I attempted to buy a replacement screen for my phone at a kiosk inside a mall. The employee said that they were out of stock of any screens for my phone make/model. He also could not tell me when they would have some in stock. I ordered a new screen online and when I returned to the kiosk to have it put on my phone they wanted to charge me $10. Ridiculous. I bought your product online (because you were out of stock) , went to your kiosk, and was told it would cost MORE for a simple installation. You guys should at least advertise that - very unhappy

I’ve purchased several glass screen protectors, most of them from zagg. I tried one that gave me three for the price of one of the zagg protectors thinking I wouldn’t go through three of them. I was wrong. I went through all three in no time and ended up purchasing this one from zagg. Now I never have to worry because it has a lifetime replacement warranty. Not only that but the zagg screen protectors are much tougher to crack to begin with.

Exceptionally easy to install. I love the guide provided. Just make sure the glass is clean, really clean. I also followed a tip to install it in a bathroom. Run the shower with hot water and let some steam develop. Dust particles cannot fly around with steam present.
The privacy element works great as well—no more peeping from adjacent onlookers.

Easy application, and no bubbles between screen & the cover (I think this part was improved from my previous purchase). It does what it’s supposed to do (that is make it hard for prying eyes to see your screen). It was easy to apply. I wish I could find a protector that is more matte and finger print proof.

I love the security of only being able to see phone contents when you are looking straight at phone, however I didnt realize how "secure" it would be. Apparently i look at my phone at different angles more often than i thought. The one thing i TOTALLY DISLIKE is that you can no longer have items SCANNED from your phone with the Bar Code. I wouldn't get this cover again, just because of that feature alone. However it is VERY SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL.

I love it.! I’ve had it for maybe about a month now and I’m the only person who can see my screen, unless I physically hand my phone to someone. Even when I’m driving, I have a little port in my center console that I always have my phone in and when I get notifications, my screen does light up but I can’t see what or who it is unless I physically pick up my phone because it’s shaded. I even held my phone upright and my dad tested it out with me to stand to the side of the phone and we couldn’t see the screen anymore. It became darker and blurry to the person trying to read off of it. I’ve never had the privacy until now but I have had other Zagg products and I will be buying again in the future.!!

Zagg screen protectors are the best I have ever used, and this one adds the extra benefit of shielding the screen from prying eyes with sidewards glances (particularly helpful in close quarters on commuter trains or when traveling on airplanes). I sometimes wish shipping could be even faster (especially with replacements under warranty), because going just one minute with a Zagg on my phone feels insecure to me.

I recently received and installed the privacy glass. This screen protector was easy to install and works beautifully. The screen is only clearly visible for the user, and does an amazing job in limiting the view from the surrounding crowd. I keep my phone on dark mode due to sensitivity to light, and with the privacy glass on, it has provided some eye relief also. Great product and having experience with Zaggs warranty, I will be enjoying this screen protector until the next upgrade.

This is nice. It was pretty good in the privacy aspect and everything. You might have to turn your brightness higher overall, and when you are outside. However, I dropped my phone once, it landed face down and the glass broke. I noticed when I replaced the screen protector (with a different privacy screen protector Zagg offers) it has a dark sticker like peel that serves as the privacy coating for the screen protector. Nothing major, just a fun fact I noticed when replacing. As far as privacy goes, this does the job.

I made an upgrade to what I think is supposed to be even tougher, time and drops will tell but the smudge proof definitely works! Much less fingerprints and wiping of screen.

I was elated when I received my package with the Glass Elite Privacy...it only took 3 days max before it cracked, having some shattered pieces at the end of my screen. There's a long crack right across (horizontally) on my Glass Screen Protector. You can't miss it, whether the screen is lit up or not. I'm very disappointed and sadden by this. I take extra care of my phone so I don't expect anything like this..

I have had almost every iPhone made and I have purchased some type of Glass Elite covering from Zagg every time but I gotta tell you, this last install was the easiest EVER. I think it was the mat AND the frame but when you followed the directions (imperative with most things), push the center and wait (also imperative with most things), I had not one bubble. I was amazed at the simplicity. The shield looks like I bought it with the phone! Great improvements to product.

Great product, gives you total privacy. I would not recommend any customers to try putting this on your phone when stoned. I ended up putting the thing on upside down after I got it perfect, then I had to rip it off and put it on the right way. Due to the fact I’m a dumbass, there are some spots where it doesn’t stick since I put it on upside down, so they look like air bubbles. Great product though good shit.

Works perfectly! I was showing a co-worker some photos from my Spring Break vacation and after I turned my phone to show another co-worker the same pictures the first person said “oh I think your screen went off?” I just turned the phone so they could see the screen straight on. Something like “that’s awesome!” was muttered lol. It works great!!

I had a Zagg screen protector put on my old phone (iPhone 7+) right out of its box four years ago. Zagg replaced a couple screens under warranty due to drops over the years. I recently upgraded and traded in the old phone and when the screen protector was removed, there wasn’t even so much as a smudge or knick on the phone’s screen. I got full trade-in value! I think that’s pretty impressive!!!

I have used your screens for several of my phones and devices. The most recent purchase, listed above, cracked within a day of receiving it. Yes things happen but really the “hit” it took should not have caused damage but it did. So, I will no longer be purchasing any of your new products as this particular screen is not very “privacy” protected, lack of blurring the screen at different angles, and the lack of craftsmanship that seems to have declined. I realize everyone wants thin and the product I had prior to this one for a different phone was great quality and thin. I don’t feel like your brand is able to protect my phone sufficiently now because of the decline I have seen.

This is like my 3rd one of these! They seem to crack easily! Last time I bought one dropped my phone same day and the screen cracked! They stay on but don’t look good! I love the screen and the only reason I got another is because you guarantee the product! I’m about to take the picture of the one I just took off that is cracked! This is a lot of money to pay for a screen protector! I never want to take the other one off to take a picture to send to you so you can see it’s cracked because I don’t want to leave my phone unprotected! So I end up buying a new one then send in the picture!

I’ve order from zagg three times (for my iPhone 7plus, 8plus, and 11) and I’ve loved the brand. My previous privacy screens were truly private. Unfortunately this time around for my 11, it’s not a privacy screen. I can still see and read info from my phone. I am truly disappointed this time

So I had a privacy screen on my 7 Plus and it was amazing... no matter how high or low the brightness was on my phone you could not see my screen if you weren’t looking at it directly on. Because of how much privacy I had with my 7 Plus privacy screen I assumed I would get the same result with the privacy screen for my 11. That’s not the case. When the brightness is all the way up you can see perfectly what’s on my phone screen if you’re standing next to me. Any text on my screen is not readable which is nice but you can still see everything on my screen. The only way you can’t see anything on my screen if you’re standing next to me is if the brightness is completely off which then makes it hard to see my screen directly on. So like I said it’s good but not great

Visibility protection that works too well. I need to be exactly right on to see what I’m doing and at night, the dim function makes it really difficult to see. I question how much privacy I need. The disappearing finger prints don’t so a glass cleaning cloth is still needed.

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought a Zagg screen protector. I’m a fan. This is the first time I went for the Privacy screen. I’d seen one on a phone somewhere and thought it was a cool idea. It is. And I’m happy with it. The only drawbacks I’ve found is that it’s really tough to take a photo if I’m not looking directly at the screen. I discovered this when I was taking a picture at Thanksgiving of the meal. When holding the phone above eye level and pointing it down toward the table, the privacy screen made it nearly impossible for me to see in the screen what it was I was taking a picture of. I had a similar problem when using my mobile banking app and trying to take a photo of a check to be deposited, which I do regularly. Also, privacy screen is great for keeping the screen truly private when looking at the screen and holding the phone vertically. But when holding the phone horizontally — such as when watching a video — the screen isn’t private any more to anyone on either side of me. I’m still happy with my purchase.

I went back to Zagg after we bought new phones at ATT store and the other brand glass they put on broke after a couple of months. Both phones! My other Zagg ones lasted YEARS! I saw the privacy glass on someone else’s phone, and was impressed. The kit Makes installs Easy, and looks great.

Following instructions, After cleaning and dusting it, I applied the cover holding the tabs. With the cover in place I started to remove the tabs and the screen, which I thought was glass, tore. I went to a store that accepted your warranty and was told they needed the faulty screen cover in order to honor your warranty. Truthfully I was so upset, I threw it in the trash. So I paid for something I don’t have. Disappointed....

Ordered iPhone 11 Pro screen protector. Received a Samsung Screen protector. Called Zagg and was told the correct screen protector was on the way. Received the 2nd screen protector and it was broken in shipping. Not Zagg 's fault. Zagg sent 3rd screen protector, I received it in excellent condition. Shipping was fast all 3 times. Customer service was a pleasure to work with. I love the Glass Elite Privacy screen protector. Even though there were mix ups, I will still continue to do business with Zagg. Their customer service is excellent.

Excellent item. Comes with a frame to fit the screen which you remove once done. The privacy works well too so you can’t be overlooked whilst reading your phone. Only downside is it is very fragile and doesn’t take much abuse without breaking. Zagg of course replace it free of charge. Brilliant

I was elated when I received my package with the Glass Elite Privacy...it only took 3 days max before it cracked, having some shattered pieces at the end of my screen. There's a long crack right across (horizontally) on my Glass Screen Protector. You can't miss it, whether the screen is lit up or not. I'm very disappointed and sadden by this. I take extra care of my phone so I don't expect anything like this..

Zagg screen protectors are the best I have ever used, and this one adds the extra benefit of shielding the screen from prying eyes with sidewards glances (particularly helpful in close quarters on commuter trains or when traveling on airplanes). I sometimes wish shipping could be even faster (especially with replacements under warranty), because going just one minute with a Zagg on my phone feels insecure to me.

Following instructions, After cleaning and dusting it, I applied the cover holding the tabs. With the cover in place I started to remove the tabs and the screen, which I thought was glass, tore. I went to a store that accepted your warranty and was told they needed the faulty screen cover in order to honor your warranty. Truthfully I was so upset, I threw it in the trash. So I paid for something I don't have. Disappointed....

Zagg has been my go to for screen protection for all my devices since 2013 or 2015. For the first time I had to replace a screen protector all because it did what it was suppose to do while I was at work. Keep up with the warranty and you’ll have a customer for life.

Overall the glass is nice, and the privacy piece is exactly what I needed. However installation left some bubbles under the screen that I couldn't get out. I've have installed over a hundred of these screen protectors over the years, this is the first time I've had an issue with bubbles under the screen. It's like the glue wasn't quite strong enough to hold to the phone.

I have bought three of these exact privacy shields, but I won't be buying anymore. I understand that while this is not specifically a "screen protector" I would expect that after paying around $50.00 for a product like this that it would hold up better than one drop. I have had all three of these "shields" significantly crack after just one drop, all within three days of applying it to the phone. I don't consider myself an overly clumsy person, but each drop resulted in the destruction of the glass, and none were face-first. I would think they could take more than a drop to a corner or the back of the phone, but I guess not.

I’ve always had good experiences with ZAGG in the past however I cannot in good faith say that this last transaction was ideal. The original product I bought came in the mail to me shattered to pieces which forced me to go through a harrowing return policy. $44 dollars for a cracked product was not an ideal way to start out with my new purchase. Luckily ZAGG sent me a free replacement but I was still disappointed that it happened in the first place.

Years ago I had a Zagg case and it was fantastic. I tried this case plus a screen protector. My phone slipped out of my pocket just a few feet off the ground and the corner of the case spiderwebbed cracked and part of the screen protector tore. I understand wear and tear on a product but for what I spent I thought it would survive one short drop.

Highly recommend for privacy!!
Works great can’t see from a side view so no one can watch what you’re doing. Worth the money if you want privacy
