Privacy feature is great! However, touch sensitivity has lessened. I am frustrated that I may need to touch 2 - 5 times for response. Hopefully support can resolve this. My previous Zagg screen protectors were PERFECT!

This is the second sheild I purchased in less than a few months for the same reason. One drop and it cracked, Then they sent a bad link that was to be able to make a claim which never work. The quality of these item are horrible! My advice don't waste your money!!!!!

In no way was this product defective in ANY WAY, but the installation on this one was A PAIN. The included guide is a tiny bit too small for the actual screen protector, so there’s a bit of a grind to put it on. But it doesn’t matter since it didn’t even last a week until it got cracked (It’s my mom’s so user error is a safe bet). So I’ll be trying again soon.

Don’t make the same mistake as me
The privacy part works really great, but the screen has given me so much trouble. I read through the instructions and apply the screen as directed, in fact I took about 15 minutes to apply it just to be sure that everything was placed properly. I immediately noticed that my phone could not sense where I was typing. I’ve had the screen on my phone for about a week now and I still have trouble typing and using the touchscreen because of the lack of sensitivity brought on by the screen protector. Additionally I picked my phone up one morning and I noticed a crack on the screen protector. I know I have not dropped it from any heights above hip level, in fact I’ve been very careful because I just had my phone screen replaced and was extremely disappointed to find the screen protector cracked from what was likely a very minor fall. Even the fact that I hadn’t noticed till the next day should inform you that I had no suspicion after a bigger fall to check right away. I do use a phone case purchased from the same company (ZAGG) and I had it on at all times since last week when I received it along with the screen protector. I’m giving two stars because the privacy screen does work, but everything else doesn’t. So now I have a cracked privacy screen and I can’t use the touchscreen so I would say this product is not worth it, do not purchase and make the same mistake as me.

When the iPhone 12 came out I purchased a screen protector with my phone at the time from another manufacturer. I dropped my phone and it cracked, they gave me a replacement as a courtesy telling me that they didn’t cover drops. I was moving like 2 weeks after applying the replacement and dropped my phone. The screen protector cracked again. So this time I just ordered the Zagg screen protector to replace it. I’ve had great success with Zagg in the past and this one is so far of the same quality. I will not buy anything else.

This item is a great product to protect your screen on the iPhone. I love the privacy built into the shield as I also need to send emails to clients. If anyone is standing near you, they can’t view what you are doing on your phone. If my Invisible Shield gets damaged, I can request a replacement for free as long as I registered it.

Recently bought an iPhone 12 pro. Order the screen protector and it showed up the day after my phone. Installed the protector and just lazed around the house for a day, the phone mostly in my hoodie pocket. Noticed late in the second day that the screen protector was cracked vertically in one corner and immediately contacted customer service as their had been no drops or impacts. It took about a day to get a reply, but they took my info. A few days later I receive an email saying my new order is being shipped.
Best customer service I’ve experienced with online. I’ve used these screen protectors for a couple years now, never had an issue like that and am pleased how fast and efficient it was handled.

I love your product and have ordered from you in the past with excellent results. However this time I was only shipped 1 of the 2 invisible shields I ordered. Customer support has been trying to be helpful but as of this writing I do not know whether the 2nd shield is on its way or what is going to happen. I have tried to supply as much information that I still had- I’ve traded emails about this. It would have been a 5, but until this is resolved, a 3 is the best I can give at this time.

Brought another company's Screen (Privacy) Protector for my son's IPhone 12 from an Apple store (figured if the Apple store was selling it, it was a top-notch product). During the course of time, about 6 months, my son dropped his phone, the screen protector cracked. I called the Apple store, they said I needed to contact the company. I contacted the company and was told they would not replace the screen protector because the phone had been dropped. It was considered 'abuse'.
We have used InvisibleShield for other phones and had no problem replacing a screen it was damaged. Pretty much regardless of the circumstances.

Privacy feature works well. Installation tools are excellent for first free perfect alignment of the protective screen on the phone. I placed phone on a bar stool at home and it fell 3 ft onto a tile floor and cracked. I also have a simple phone case around the iphone. Zagg is happy to send me a replacement for $10 shipping cost which seems a bit expensive. Will likely try another brand to see if that’s more robust

I think that for the price, it’s worth it. I got another screen protector from a different company, perviously, that shattered after one drop the day after I got it. This one has not cracked or broken yet and provides a decent amount of privacy. Obviously, it doesn’t work from every angle and sometimes you have to turn the brightness down for enhanced screen privacy, but it definitely does what it’s supposed to and it keeps my screen protected. The application kit that it came with was also very helpful in making sure it aligned perfectly with my phone. I am definitely happy with this purchase.

Glad to know that there wont be any giraffes near me when I am checking emails or messages on my phone. Sometimes when you are in a crowded doctors waiting room, etc.. you don't want to check those things because of prying eyes, but there is no issue with the privacy screen. I received the wrong screen size in my package and was not able to exchange it, which was frustrating. Fortunately, the product was registered, so I was able to request a replacement. However, I was still required to pay an additional $10 and wait over a week for shipping—an unnecessary inconvenience caused by an error that wasn’t mine. I expect the correct screen to be sent this time without further delays.

This product works great and is exactly what I wanted! I had purchased a cheaper version off of amazon, but it cracked and chipped fairly quickly. I ordered this as a replacement and I love it! I will say that the frame they give you to install it does not work well at all.... I ended up not using it, and just carefully applied it myself. It's not EXACTLY centered, but it covers the entire screen and does the job I was looking for.

I’ve had multiple different privacy screens over the years (two iPhone 6s’s)and this one was the first to not let me see my screen correctly. There were diagonal lines across the entire phone and it made everything harder to read. Every other screen I’ve purchased in the past hasn’t had that. Maybe it was a production fluke or maybe that’s just how it is for the 11’s.

This glass privacy shield has been a cost and time saver for me and my employees. I have purchased numerous screen protectors in the past and after I discovered InvisibleShield my issues broken screens disappeared. This glads shield has saved me hundreds if nit thousands of dollars in phone repairs/ replacements. When buying directly from Zagg, your product is automatically registered and warranty replacement is effortless and with minimal shipping costs. It’s probably the only warranty I would recommend and it’s part of the purchase price of the product. I will probably never buy a different brand of screen protector because there isn’t anything better out there.

Had to call customer service to straighten this out, and wait to get the second one for 7-14 days according to the customer service rep. Chatted with a Zagg rep about this screen protector and was told it would fit my 13 pro max and it cuts but not perfectly. I feel scammed !!! I alway buy zagg every phone I get. I hate I did this time . The cost of the privacy glas is expensive so I won’t discard it but it looks weird so don’t buy it!

Utterly terriable product, I first got this item back in November and I’m already on my 5 replacement as after a few days it cracks. I never dropped or knocked my phone so it hasn’t got anything to taking impact, their customer service has been completely terriable and unhelpful they have clearly tried to cut cost as have made a cheap product! Privacy is weak compared to last models.
The glass protection is still great but the privacy feature is weak and not as blocking as the max Xs version. Unless at a very deep angle you can still see visibly the text on the phone when looking from the side.

So I purchased the Invisible Shield Glass and I love it. The 3rd times a charm. The first two I bought they were installed perfectly but for some reason the adhesive wouldn’t stick and came loose at the top of the phone unexpectedly , but this one is working fine. I wish I could get my money back for the first two because I ordered them priority next day mail and it cost me $67 a pop. But all in all it’s an amazing Shield Glass.

We bought screen protectors for our new phones at a big box retailer - what a mistake! They were a disaster - the edges were all peeling up! And, they weren’t the cheap ones, either! After several months, we decided to get GOOD screen protectors - the Zagg screen protector is the best! Hands down!! Don’t waste your money on any other brand!!

I am a big believer in these products, their warranty, and the customer service provided. I get a shield every time I buy a new device for everyone in my family. These shields always work great for their intended purpose and when they break as expected it is very easy to get a replacement delivered so I am back to where I started without having to pay for an expensive repair.

You would think the screen would get dark like the picture abov but it doesn’t. At the most, it blurs out your phone from any side angle but there isn’t much privacy. Pretty disappointed honestly

My last privacy screen on the iPhone 8 was fantastic. I purchased the iPhone max and ordered the same privacy screen, but this screen does not provide any privacy. You can see from both sides and from behind. Not satisfied this time around.

fit great... not a durable as the one I had several years ago and this screen cracked within a week, it also does not seem as "private" as the one I had previously owned as previously if you were not directly in front of the screen you could not see any portion of the screen... with the current screen you can still see pretty from an angle. I do like it as it is better than nothing or a completely transparent screen but do wish it was the quality of my previous privacy screen from Zagg .

No offense I like the product but they break or shatter at least every 6 months. Also this time my replacement shipping went up to 7.99 from 5.99 , why? It doesn’t cost 8 dollars to ship an envelope. And there’s no way these items cost $40 something dollars to produce . Another company doing everything they can to rip you off at every corner.

I bought the same glass for my former iPhone and when I upgraded to the 12 Pro, naturally this was the choice to go with.
The pro is it fits the full screen so there are no gaps around the edges to see my iPhone screen.
The con is it very easily collects fingerprints. I am constantly cleaning my screen for this very reason.

Brought another company's Screen (Privacy) Protector for my son's IPhone 12 from an Apple store (figured if the Apple store was selling it, it was a top-notch product). During the course of time, about 6 months, my son dropped his phone, the screen protector cracked. I called the Apple store, they said I needed to contact the company. I contacted the company and was told they would not replace the screen protector because the phone had been dropped. It was considered 'abuse'.
We have used InvisibleShield for other phones and had no problem replacing a screen it was damaged. Pretty much regardless of the circumstances.

Fitting was easy as it comes with a really good brace to fit around the phone when fitting and all the wipes etc to clean the screen before hand.
The privacy screen is very good and does take a little time to adjust your viewing as the screen does look a bit like a heated windscreen with whatever device is fitted into it.
Now - had it about three weeks. Dropped my iPhone 12 Pro from about 40cm and the protective screen has cracked up by the notch - which I guess is the weakest part.
Arguably my phone screen may have cracked if this wasn’t on it - but the protector claims to be mega sturdy. It doesn’t appear to be.
Quite like the screen - but for the price certainly wouldn’t buy again.

Order two screen protectors, only received one. So I contact customer service and tell them what happen and if they could look into there shipping department cuz it should say shipped one! But no they ask for pictures of what I received and like any other normal human being I throw my trash away so I don’t have pictures of what I received so they won’t send me my screen protector that I paid for!! Just because I can’t get them a picture of what I received like I could take a picture of what every I wanted and lie a out it! They would send me one but because I don’t have my package of what I received because I’m honest they won’t help me! This is the only shield I use.
I’m a long-time user of the Elite Privacy Gllass Shield, going back 12 years when I first got a smartphone. My original purchase was a clear shield, but when I realized that there was a privacy shield, I switched to that rather quickly. It does the job. It keeps my phone and information safe. I’m a teacher and when I’ve had my phone on my desk, I’ve seen the kids look at it and they say ‘hey I can’t see your screen!’ My mother allay said the same last week LOL. So it works. I’m happy with the product and don’t have much more to say about it than that. Also it’s worth mentioning that ZAGG Customer Service is wonderful.

This screen protector still has a long journey before it’s actually useful. It seems to achieve the privacy function through tiny, diagonal black lines embedded into the glass, which are very annoying, distort the image on the screen, and dim the screen by about 15-20 percent. The privacy function is only useful when the screen brightness is turned all the way down. At about 50% brightness, peers stated they could see what I was doing, only it was a little darker. This screen protector is not worth it at all

I used to buy Zagg for all our devices. However when third party products became available at a much lower cost, we switched. It is not worth buying a cheaper product that says they have a lifetime warranty. The cheap ones break on the first drop of the phone. This is not the case with Zagg. We are going back to Zagg from now on.

The InvisibleShield Glass Elite Privacy+ cover screen is great. It is Easy to apply. It protected my iPhone 12 Pro screen when I dropped it. Doesn’t fill in the whole screen like other brands that I have tried. Screen privacy is there but for those of you who wont want the next person sitting to you to snoop, this might not work. It is still visible, there are others that would restrict. In regard to the quality, its good, unfortunately as is with most protectors I have used, it breaks apart quickly and sadly within a few hours of putting this one on, the phone fell and the screen protector broke.

I bought a $10 privacy screen on Amazon that has the same tint as this one does (it also came with 3 that lasted me over 2 years). I’m very disappointed. I don’t really care about paying more (and having the lifetime guarantee) if overall, it does not give a very private screen . Which is why I bought it in the first place.

Two days later the screen popped off for no reason. So far the shield is looking great. Not too much privacy as I have expected but at least some is good. What I like the most about this company is the warranty. I bought this brand about a year ago and the installation process was much easier. This time it had no guide tray. Just the screen protector in an envelope and it was hard to line up. Also, the privacy doesn’t work when I turn my phone sideways and it barely works when vertical. Completely disappointed in the product this time around. So I purchased the Invisible Shield Glass and I love it. The 3rd times a charm. The first two I bought they were installed perfectly but for some reason the adhesive wouldn’t stick and came loose at the top of the phone unexpectedly , but this one is working fine. I wish I could get my money back for the first two because I ordered them priority next day mail and it cost me $67 a pop. But all in all it’s an amazing Shield Glass.

Good shield
Came with a plastic frame so that when you stick on the shield it’s going to be centered and perfect. Privacy shield really makes trying to sneak a peek from all angles impossible. Great product
