Dissatisfied with item and customer service.
The side buttons on the case protrude so much that they are often pressed inadvertantly. Attempting to get through to customer service is impossible. Having to try repeatedly to get a bot to understand my issue, failing every time, and having no way to speak with a human, is not my idea of customer service.

Hard, but hopefully better than Apple cases
This case seems hard & stiff after using the apple soft cases. But the apple cases kept breaking. Hopefully this harder case will last longer than the apple cases.

This case was priced well, my expectations were met. This is a nice color, and nice quality. It has a bit of a ridge so I believe it will protect better than my previous APPLE case. It feels sturdy here, and more solid.
