What came with the watch
What came with the watch rub off on coat sleeves. So I ordered the GlassFusion. I have an apple watch series seven, whatever you sent to me does not fit. This is the second time, and it does not fit. At 40 bucks a pop it getting expensive.

Was getting bubbles and popped edge. Not sure if it was a bad seat or the bumper was mis shapen. Took it to a kiosk and they replaced it. No issues since.

The screen protector is great
The screen protector is great so far. The case is good because it’s flexible and absorbs more shock than a regular plastic shell case. I will say the negative about this is the dial on the side is hard to turn with the case on and that I can’t charge my watch on my charging stand because the back of the case was too thick, so I have to take the case off everytime the watvh needs to charge.

Bumper good
The bumper is great but the screen protector sucks! There are bubbles in it! This is my second one & you have to push hard on the screen to get it to work! Don’t like it!

Disappointed in GlassFusion
Applied GlassFusion to my new Apple Watch 8. After 2 weeks the glass has air bubbles at 2 corners. The black edge around the glass obstructs the view of the watch screen. I was extremely pleased with Zagg’s totally clear glass for my earlier watch. So disappointed this newer glass did not perform as well.

Terrible product. Screen is unresponsive after installation of screen protector. You have to press down hard to actually get anything to work on the watch. Only reason I gave this a 2 star is because the bumper case is decent. But what’s the point if the watch doesn’t work.

Sadly Disappointed in GlassFusion for Apple Watch
I purchased the GlassFusion a few weeks ago for my new watch. Within 24 hours the corners were lifting. I went back to Verizon to have it replaced and they sent me to a special store that handles the replacement warranty. I had it replaced there, went home and took off the watch a few hours later. The next day I put on my watch and while I was reading a book, I looked down and the GlassFusion was attached to my shirt. I am a senior and very gentle with my things. I found this very disappointing, expensive to buy AND continue to replace!

Glass screen protector isn't like the phone ones, it's flimsy and doesn't even stick well. It's peeling up on mine and hasn't been on for more than 2 weeks. Do not buy!

Zagg protection is second to none. I purchased GlassFusion 360 for my Apple Watch series 7 before my watch arrived. It did not disappoint! Easy to put on, and I’m sure it has already saved my Watch from more than a few dings!

I love the design of the new bumper, the old one would pop off sometimes but since this one slides around the whole watch I don’t have that problem anymore. Also, the screen protector is great, you can’t even tell there is one

Not What I Expected
I was surprised of the low quality of this screen & case protector, compared to other ZAGG products. I have been using their screen protectors for years and have never been disappointed until now. I'm hoping they improve the next version of this. It was impossible to successfully install, as the backing wouldn't come off without messing with the install guide/jig. I ended up having to place it on the watch freehand, and it is not very compatible with the series 8 watch - the black border covers up a portion of the watch screen. The case protector was thick and clunky. I also have an Apple Watch Ultra, which I previously purchased the similar set from ZAGG. That was a quality product and hasn't had any issues since installing it over a month ago. I wouldn't recommend the GlassFusion 360 for anything but the Ultra sized watch.

I love their products. Had an issue with initial application and toddlers, customer service provided a replacement!
The install for the second one went relatively well but I still have two residual air bubbles that I cannot seem to resolve.

I purchased this combo after trying the ZAGG entry level screen protector (which I noticed I would have to replace after about 2 months, as the protector started to lift off the screen). This screen protector and bumper combination is definitely more substantial, but I find that the screen protector makes the touch screen much less responsive (like I have to tap the watch screen multiple times to access apps or even log in). Now that I have it, I also think it is overpriced, but maybe that is because warranty replacements are built into the price.

I love my new watch case. It fit great. It does not feel bulky like some others have in the past. I do have to press down a little firmer when typing on my watch but it is worth the protection. Also, if you have a charger stand that hangs you may have to find a different angle. It does not interfere with charging at all - it just works with the charger circle being flat. I would definitely recommend this item. The price was right and it arrived quickly. I also love Zaggs warranty.

Not sure if this is really that good. Directions are terrible! Placing the screen protector is difficult and the plastic cradle that is supposed to facilitate precise placement of the screen protector is completely useless. Laying protector without getting any bubbles continues to be a battle!

Didn't take long for the glass to scratch
I was really disappointed to see scratches on the glass protector when using a soft cloth (the one that came with the kit) to clean the screen. If it scratches this easily, I am not sure what kind of protection it will actually provide. This is my first Apple Watch, and I have been very careful with it. The flexible case the surrounds the screen seems to be durable and useful.

Very difficult to apply screen protector.
The case is nice and it’s the only thing I kept in this package. The screen protector application process was not great. Perhaps using a non-slip rubber to keep the watch from moving would help more than the current solution.
No matter how hard I tried for dust to not be on the surface of the watch face, mid application dust did stick to the screen protector making it useless.
Kept blaming myself for maybe not being great at applying it, but I bought a cheaper pack from Amazon and got it right on the first try and those have a better application process IMO.

I purchased a screen shield when I bought my iWatch but it did not stay on more than a couple of days. This shield is far better as it is still on even through water and dirt. But….got a scratch on the corner in the first 2 days. Also the protective shield has a black edge on it that takes away from the full view being given by my new iWatch. I love the cover around my watch edges to protect from abuse but the less than tight fit allows dirt to accumulate easily and have to remove for cleaning regularly.

Not what I expected from ZAGG, it is bulky and the screen protector black rim covers part of the screen from most angles...
Nonetheless I liked the installation kit and I wish the screen protector came without the black rim

Don't waste your money. I followed the vague directions that came with the product and have attempted to apply the glass to my watch 2 times now with no success. Each time there were large and small bubbles on the face. I was told that the bubbles would go away after a day or so and they never did. Don't forget they make you pay for shipping every time you request a replacement.

Great watch protector. My mom shattered hers hitting the door knob and I thought we were going to have to use insurance, however after looking deeper it was the screen protector that shattered. Thank you for allowing me to be able to trade in the Watch to get another in a year. The trade in value will still be there. The bumper is so nice also. I purchased a black and clear bumper. Very nice bumper.

It’s amount of dust that gets between the watch screen and the GlassFusion 360 Apple Watch Series 7 (41mm) the dust particles are scratching the watch face screen. This defeats the purpose of my using this product.

This product will do the job of protecting your device but the screen protector feels cheap and it didn’t stay on the screen of my watch for 1 day upon installing. The bumper works perfectly, but I wish the screen protector would have been more durable like tempered glass.
