Live having peace of mind this screen protector brings. I have 3 spots around the edge of the protector that have not adhered totally plus one air bubble but that’s a minor issue against the guarantee so overall pleased.

Poor adhesion and impossible to Register Product
Always used Zagg screen protectors, but this time the glass will not attach to the screen without leaving the edges unstuck. Really disappointing customer experience.
Tried to register product, but Zagg website not working and now refuses to accept my sign in (keeps saying come back later).
For a premium product which is way more expensive than its competitors Zagg have lost my future business.

Your product works and does a wonderful job protecting the phone. I already have a crack in my cover though. I do plan to replace mine when what I ordered is back in stock. Thank goodness for the warranty on the product because it does seem to chip and crack easily. I had my tempered glass on for about two to three days when my phone fell out of my pocket to the floor and cracked and chipped my tempered glass. It didn’t hit the floor hard but the tempered glass certainly absorbs every shock. If it held up a little longer, I’d likely just go on and give it 5 stars!

This “saved” my last phone-Apple SE 2nd generation, after a few floor drops by taking on the damage, with resultant cracks on the Zagg glass screen protector INSTEAD of the Apple phone screen-which would have costed me $$$ to get fixed if I didn’t invest in getting Zagg screen protector, hence I was able to trade in my old phone which was damage-free for higher price!
Of course I re-purchased another Zagg glass screen protector for my newer Apple SE 3rd generation phone!????

A good screen saver, but not what I had purchased before, so I was a little disappointed. This was THE ONLY one available for my daughter’s phone. So I got it, thinking it would be the same kind as before and it just wasn’t. The others had a soft texture to the screen. This one was hard plastic.

I had an Gear4 Impact film protection before on a previous handset and it was fantastic. This does not fit perfectly around the edge of the protector to the phone on one of the corners, so in time dust will build up under it.

This is my 3rd iPhone shield. The first one cracked after several drops over several years and was replaced free of charge with the lifetime warranty. I had to squeak a little bit because they were going to charge me $5 in shipping, even with my warranty, but we got that worked out and I didn't have to pay for shipping. The second one was great and protected my phone even when it fell off my bike and the phone case shattered. Now I have a new phone and there is a new gizmo included in the package to apply the shield which really makes it much easier to get on the phone without creating bubbles. Make sure to register your product so you get a free replacement if you hang on to phones as long as I do.

For the phone, it was hard to get the glass on without any bubbles. The screen itself is not smooth and holds smudges worse than the apple screen. If it protects my screen, I will live with it.
For the watch face, mine already broke. I walked around a corner in my home, my arm swung a little wide and bumped a door frame. The edge of the watch face cover shattered, making the watch face cover unusable. Before it shattered, I didn't like the way it changed the color in the daylight on my watchface. I would rate the watch face I purchased a 0.

I decided to splurge and get a zagg glass and case for my first new phone in 4 years. Last month I had bought knock off glass screen protectors for my kids new iPads. I had no trouble installing those and they have worked great. I was disappointed to see the zagg screen protector for my phone did not come with a special squeegee thing the other cases did, and it's taken me about two days to get out all the bubbles. The other thing I'm disappointed in is the glass is not sized perfectly and leaves a pretty big gap around the whole phone. I have a slim case but I did not expect a 3-4mm Gap.
So far the glass is working well (no issues with touch sensitivity). Time will tell if the gap is going to be an issue or not.

This went on easily following instructions. I was worried because there were some medium sized bubbles down one side—I kept trying to smooth them and smooth them, only to have them pop up again. My husband told me that his did that, too, but then slowly eased themselves down. So, I finally gave up on them. But, they smoothed out overnight, except for right down the edge. I again followed the instructions to use the micro cloth to smooth the edge, and again gave up. It has been about a week now, and all except for the top right corner have now adhered. I am hoping that the case will protect that corner from catching in my pocket. The glass itself seems to be heavier/thicker than previous versions. And, it cleans well—seems to resist skin oils better.

For the price expectations are high. For me, this product fell short on two points:
1. The guide frame is good, but the handling of the glass after film one is removed is not easily achieved; dust adhered on one edge and not seen until trying to smooth out the air bubbles; see left of image.
2. The adhesive has attracted dust to the edge of the glass after a couple of days suggesting an excess that 'spills' when smoothed into place; see image.

I won't even bother with another product. We try to be very careful with our electronics but know accidents can happen. There has never been a cracked, broken or scratched screen on any of them.... even with years of use. We highly recommend the Zagg Glass screen protectors.

Great warranty- but still has a tiny bubble
Zagg replaced the first Glass Elite+ with no questions asked. I have not requested another replacement even though I still have one very small bubble. It looks like a speck of dust. I cleaned the screen as instructed. I wonder if it came from the installation frame.

Whenever I get a new (to me) iPad or iPhone I go straight to getting a Zagg Glass product. The Zagg Glass takes the brunt of any direct impact. So my iPhones’ screens remain repair-free and I just get a new Glass when necessary. Great product and the feel is awesome.

Very easy to install & seems durable so far
It was very easy to install on my iPhone SE 2020 because it comes with a bracket you put over the phone and a non-slip pad you can lay your phone on. It came with everything you need to install it yourself.
As for durability, it seems to hold up. There are no scratches after about 2 weeks of use. I have not dropped the phone yet to see if the glass will break.
No air bubbles after install and it feels really nice compared to a plastic film. I do have to press a little harder onto the glass since it's glass over the phone glass, but it's very minor added pressure.
Overall, it was worth the $40. Quality seems excellent and the install was even better!

I have had my screen saver for years as I still have my iPhone 7plus in fine shape.
Just recently I was on vacation, got to Florida where it was warmer than NY so I took off my coat. My iPhone was in my breast pocket and I put it on top of ny carry on luggage.
It fell over and when I looked at my phone is looked severely cracked. It landed on a zipper pull and with the weight of the luggage contents looked deep.
Took it to my Verizon store seeking to get it fixed.
They too, were shocked that the damage was just to the Zagg screensaver. It lived up it to what it was supposed to do.

I should have done it myself but I asked my teenage grandson to help. He got impatient and didn’t totally follow the instructions. He didn’t use the plastic guide as directed. Be sure to peel the first layer correctly. I ended up with some bubbles but it still works. ??

This is my 3rd iPhone shield. The first one cracked after several drops over several years and was replaced free of charge with the lifetime warranty. I had to squeak a little bit because they were going to charge me $5 in shipping, even with my warranty, but we got that worked out and I didn't have to pay for shipping. The second one was great and protected my phone even when it fell off my bike and the phone case shattered. Now I have a new phone and there is a new gizmo included in the package to apply the shield which really makes it much easier to get on the phone without creating bubbles. Make sure to register your product so you get a free replacement if you hang on to phones as long as I do.

I love these screen protectors and this is a great company to buy from…they honor their warranties w/out hassle and the product is excellent. I get the Glass Elite + and I needed a replacement this year, no problem to get it promptly. I also ordered the same product for a friend’s new iphone SE and installed it for her, no problem with the helpful plastic positioner guide….makes it easy if you just take your time and follow all the directions…take care to remove any specks of lint (w/enclosed sticky sheet) and you’re good to go!
Cover makes the screen easy to clean and it’s cheap insurance against klutziness if you drop it on occasion, which we all do….way cheaper than a screen repair!

The only reason I would give this product a 3, is that it doesn't live to its promise of "makes fingerprints virtually invisible." I keep washing hands a lot more often than before the COVID times, and I can still see a lot of smudges on the screen after a day of use, and if you are outside in the sun, you can expect to have very little visibility of your screen because of it. I used to get the flexible invisibleshield and it was literally smudge free weeks after weeks, barely ever needed to be cleaned. With this product, you need to keep cleaning it. Without this feature, there are a number of products out there with real great protection at a fraction of the cost. Thanks Zagg, I appreciate what you do...

I’m planning on having my SE2 for a while, and I thought the investment of the glass screen cover (and the Crystal Palace) was a good call. The Glass Elite has a great, natural feel, and is hard as a rock. The application process (including the clever plastic guide) was very helpful, and made for a perfect alignment. I did have an air bubble (despite my best efforts to squeeze them out), but that settled after about a day, and now I have a great looking screen cover. Thank you ZAGG!

love zagg glass covers, used them for years
I usually buy two so if I manage to crack one I have a backup while I process the return for the broken one. I've never had any issue getting replacements, so its worth investing in the premium zagg glass covers for sure. my only negative for ZAGG today is that the review prompt starts with 5-stars pre-selected, which feels greedy/graceless/in poor taste.

I love these screen protectors and this is a great company to buy from…they honor their warranties w/out hassle and the product is excellent. I get the Glass Elite + and I needed a replacement this year, no problem to get it promptly. I also ordered the same product for a friend's new iphone SE and installed it for her, no problem with the helpful plastic positioner guide….makes it easy if you just take your time and follow all the directions…take care to remove any specks of lint (w/enclosed sticky sheet) and you're good to go!
Cover makes the screen easy to clean and it's cheap insurance against klutziness if you drop it on occasion, which we all do….way cheaper than a screen repair!

Generous warranty policy. Thanks for that but....I broke my first “Elite,” upon installation - snapped a corner. Should’ve taken that as a warning sign. The second one, very carefully installed, no breakage. But within a week or two and for the first time in a decade I dropped and broke not the screen protector but the display itself (iPhone X). Now I love to blame myself for all that goes wrong in my vicinity - I unintentionally live a rather slapstick life - but I can’t accept blame for this one. The glass of the “elite” is so thick it lacks almost all flexibility and thereby the ability to stop a trauma at surface level. Rather than saving your display, it transmits the shock straight through and offers very little real protection other than from minor everyday scratching. You know you’re not having a good time with a product when you can’t - for the time being - even bother to send a warranty claim for a free and easy replacement due to recent tragic events related to the use of the product.
Suffice it to say, I’ll go back to a different model next time

The ZAGG glass cover was easy to install but there is a persistent air bubble on the upper right side of the glass. No amount of rubbing was able to remove it permanently. I suspect that this is caused by a defect in the glass as my other glass cover had no contact issue with the iPhone screen in this area. I'll keep the cover but will consider other brands when it is time to replace it.

Poor fit on new iPhone SE 2020
Following the instruction, which are not difficult, for the InvisibleShield Glass Elite+, I found the InvisibleShield does not fully seal on the edges on my new iPhone SE. I also notice the InvisibleShield collects particles of dust around the edges. The InvisibleShield Glass Elite+ is an amazing product that fully protects the device. I have the InvisibleShield Glass Elite+ on all my devices, iPads and other iPhones and they fit perfectly and are excellent. I have been using Zagg screens since 2015. For some reason, it has not been as successful on the new iPhone SE. To give you an idea of the quality, a year ago, I was crossing a river in Scotland and slipped on a rock landing on a rock with my phone hitting first. The InvisibleShield cracked, but my phone did not have a mark on it and as the shields have a lifetime warranty, it was immediately replaced. Hope this helps.

ZAGG is not honest nor worthy of trust
The Zagg product to replace the one I had that was damaged is not for the iPhone 8 but for a smaller product.
Three times Zagg Customer Service that gets a well deserved "F" Grade sent me a product that does not do what the original Zagg product did.
They sent me a product short in size on the top, bottom, and both sides.
Think of buying a quality product from a Vendor that is supposed to be worthy of your Trust and the length and width of the pants/jeans etc. is far shorter and really is not what you purchased earlier.
Would you do business with them again?!
NO and you would alert the many thousands that you have recommended ZAGG to in earlier years to no longer do business with ZAGG.
The new ownership is NOT worthy of Trust.
Take your business to those that are worthy of your Trust!

This went on easily following instructions. I was worried because there were some medium sized bubbles down one side—I kept trying to smooth them and smooth them, only to have them pop up again. My husband told me that his did that, too, but then slowly eased themselves down. So, I finally gave up on them. But, they smoothed out overnight, except for right down the edge. I again followed the instructions to use the micro cloth to smooth the edge, and again gave up. It has been about a week now, and all except for the top right corner have now adhered. I am hoping that the case will protect that corner from catching in my pocket. The glass itself seems to be heavier/thicker than previous versions. And, it cleans well—seems to resist skin oils better.

I’ve been a zagg customer for years but since the model for iPhone 11 Pro Max and 12 Pro, the quality of these zags have been horrendous. The adhesive is nothing compared to how it used to be. Lots of bubbling and greasy screen
After purchasing the product, installation was troublesome even after reading instruction and it created bubble spots that are now permanent.
The screen also retains lots of grease from touch which causes constant cleaning.

The ZAGG screen protector installs easy and WORKS! I started using Zagg protectors 2 phones back and when I traded those phones in, the phone screen looked perfect. The protectors do crack and chip but the phone screen does not. The company promptly replaced any cracked of chipped protector, no questions asked. I would keep the plastic alignment frame that comes with the original protector, just incase you need a replacement. This frame does not come with the replacement protector. I would highly recommend the Zagg company and it’s products.

Great product but...
I've always stood by this brand for all my screen protectors. They even have a great warranty system. However, my iPhone 12 Pro Max had dust in the screen protector (side that sticks to phone). I thought it was on the other side and applied it anyways. Now I have a spec of dust stuck under my screen. Unhappy about that.

Only one was shipped & when I contacted customer service I had to email the shipping receipt showing that 2 were purchased, but only one shipped. Then I was told that they are out of stock & when they come back In stock the shield can be sent to me expedited shipping. I don’t know why the website allowed me to purchase 2 shields if only 1 was available in the first place!

I’m always hesitant to apply a glass screen shield to my phone. They always get air bubbles that won’t go away. Not so with this product. There’s a frame you put the glass screen protector on. Then you simply touch the middle of it and it adheres to your phone. Any small bubbles can be rubbed out with a soft cloth. There were a couple I couldn’t get to rub out, but they went away within hours!

While these shields offer the greatest protection I’ve ever witnessed, there seems to always be a small air bubble during application that is very hard to remove or doesn’t go away. I’ve installed many of these shields, follow the directions carefully, and am very meticulous. I gave it 4 stars but would be 5 if they could work that issue out. Great screen protection though so I can live with a small air bubble.

I ordered two for our new iphone 12 pro max and had difficulty applying it due to bubbles. I have been ordering from Zagg for years and this was my first encounter with a faulty screen saver. When I applied it there were bubbles that just would not smooth out. I ordered a replacement and had the same issue. Finally, I tried the shield I ordered for my husband and it went on fine. I ended up having to order a replacement for his phone. Hopefully he will not experience the same issue when it arrives. Has the quality gone down like most things these days?

Great product, but tough to install
Zagg products are great, but the only downfall is they are difficult to install without air bubbles or dust being evident under the glass. I have installed several and no matter how much care I take in ensuring the iPhone screen is clean and free of dust particles, there is still some present when I attempt to put the Zagg on. The Zagg itself is a great product that protects the phones screen, and other then the installation issues we are satisfied.

I bought a ZAGG shield for my iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace a shield I bought from Costco thinking it would be better. However, after only two weeks it’s starting to lift from the corners just like the cheap shield from Costco. Will need to contact ZAGG about replacement. I have always bought Zagg screen protectors but this is the first one that smudges and gets fingerprints easily. I thought it might just be a bad one so I ordered another one. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I read a review of the anti glare one that said that it didn’t smudge, so I ordered that one also. I’ll probably try that one first and if it shows fingerprints I’ll try the second glass elite +. I hope one of them is fingerprint and smudge free after buying 3 of them!

It’s great does the job. It has protected my screen from scratches. It has held up to some serious drops. Still no cracks or scratches. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is its not easily applied. One grain of dirt and you have a pretty big air bubble.

Scratches easily
I assumed it would be more durable cos I’ve used this company many times but the materials seem thinner and less durable. As much as the screen protector is case friendly there is still a very big gap near the case. I can’t be bothered returning this screen protector to pay a shipping fee & get a new one. So I will wait till this one gets worse. Or see how long it lasts and perhaps try another company. Shame really I genuinely use to recommend this company to everyone.

Gorgeous protection
I hated the idea of buying screen protection but my iPhone 12 is a fragile little beast that was scratched literally coming out of the box it came in. Having used this screen protector for about a month now, I couldn’t be happier. It looks like the normal glass but feels better and doesn’t get filthy. I’ve taken it camping, confidently thrown my phone into bags, and even my cat decided to help me with product testing (it can survive falls without a flaw).

One of the best screen protectors I’ve ever used
I hate screen protectors. At their best, they have been an additional glass on the screen that will crack instead of your phone, but makes the phone awkward to use and feels odd. And at worst, they are some plastic piece of human creation that will end up as a hat for a poor dolphin in 12 months.
This is the first screen protector that just feels like the regular screen on a phone that doesn’t feel obtrusive or even change how I use the phone. It feels durable, applying it is a lot easier than others, and it comes with a pretty boss warranty.
All in all, I am impressed. And so far, I haven’t cracked the screen yet to make a comment on its durability. Glad I found Zagg for the case on my iPhone. Should have known good quality crosses their product line up.

Best screen protector. I had purchased a cheaper screen protector when I first got my new phone. When I charged my phone, the edges would lift. Since I had used Zagg screen protector s in the past, I decided to replace it with Zagg Invisible Shield. The Zagg solved this issue. Also much easier to install on the phone. I recently had to replace my phone and in the past have always pretty much stuck with Zagg products for my devices, they have worked well and I always had an easy time when getting warranty replacements. With that said I was extremely disappointed with my last purchase experience! I needed my order to arrive at the same time as a new model phone I purchased so I selected and paid extra for two day shipping. Well it took Zagg three days to process the order so it arrived well after the new phone. When I contacted them I got a "That is standard processing time" answer and they didn't really seem to care much that I wasn't happy. Anyways when I realized my order wasn't going to ship in time to arrive when my phone would I found one on Amazon that offered a double pack of protectors at halve the price and of course would arrive when my phone would. I have been surprisingly happy with these protectors and they have preformed superbly so far. Zagg has lost a long time customer for good.

I’ve bought Zagg products for all of my iPhones and am usually always extremely satisfied with their performance. The one issue I had with a previous screen protector peeling off the coating was handled quickly by one of the team members. I had moved to a humid area and his suggestion to upgrade to a different product completely took care of the peeling issue.
I have taken a hard fall on wet pavement and while the Zagg protector was shattered, my phone was pristine. Worth its weight in gold!!

Great idea the frame, really ease the alignment. But the peeling of the second layer is too sturdy and came with all layers... having to do it again with dust on the glue part that cannot be removed anymore.

It’s OK, installed in iPhone 12 mini
I have been using Zagg for almost as long as iPhones have been around. That means I have also used by about every incarnation of phone protection they have offered. I would say that it is a lot easier now to apply the glass than prior plastic sheets so that is a plus. However, unless it’s just me, I can not ever get the glass to sit completely evenly over the face of the phone which no matter what I do leaves at least one bubble somewhere. Usually around the edges. I have tried every trick that Zagg has published, and a number of online hacks, but ultimately it will rise off the face somewhere and nothing I can do will fix it. This is usually the point of failure in the future. The glass itself works great, but eventually starts working itself off the phone from where the bubble is, and that is that. I have found I am usually replacing them about every 6-8 months. Not a huge deal as they are covered for lifetime replacement except for shipping, but still would prefer to get it right the first time and be done with iy

Protection - At a Cost
Been using Zagg protectors for years on all my iPhones, but this one just does not cut it. It made my iPhone 12 mini almost non-responsive to touch. You had to put so much force behind each press, and even then it did not always register. I ended up removing it because it turned a nice, responsive screen into junk. I am sure it protects as well as all the other ones I have used on past iPhones, but I would skip this if you like the way your iPhone responds while using it.

What have you done wrong?
I have used Zagg protection on my phones and iPads for years. Recently got a 12 mini and when I took the protector off the old phone the screen looked brand new.
But
I add the glass to my new phone and it could not recognize my finger. The phone became almost useless as I would repeatedly try to touch or swipe with no effect. Two chats with support. I can return under warranty. But if the next works as badly I cannot get a refund. And warranty returns have a replacement fee.
Gave up and sent it back. The phone is working well without it.

They fit guide is wonderful because I always have issues getting screen protectors on correctly. I accidentally put it on upside down and it came back off without cracking so I could put it on the correct way.

This worked excellent... perfect fit and easy to install. This is important..... Previously, I bought an InvisibleShield for my previous/different phone at Verizon.... I had Verizon install it..... they failed (and I did not realize it was part of the kit) to give me the template that comes with the screen. THEREFORE, when I needed to order replacement InvisibleShields for that phone.... they don't come with the template. Zagg "assumes" you had the brains to keep the template that came with your original purchase...... NOT realizing Verizon does not have the brains to give you the template when they finish installing it for you. Bottomline, it makes installing the replacement InvisibleShields VERY difficult to install. This time, I ordered the InvisibleShield directly from Zagg and I kept the template.... so, if/when I need to order a replacement InvisibleShield, it will be easy to install. So, beware.... DO NOT throw away the template that comes with your INITIAL purchase, because replacement InvisibleSields DO NOT COME with another template.

Underwhelming Product Experience
Followed installation instructions and the screen attached very well. About three weeks after the install an air bubble appeared at the top left of the screen. After registering the product, I discovered that to place a warranty claim you have to pay for shipping too. Maybe I’m bitter, but I paid $40 for a screen protector that lasted less than three weeks before a defect appeared. I don’t believe I should have to pay for shipping of a product that I’m not confident will last any longer than the first. Absolute waste of money.

I’ve bought Zagg products for all of my iPhones and am usually always extremely satisfied with their performance. The one issue I had with a previous screen protector peeling off the coating was handled quickly by one of the team members. I had moved to a humid area and his suggestion to upgrade to a different product completely took care of the peeling issue.
I have taken a hard fall on wet pavement and while the Zagg protector was shattered, my phone was pristine. Worth its weight in gold!!

I was late for an appointment and left my phone on the top of my trunk. I drove off and my watch disconnected which made me realize I left it and it flew off a I drove off. I went back and the screen was perfect. The protector, however, cracked. This thing is awesome lol

I originally purchased this screen protector for my Samsung S20 FE, the warranty was supposed to replaced the screen if it cracked. The screen protector did indeed protect the screen, however, the screen protect cracked and I took it back to Best Buy to get a replacement, they did it, the next time it cracked they advised they no longer sold this particular screen protector. They advised me to contact Zagg directly to get a replacement screen protector. Zagg was charging $9.99 for shipping and handling fee for a warranty replacement. I think that price is absurd for a small piece of glass. Also, there was no way to speak to a live person. I can still get an Otterbox product for my IPhone 8 Plus and it’s over 11 years old. I just bought the S20 FE in 2021, why take it off the market so soon. If the warranty was only a 1 time replacement, that should have been stated upfront. I had to go to pay full price for a replacement screen protector because Zagg didn’t stand behind their warranty. I’m not happy about the poor customer I received and that your warranty is basically a rip off, if you don’t supply the original stores with replacement screen protectors and the customer have to deal directly with you and you’re emptying our pockets for $10 for shipping.

Love the product but never get a perfect application
This is my second Invisible Shield and I love it. They are perfect and the replacement process is fast and easy if they ever crack or get damaged. My only complaint (and it's not even enough to take a star away) is that unless you are in a "clean room" it's nearly impossible to get a perfect application with no particles stick between the shield and the screen. I tried turning off the HVAC in my apartment, made sure that nothing was moving around. Cleaned the area of any dust and still failed to get a perfect application. I even had a Verizon rep attempt to install one years ago and even their practiced hands were unable to get it just right. I'm sure it's user error and a perfect storm of other factors but I wish it was a bit easier. Still, does it make me like the product any less? Absolutely not, I will continue to purchase these as I believe the value is there.

Because my original glass shield brokeI thought I was ordering a shield for my iPhone 11 (not 11XR). The shield is too small for my screen. Then I realized that I had registered for replacement when I first purchased it. So, I applied to get the replacement glass and was successful. The glass should arrive Monday the 23rd January and hopefully it will be the right size. May I return the wrong size glass and get a refund?

I've had this glass protector for previous phones and had no issues, which is why I ordered it for my newest phone. The reason I only gave this four stars is due to the amount of unnecessary packaging and single-use plastic to install the glass protector. In previous experiences, this wasn't the case, so I'm not sure why it is now.

However 10 minutes later reflected in the light was a curved line across the screen protection and when I felt it I knew it was a crack - a crack even though the phone wasn’t dropped or mishandled-

Perfect clean, protective screen protector
I drop my phone quite a bit and this screen protector made sure that no matter how many falls, the actual screen will always be safe. I recently replaced my old screen after a year of very rough. Although the protector had some cracks, the actual phone screen was perfectly fine. After applying the new screen protector the touch screen is seamless and smooth. Included with the screen protector is all of the necessary materials needed to replace the screen yourself. Easy instillation and a very good product 10/10

Had the screen protector for a few weeks and it’s got a crack already !! The phone has not been dropped or hit against anything but for some reason there’s a small chip which will develop into a larger chip/crack in time , these screen covers are not as good as you make out .They are not cheap to buy and I expect them to last longer ,now to replace it I’ve got to pay another £7.99 shipping which is not right as your product is faulty !

I have always thought highly of this product. I even work at a cell phone store where we sell them and I have always spoke highly of this product. My latest warranty exchange went bad. I ordered one end after nearly a month I hadn’t received the replacement so I reached out to support and they shipped another one. That one still took weeks to come in and once it finally did, it didn’t apply well at all. It instantly started to bubble up. Hoping this won’t be a reoccurring thing or else I will start buying another product

I’ve had and LOVED my zagg protectors on previous iPhones, but this most recent was a bit disappointing. It came with a contraption/guide to help align onto the phone properly, but I found it distracting and limited my view of the full big picture alignment. As a result, I got it on a smidge wonky (a tiny skewed and crooked). I was more annoyed than thinking it needed to be redone. However, then jut 5 days after installing the protector, a minor incident caused it to chip on the edge where it wasn’t perfectly aligned to the phone edge...then resulting in cracks across and up the screen. So, I’m having to replace more quickly than I ever would have thought. Wonder if I didn’t buy the right strength/model? Regardless, the redeeming point is that with the warranty, I’m able to replace it. Hoping for better success applying the next one.

Zagg makes excellent products, and this is just a matter of personal preference. Everything about the Elite + was superior; I just found the basic tint, when viewing straight-on, too dark and I was always adjusting my screen to maximum brightness. My Verizon store generously replaced it with the non-security version so no worries.

They finally agreed to send me the missing screen protector to only have it arrive weeks later. I ended up going to the local store and purchasing one on the shelf. I recently upgraded iPhone from 8 to a 12. I went online with my favorite people to purchase a ‘juice Pack’ for my new iPhone 12. The Zagg InvisibleShield has saved my phone! I dropped my phone while riding my bicycle, so it was moving when it hit the asphalt. Thankfully, while the Invisible Shield shattered, my iPhone’s screen did not! Zagg replaced under warranty and made a lifetime customer out of me.

I went from the tacky film type screen which was not very smooth to this glass screen and what a huge difference. I like the feel of a natural screen when I buy a new phone, and this glass elite is the closest feel to that.

Purchased this to replace previous Zagg shield broken for over a year while trying to find my receipt. Wow! Didn’t realize how distracting the cracks were until they were gone! Also Love the lack of fingerprint marks. Only miss the anti-glare feature (that one was sold out)

Ordered a screen protector on the 15th and did not receive the item till the 30th and was also the totally wrong item and was for a watch. Customer service took 3 days to respond to my first email but so far seem very keen to help and resolve the issue and I have been offered a replacement.

I only trust Zagg screen protectors at this point. There have been so many drops, tumbles, and falls where I was convinced I broke my screen in a million pieces only to (happily) discover that the screen protector did its job and my $1200 phone wasn’t ruined due to my own clumsiness.

I ordered this and it came within the delivery window specified installed it then 2 days later my wife said it’s cracked. Sure enough. My daughter had a similar experience of a short life. Granted the lifetime warranty is valid but the shipping is still an adder.
