I bought this surge protector for my dining room as we sit in there a lot..to charge our phones or laptops..I don't have to worry about a surge of electricity running into my laptops..and I love the cover on the outlets for when we aren't using them

Nice surge protector with long cord
This was a big upgrade over my old power strip, adding surge protection was key since this has my TV and surround sound plugged into it. The power cord is also a few feet longer than the old strip which is nice. All in all this is a great option if you need a power strip.

This surge protector works real well and has room for 7 outlets. One of the outlets has space for a larger plug so you don’t have to waste a plug. The power cord is 12 ft long so it will reach to far away places. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and have not had any issues. It also has a place to connect your home phone line if you have one of those for added protection. I recommend this to anyone needing a surge protector.

Very sturdy and lots of connections
This unit stays out so it’s easy to find since it doesn’t move around too much when you pull on a connected lamp or something like that. It has lots of connections and although I won’t be used the phone plug it’s still great to have

Exactly what I needed
I’m very happy with this Belkin Surge Master Surge Protector! The twelve foot power cord is perfect for getting to outlets that are far away or difficult to access. The sliding safety covers make it easy to protect the outlets that aren’t bring used.

So many electronics
I have realized I have way too many things to plug in! This has made it so much easier to have everything plugged in at once and I no longer have to keep unplugging things to open up a space for another. I also love how you can slide over the ones your not using. This especially comes in handy with small children around that love to stick things inside of other things. You can also connect your phone, fax, or modem. Great peace of mind knowing all my more important electronics are protected!

Well-designed Surge Protector
The Belkin 7-Outlet SurgeMaster Home Series has a really nice design. It's a bit large and wide, and it has a blockspace that helps fit large or oddly sized adapters which would normally take up more than one space. It also has sliding covers to keep out dust. They are easy to slide, which is a pro for me but might not be the most effective for child protection. I got the 12 Feet cord because we have it tucked away, but the longer cord makes it easier to reach and gives it a wider range of use.
Belkin is a trusted brand for surge protectors, and I appreciate that they stand behind this product with a lifetime product warranty and connected equipment warranty. The indicator buttons that show if the line is protected and grounded give me peace of mind. The green lights are easy to see, but you do have to look close to read the labels.
One thing to note is that although I planned to use this to protect my modem and router setup, I realized a different model would be best to protect a cable modem. We don't currently use any phone lines in our home, but the telephone line protection is great if you use a landline for a phone, fax or modem.

Very useful to any home. It has seven outlets and with the twelve feet length, it makes a very convenient device. Very sturdy and works really well and efficiently. It is slim so you can put it easily behind appliances or a tv table.

Perfect Surge Protector! It has enough outlets for Alexa, TV, lights, BT radio and anything I else that I may need. It is so nice not to have to unplug one thing to plug another in. I love the long cord as well. It is so easy to just toggle the on / off switch when I want my Christmas lights to come on too!

Lots is extra plugs
I received this last week. It has 7 plugs and long cord which I like as most only have a short cord. This surge protector is well made and has space for large block chargers which I really like because some plugs do not.

This Belkin International 7-Outlet SurgeMaster Home Series 12 worked great! I like that the outlets have built in covers. It's good for safety. It is high-quality and has a lot of outlets. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a power strip.

First off I love the 12 foot cord on this surge protector. Our old ones were short and made things pretty complicated. Given the length I can plug in electronics for several areas and the cords are not pulled tight and I have no worry about things getting knocked over. The 7 outlets also have a decent amount of space to fit all sorts of sizes of plugs. If you have a plug with a larger base there is one plug separate from the 6 plug spaces that allow you to comfortably plug things in. My husband is very particular about what he uses for his electronics and he feels very confident in this product. We highly recommend!

Great Cord Length and Safety Covers
This Belkin surge master surge protector is great! I really like the fact that it has a 12 foot power cord on it. I’ve got plenty of cord length to stretch it to where I need it. I like that it not only has the six outlets that are side-by-side but it also has a separate outlet off by itself that accommodates something bigger like an adapter as opposed to a regular plug. The safety covers are nice because I can close any off that are not in use. The lights near the power switch clearly show that the surge protector is working. The phone and modem jacks being on the end means that they’re not gonna get in the way of the other chords. The plastic bar on it lifts up and down easily to keep those cords down which is a nice little feature. Belkin has done an awesome job putting so much into a surge protector to protect my electronic devices. This one is a must to consider if you’re in the market for a new one. I definitely recommend it.

Belkin is a name you can trust
Belkin brand is top quality products. I first learned about Belkin brand from working at corporate companies in Manhattan. I worked on computers and It guys would come with different Belkin products to use with the computers. This 1060 (7) outlet power surge strip is awesome. It has a 12ft long plug, which many power strips fall short of. 7 outlets with one being a main outlet for your computer as to avoid shut off. The outlets also have slide protectors to protect from dust and children sticking anything in them. There's also a section for phone Jack's, I don't know anyone who still uses them, but in case you still use a land line phone, you're covered. It's sleek and not bulky like older power strips. It has a protection of 1060 joules. I'm not an electrician, but I know the higher the joules, the more protection there is from thunderstorms and outages. I definitely recommend all Belkin products as I've had nothing but good experiences with this brand.

Sturdy, long cord, great surge protector!
I love this power strip/surge protector! I run my business out of my home and need a reliable source of power to protect my interior security cameras. I needed one that was 12 feet long because it’s going to go into a cabinet around the corner of the wall about 9 feet away. This is sturdy, well made, and has lots of plug openings. I also like the indicator light that makes it obvious when the power strip is on. I highly recommend Belkin products fand this is one is another example of a high quality item at a good price.

Had a couple of power surges and this surge protector was rock solid throughout. Everything booted right up after with no issues. Plenty of spots to hook up all my electronics. Belkin is a brand I trust and would buy again and again.

SURGEMASTER performance
