 480p works. July 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Features only work with Internet Explorer! I got one of these at Best Buy, and I'm probably getting a second one. Maybe it's since the firmware upgrade, but I'm not having the same problems other reviewers did. It's definitely 720P. I will list the problems it does have:1. When you send audio out through it's speakers, it gets some feedback from the camera's own mic.2. The mic and video recording ONLY WORKS USING Internet Explorer! July 3, 2013
