For as long as I've had a phone zagg screen protectors has been my go to, but as of late I feel like the product has become subpar. I shouldn't have cracks in the protector from a simple fall ( bed to floor “ wooden floor “ ). Other than that I think it protects my privacy greatly from the over the shoulder lookers/peepers

Privacy screen works great. The holes for the dynamic island don’t match up which is very annoying. for the price, these should be perfectly fitted. The screen protector itself is perfectly align to all edges of the phone, dynamic island cut out is just too low. Poor design.

I really like this screen protector plus Privacy. If I was wearing my mask I had to type in my password. I knew the screen protector wouldn’t allow anyone else to peek. The 360-degree privacy is accurate and you can test it yourself by just turning the angle of the phone while it's still in your hand. To someone near me, it seems as if I am staring at a black screen.
The trade-off is the clarity of picture and brightness. When playing a video or game, moving the angle of the phone can affect your viewing experience. Sometimes I can see most of the torso of a character talking but their face has a privacy glare streaming through.
The overall brightness of the screen is affected at all times. I would say 5-10% (it's a guess because I can't measure it) of the brightness is lowered even while the phone is on max screen brightness. It is most noticeable in the broad daylight outside so if you are an outdoors person, look into a case version for business and the Zagg liquid screen protection.
For me, the trade-off is worth it and fits my daily life.

On a scale of 1-5:
Installation - 5. I was able to get the new screen protector on in less than 3-minutes.
Privacy - 5. The only way to see what’s on my phone is if you’re holding it. No more worrying about others reading my text messages.
I would definitely recommend this product for anyone wanting to add a screen protector to their phone.

ZAGG needs to manufacture screens to fit each model phone instead of making shields for multi phone types. Reason being is that they have holes at the top of shield that do not apply to my phone 14 pro max
Think twice before you purchase and look for these details - I noticed that ZAGG is aware of the issue because they put a piece of white tape over the info on the box and sell it for something similar to saying it’s universal. Not good marketing or misleading product feature

The screen protector is great and I’ve been a ZAGG user for years now. But this design is horrible. All iPhone 14 pro and pro max protectors do not need the holes for the camera and sensor. Make them all flat like the other designs. I love the privacy screen, but I have to switch to a different one for now until they fix it. Dust and lint collect in these cutouts and cleaning them is next to impossible. Amazing protector overall. Just not a good design.

Love the ZAGG screen protectors. They’re the only ones I buy. Their guaranteed replacement makes worth every penny. I have an older phone (iPhone 14 pro max) and can’t usually find a 4 way privacy screen for it.

easrily or chip on the edges. With the provided fitting tool, there are never any
alignment issues and I have few to no issues with bubbling.

I am a big fan of ZAGG screen protectors. The lifetime warranty has definitely been worth the initial purchase. Have been using these since the release of the iPhone 7 years ago. The privacy feature definitely works, as when I want to show my screen to someone, I have to point the device directly at them. Doesn't impact my ability to reach and I typically need readers for my aging eyes.

I’ve been a customer for years now, I only this screen protector because I had to purchase it, because when the other peeled up it was unavailable to ship out. I only had it a few weeks, first time I dropped my phone it scattered, and now it’s not available for a warranty replacement online, it states I will be notified when available. But if I buy another new one it’s available to ship right away, why is that???

I shouldn’t have cracks in the protector from a simple fall ( bed to floor “ wooden floor “ ). Other than that I think it protects my privacy greatly from the over the shoulder lookers/peepers

Solid glass but privacy is a little… exposed
Going from the iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 14 Pro Max was a solid move so with that being said, was hoping that this glass would be as good as it was on my 12. After installation, angles that were not visible on the 12 are clearly visible on my 14. Not sure if QC missed this glass but it sure isn’t what it has to be.

Not as elite as in the past. Put on the glass and placed my phone on its stand while i worked. Desk bumped and phone tipped off stand and fell onto desk. Screen protector chipped on edge and splintered cracks across the screen protector and I already need a new one! Back in the day you could really beat down these protectors and they lasted forever. Now they are cheap and flimsy.

Product is great but using it is problematic
While the install was easy and trouble free, I am finding that using it is difficult. The screen is so dark that it is hard to read and using polarized sunglasses makes it impossible to read the screen. Also, due it's privacy feature I am finding that unless I am right in front of the screen for pictures I can't see the screen to position proplerly. Will definitely re-evaluate getting this item again.

Well, the privacy screen works insanely well, and is great all video and photos when you are looking at your phone do not appear as vivid due to the design of the privacy screen. Use my phone a lot to watch videos and twitch on the decrease in quality was a big issues due to the screen.

Dynamic Island Cutout Not Perfect
I think the cutout over the Dynamic Island need some modification. It’s not big enough as outline around the dynamic Island inner edge. Or move up by half mm if retaining the cutout size otherwise the light bleeds especially if the background is white.

As another reviewer said, the Dynamic Island cut out is slightly off and doesn’t align if you follow the tabs on the EZ install process. I had to place the screen farther up than recommended to cover most of the island. However, the quality in term of protection/privacy is great and I’ve had Zagg for years.

As of writing this review I still have not received the phone case. It been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and still no case. Maybe the case is good but but waiting this long for a product is ridiculous. And to top it off Zagg has the audacity to send a review email without receiving the product.

I wasn't a fan of this screen protector because it doesn't cover the whole screen. It's short on each side by a few hair lines, so I don't feel it offers full protection all around. Also, the privacy tint isn't that strong. At certain angles, someone on the side of you can still see the screen.

Don’t waste your money—or your time—on this product. Honestly, you can get something better elsewhere.
I desperately wanted to love this screen protector. I really did. I had bought from this company before and was completely obsessed—like, full-blown, shout-it-from-the-rooftops obsessed. So naturally, I thought, “Yeah, let me go ahead and drop almost $70 on another one.” Big mistake.
It proudly claims to offer privacy. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. Not even a little. No matter how I angle it, tilt it, squint at it, or even offer a sacrifice, people can still see my screen crystal clear. Strangers passing by now have VIP access to my Google searches—I might as well be livestreaming my texts.
And the installation? Oh, that was a riot. I followed the instructions exactly as written—word for word, step by step—and yet my screen has become a permanent exhibit of “Bubbles: A Tragic Tale.” I pressed, smoothed, begged, threatened, even considered performing an exorcism, but nope—those bubbles are here to stay. My screen now looks like a topographical map of the Rocky Mountains.
This product was such a letdown, I was more disappointed than I was with my last relationship—and that one dragged on longer than some people’s marriages. At least with that, I had warning signs. This? This was pure betrayal.

Screen protector got easily scratched up within just a few days had to order a replacement costing me even more for shipping think I just want to return not worth having to keep paying for shipping for replacements and customer service was horrible no help at all.

Excellent privacy protection. The tradeoff is that it is difficult to read in direct sunlight, but that is to be expected. VERY easy to apply. I bought this as a replacement for a cracked screen protector (same model and specs). When I removed the old protector I was very surprised at how thick it was, and how much force it required to break it all the way through! I replaced it because my fingernails kept catching in the crack; I am sure it was still great at protecting my phone.

Still haven’t received item; how to review it?
Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered this thing on 4/4/2025. I still haven’t received the product; it’s 4/19/2025 right now. It’s still somewhere in the mail. And I have no idea when I’ll get this thing, if ever. Someone could have literally “walked” the item that I paid for to my door by now.

Successfully shattered 5 screen protectors between my husband and me in less than six months by simply having phone in hand with keys and bumping our phones just the wrong way. Not sure what “upgrading” they’ve done but it’s awful. You’re better off buying generic off Amazon at this point like we have done.

More protection, less utility
Limits functionality. Scanners cannot read thru the screen protector, so I can no longer use self scan at my grocery store. Touch sensitivity is also negatively impacted and I spend more time correcting.

Only if a person is sitting next to you the screen is private . But if they are standing up or just elevated, they can read screen or see who messages are from. In describing it, it stated if someone is peeking over shoulder they cannot see.

This new screen protector literally shattered on the edge and then cracked, during application and pushing bubbles out. The warranty replacements never last as long as the originals so I deliberately paid for a new one to replace the last one that cracked. And my only course of action is to take a lesser quality warranty replacement or buy another new one - because I can't submit any sort of claim or customer service request for replacement

The privacy aspect of the screen is good. The application process is easy but not as precise as some other systems. Only 2 stars because it makes the touch screen sensitivity reduced so much it is hard to type. Would not recommend.

I am glad I spent the money on a more expensive case this time.
The buttons are very easy to press on the side and it "feels" like your pressing a button rather than squeezing the case and hoping it’ll result in a button being pressed!
Also holding the iPhone Max in far better in the case as the ribbed side helps me hold the phone with more easy - I have quite small hands.
One thing that may be a problem for very large hands, is when it come to turning the sound on or off. I am not sure how comfortably you would be able to, which is maybe the compromise for a better protected phone. I think you could flick the switch with the side of o finger if you wanted to.
For me no problem whatsoever and I love it.
My phone looks good in the case.
I have the blue coloured phone and it goes very well with the blue trimmed case and I am much happier laying it down on a surface knowing the camera lenses are protected much more.
Would love some film specifically for the lenses Zagg
All in all very pleased and worth the money although I did have a voucher code!

I loved ZAGG products before ZAGG changed their packaging and installation tool. But now not even I can mess up the install....well it's harder for me to mess it up! ?? I truly love the protection the covers provide our phones, I have two daughters and I'd say I've seen them drop their phones 6 times this week alone and I guarantee if it were not protected by ZAGG then the phones would probably have a scratch or worse.

The installation kit is very good. I never have installed screen protector before and found it somehow easy on first try.
The privacy and seeing angles are good but you'll have to higher the brightness since this product will restrict almost %50 of emitted screen light. Also will somehow restrict the brightness sensor from capturing in wider angle where auto-brightness has to be adjusted most of the time.
If privacy is not a concern to you I recommend going with other screen protectors as this one can be inconvenient

I wish I had read the Amazon reviews before ordering this protector. This is my first privacy protector, so I’m not sure if this is a common problem with all of them or not, but with the privacy feature comes severe screen pixelation. The lines/dots are extremely noticeable from all angles and at all display brightnesses. The protector also dramatically lowers the screen brightness, so more battery consumption will be required to view the screen at an acceptable level.

Inadequate replacement material
The original purchase came with a plastic threshold to put your phone in to make sure that the screen protector is applied in the right position. The warranty replacement only comes with the screen protector. Cheap inadequate replacement material makes a cheap inadequate replacement.

The cheaper rivals can’t beat this screen protector with privacy. I’ve only used zagg for the past 5 years and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. Make sure you register your product because they warrant any screen protector that cracks.

Good except one fatal flaw
I love ZAGG products and I had a 2-way privacy screen on my iPhone 7 before I upgraded phones. The 7's protector made the screen a little darker, but you could still clearly see the colors.
The 360 privacy offers great privacy, good screen protection, and Zagg's warranty is always great. Though the biggest setback for me is the quality of the view screen. After applying, the screen seemed like I was looking through a mesh screen on a window. It was really noticeable on lighter webpages and just really reduced the quality of the iPhone 13's new screen. I did get used to it after a week or so, but it still bugged me. So I'm replacing the privacy with a non-privacy screen from ZAGG because I love their screen protectors, I just wish the privacy was more clear on the screen while keeping the privacy.

This is by far the most strongest screen protector I’ve ever had and the privacy makes it even better I’ve dropped my phone more than 10 times and when I go to pick it up I’m thinking the glass is shattered but I don’t see a single scratch. This screen protector is worth the money.

Don’t waste your money to get the privacy feature of this screen protector. We have used this brand for privacy screens before and the new ones we got for our new phones are not nearly as good as ones in the past. Someone sitting next to you can still see everything on your screen.

I’ve had three zagg screen covers, because they are suppose to be the best. And all three cracked easily. Love the privacy screen but just bought a blue blocking screen from a competitor and so far it much more durable.

Had issue with (at least my) iPhone 13 Mini display
I bought this early to get it on release day (so it may be fixed by now). While the privacy aspect worked great (does dim the screen a little by default even when looking head on), there sadly was an array of hazy spots visible on the protector that made it unpleasant to use. I did try the protector on my old phone and the dots did not appear, so I am unsure why it did with the 13 Mini.
Although the product did not work, I am giving it two stars as support was very helpful and quickly sent out a non-privacy screen protector of my choice at no charge.
Hopefully the issue is fixed soon if not already.

I have used Zagg in the past for privacy screen protectors and they’ve been great! So when we got new phones, I ordered one for all of us (4 in total), and the privacy feature on these new ones just isn’t as good as their ones prior. The phone has to be almost completely sideways for someone else to not be able to see what you’re doing. It is a good screen protector, but not good for privacy purposes. Don’t waste the money paying extra for the privacy screen.

I have loved privacy screen protectors from Zagg in the past. This one is bad! It has lines all over in like a checkered pattern and gives you a headache. I have reached out to customer service and provided photos of both my husbands and my protectors. Nothing has come of that yet, and cannot seem to get a response. If I could rate this a ZERO, I would. There is no advance warning or anything written in the description of this product on ZAGG’s website which tells the consumer when you purchase it, what you see and what appears on your phone will look extremely pixelated.
Do not buy this product unless pixelated backgrounds don’t bother you.
We have been using ZAGG privacy screens for many years and have always been so happy with their products privacy or non privacy screen protectors for IPhones. Someone else in my family purchased the privacy screen for their IPhone 13 pro and has no problems with pixelation. It’s clear just like their past screens.
Though this product is the worst, I would like to take a moment to commend the customer service staff. The gentleman who helped me from Zagg was fantastic in trying to solve my problems. I hope ZAGG will figure out this problem so it won’t be repeated in the future.

I loved using the privacy screen protectors from Zagg on all of my previous iPhones. I was excited to get one for my iPhone 13 mini! But don’t get it because it’s not clear, it looks all pixelated, and totally is not worth it especially for the price. I do not like to waste money but I pulled it off and debating to return for a replacement to see if they’re all pixelated or if the one I received was a defect.

After having difficulty installing the
After having difficulty installing the first screen protector, due to poor instructions and a plastic framing tool that doesn’t do it’s job, I got a replacement from Zagg. I will say the company has a great replacement policy and great customer service. However, the product is terrible. The screen protector does not cover the entire screen. Also, the privacy feature does not work very well in comparison to a brand I have used previously on other phones. In fact, it barely avoids someone from seeing my screen which is the reason I purchased this particular protector in the first place. I consider this Zagg glass elite privacy 360 screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro to be a high priced item of inferior quality. I will likely remove this from my phone and purchase another brand, which I should have done in the first place instead of wasting my money on a Zagg Elite Privacy 360.

I’ve had a Belkin privacy screen before and it don’t mute the screen nearly as much as this one did. I had this one on for a day and then took it off. Might as well have burned $100. Very easy to apply but be careful that you don't fold the screen back too far when applying to phone as it can crease. However, this seems to be a common fault with this type of protector.

I have purchased regular screen protectors from Zagg since I have owned a iPhone. Their reputation is incomparable and the protection top. The elite privacy protector for my iPhone was so easy to install. I usually worry about little air bubbles but the black frame made it so effortless I wasn’t sure if it as on.

It Works, but at the detriment of a lot of other things
This does not work well with polarized sun glasses. It messes up the screen’s automatic light sensing brightness function. It adds little black dots to the screen, taking away the crispness of the new display.

I love ZAGG and the warranty and durability of their products. I like the privacy angles of this protector but I wish it was just side to side protection and not 360. I say this because having all angles (FOR ME) I notice my screen has become pixelated from the privacy protector and I have to turn the brightness all the way up and still it not bright enough at most times. Also, this protector is not 100% oleophobic but still does a great job having minimal finger residue left behind on the screen.

Makes the screen too dark
While I love privacy on the train, my screen ends up being too dark and I can barely see it when I am outside,This is after I put up the brightness. 2 weeks in and it cracked from falling… I mean that is good right because it protected my actual screen. I think I am just disappointed that I spent 0ver $50 for something that I didn’t think was going to be a problem.

The kit made it easy to install. The privacy aspect is well-done - I am able to see completely fine looking straight at my screen, but going to the side (at least 30 degrees) obscures the details on the screen (there may still be some outlines visible). The glass also has t affected the responsiveness of the screen.

Zagg is the best protection you can have. I do feel the inflation has went sky high. Used to buy Zagg for 25.99. Now these protectors are 59.99. WOW!!! That hurts. And they will not ever wave the shipping on a replacement. They have gotten away from helping out the people that helped shape the company. For buying their products from day one. Great product. I just know there are alot of options out there.

The protector does it’s job in regards to not being able to see anything from the sides but it makes it drastically darker from your perspective and kind of pixelated. My brightness has to be on all the way up at all times and it makes it look like the quality isn’t the greatest. I had the privacy screen from ZAGG on my iPhone XR and LOVED it so I quickly bought it the second I got my 13 Pro, but was quickly disappointed at how different they were. Might just have to return this one and get a normal protector with no privacy effect.

I like the privacy screen, but this one cracked the first week I had it on. The good thing is the cracks aren’t too visible and there’s no need to replace right away. I keep buying Zagg because I can get a new screen whenever the current is damaged, but with shipping, I’m not totally sure it’s been the best investment. Also, I made a change in my cart that accidentally removed a second screen and therefore I didn’t get the discount I thought I was getting. There’s no way to cancel the order or contact customer service, so I had to pay full price for both screens while a promotion was available. Next time I upgrade, I’ll probably go with a different company/product.

I like the InvisibleShield Glass Elite Privacy that I bought for my new iPhone 13. I had one on my older phone. I work in a public place and feel this really helps with privacy. But, I have to say I think my new one is even darker than the old one was. It's almost difficult to see the screen. So that's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Replacement under warranty is not same
I have been a long time Zagg customer and basically use their screen protectors exclusively. I purchased this and received the high quality product I have grown accustomed to. However, I had to replace due to a crack and the item received was not clear and you could see gray pixel like dots on the screen. I contacted customer support and they wanted pictures but this is something you have to see in person as it doesn’t show up in a screen shot. They sent me a second replacement and it’s the same and not at all clear. This can’t be good for your eyes. The replacements sent under warranty are no longer the same quality item. What happened to Zagg’s warranty and quality?

My Zagg screen protector is everything I expected it to be. I actually replaced my clear Zagg screen protector with the privacy protector. At first I thought it was too dark but all I had to do was lighten my screen a little in settings. I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t want others looking over your shoulder or from the side to see what you might have pulled up on your phone. And I really have to add that Zagg is a GREAT product. This is my 2 nd one because I went with the privacy protector, my husband’s 2 nd because he bought a new phone, and I also bought the privacy protector for my daughter because of her line of work. I will keep buying Zagg screen protectors as long as they make them for whatever phone I have at the time.

Excellent Privacy Screen Protection for iPhone 13 Pro
This privacy glass solution is a little pricey, but it is the finest screen protector and privacy barrier that I have used, and I only use privacy screen protectors. The installation was simple, yet perfect. The glass installation was flawlessly because of the placement frame that comes with the kit and causes the glass to be places exactly in the center of the iPhone’s screen. I have never used a product that ensures that the screen is placed exactly in the correct position before. The privacy unit blocks any viewing angle except for looking directly at the iPhone screen.

This is definitely the worse I've received from Zagg.
Biggest problem is this screen will make your phone look pixelated. Like a TV from the 90's if you looked to close you could see the color lines. It kills the screen view. I bought this same style screen for my now older iphone X absolutely no problem. However with this I can not have it on my phone. It make the viewing experience awful. Second problem is the "border" they offer to help with placement of the screen so you can get a perfect fit. It is not design correctly and will not allow a perfect fit. So I hope you have steady hands .

This cover fulfills it’s purpose; however, it is not as clear as previous versions. There’s a “grainy” appearance, that takes some getting used to. I’m still on the fence on whether to return and get another product.

The screen protector offers privacy but at the expense of the screen quality offered by Apple. The screen appears grainy and pixelated. A rep from Zagg replied to my complaint and indicated that they recently updated the screen and so that’s why it does not offer a crisp, clear view. No refund offered, simply an exchange for the same product or one without the privacy feature. I would not recommend this product and wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing it. I didn’t think to do so because all of the ones I previously purchased were great; not this time.

I liked the idea of having the privacy shield. It’s a little distorted but not too noticeable and getting use to it being on the phone. I think it will protect the phone from something falling on it or should I say on the glass. I don’t know that it will protect the glass from falling on it’s side as it doesn’t cover the edges of the glass.
If it were to be improved I would extend it like some of the others that are made to the edge of the screen. As for seeing the distorted dots I think that’s part of the privacy shield. Some things are a give and take and this is one of them.

The screen itself is great. The problem is that it does not work with the Lifeproof Waterproof full case. For some reason, the Lifeproof front plastic has an air bubble between the ZAG screen and the Lifeproof screen and touch doesn’t work well at all. I assumed it would work since it was advertised to work along with a case.

While the screen proctor did its job and my screen is still in tact, after one fall off the kitchen counter, my screen protector has already shattered. Ive had other screen proctors for years that never have broken after numerous drops. Expected it to last much longer than a few weeks.

Noticeable grid pattern
I’ve been using ZAGG privacy screens on all of my phones for many years now. They’ve become progressively better over the years with higher resolution displays. This year was an exception. My 12Max had just a dimmer display as is expected with privacy screens. This year’s privacy screen had a noticeable slanted grid along with the dimmer display. Definitely a drop in quality this year. Not recommended.

I’ve owned dozens and dozens of Zagg products. They were great for a long time. Now, with EVERYTHING “glass infused”, they just crack in a week’s time. I replace with the warranty and it cracks again in only a few days. I’ve replaced probably 20 times the past year. I hate to say it, but I’m done. I can buy cheap ones that will do the same. My hunt for better is elsewhere.

This is my first bad experience ever with Zagg. This screen protector is horrible. The slightest movement made the screen blurry and the protector made my screen very fuzzy and any time I used my phone I got a massive headache. It made my screen very grainy. I couldn’t even type without my screen getting very blurry I don’t know if I got a defected one or what but I had to take it off already and it was a huge waste of money I wish I could get my money back

This is my third iPhone with a zagg privacy screen protector. All of the previous screen protectors, as well as this one, do exactly what they are supposed to by providing multi-way privacy. With this screen protector in particular, I noticed reduced screen quality, a pixelated affect from the screen protector, and overall reduced text quality. As stated, I’ve used this product in the past and never experienced this issue with the pixelated view. Other reviews, left on third party sites, indicate the same quality issue. It’s a shame because the screen quality on the iPhone 13pro is outstanding, but this detracts from it.

I expected the privacy shield to be an improvement for the iPhone 13 however, it feels as if its a step backwards from all the previous years. The privacy screen is pixelated and you can see all the tiny squares. It takes away from the viewing experience of the iPhone. The previous years didn’t have this problem, so I believe something has changed in this design.

Do not buy this product. I have always used invisible shields because traditionally , they rarely cracked and always looked very HD. However, this product makes your screen VERY pixelated, and dim. AND the screen protector cracked on the FIRST 3 foot drop, with a nice case on… their product quality may be going down or something.

I’ve had a zagg privacy screen for years and loved it so much! However, the new one designed for iPhone 13 is not as good. It makes your screen look worse than it did without a protector. It looks like you’re looking at your phone through a window screen. It’s also much darker than it used to be so I am finding I need to have my screen brightness on its highest setting which will drain the battery faster. I really hope Zagg finds a way to fix this issue. Working in the community for my day job, riding buses and trolleys, I want that extra privacy so people are not able to see what I’m doing on my phone. I love Zagg products and will continue to use them and promote them to others but I will not be recommending the privacy screen for anyone who has an iPhone 13.

I’ve always considered Zagg to be one of the best brands for phone accessories and have been an avid customer for years. Unfortunately, I don’t feel like the quality is really there anymore. I installed my screen protector and within a day it had already chipped in the corner. That happened with the last two Zagg screen protectors I have purchased. I thought it was a fluke or maybe I wasn’t being careful enough but I hadn’t dropped or roughly handled my phone from the time of installation to when I noticed the chip that quickly turned into a crack. Normally I would just be glad that it was the screen protector that cracked and not my actual phone screen but with a price point of over $50 I would think it would last longer than a day without cracking/chipping. Again, I’ve always loved Zagg products (purchased online or in store) but I think I’ll be making a change when I replace my screen protector…again.

I did not like the elite 360 privacy screen due to it over darkening my screen. I have a 13pro max which has a very bright screen and you can turn up your brightness all the way but once your outdoors it makes it very difficult to see.

It was easy to install "perfectly" with the molded case and instructions. Just follow it and it will turn out perfect. Also, the privacy screen is the best I have used. It really blocks out views from small angles while allowing you to see the phone screen when looking directly at it. Don't waste time with cheaper product. You will just waste your time and money. I returned one I saw for $19 and it was a complete waste of time. Time > Money given the low cost of these items.

Okay, i understand that the brightness might not be perfect, but look at these photos. This is the same phone, same brightness, except one (on the right) has the Privacy 360 screen protector. I’ve had these in the past and it’s never been this drastic of a difference. The screen also looks incredibly pixelated. I removed the protector immediately after installing it.

Previous privacy invisible shield (launched for iPhone 12 series) were better but this year it’s not good.
When you go in dark, it’s barely visible and kind of not readable.
For comparison, I have attached pic.
Left most is privacy invisible shield on iPhone 12 Pro Max from last year, middle is the iPhone 13 Pro Max, this product, right most is clear glass on iPhone 13 Pro.

I have chosen Zagg for a long time, but I’m a little disappointed in this screen protector. It does its job as advertised, blocking others from being able to see your screen at an angle. The only downside is that the screen becomes very “pixely.” Otherwise, I love it.

Decent with small flaws
The privacy screen is extremely easy to apply. They have a fool proof system so the protector is perfectly aligned with the screen. The shield also seems to provide decent protection.
I am however getting a yellow tint in comparison with my old phone (with privacy screen from JETech). I am also seeing tiny diagonal lines, slightly more visible than on my old phone.
I asked for a replacement and was given one right away. The replacement had the exact same effect however.

Two cracks formed after approximately 24 hours then more cracks and it I will spend more in shipping continuing to replace the screen protector over and over. Zagg is what I’ve had to purchase until the 3M protector comes out for the 13’s.

13 Pro Max Privacy Glass - Horrible view - Zagg please do better!!
Zagg changed the privacy glass for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a firm believer that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. That said, they made this glass so dark that when you look at your phone, the screen literally looks like you are looking through a window screen. You see squares on your phone screen. Privacy is very important to me due to my job and therefore I requested they send me a 12 Pro Max screen protector to replace what I had but of course that doesn’t sit on my 13 pro max properly so I am still not satisfied. I ended up buying a cheap knock off screen protector until Zagg gets this fixed! How are we supposed to used this phone for the amazing photos when the photos look horrible due to the screen protector?? DO BETTER ZAGG!!! Go back to what works!!!
I am attaching two photos. The one of the two protectors speaks for itself. You can see immediately the change between the two. The photo of the phone, if you zoom in, you can see the screen and the “screen like squares”. It almost looks like a sweater or a window screen on your house. I put a notebook beside it so you can see in fact that it is the phone itself and not just the photo being taken. It’s HORRIBLE!

It’s Like Looking Through a Screen Door
I bought this screen protector, because at the time, Zagg was the only company that had a privacy screen protector available for purchase for the 13 Pro Max. I’ve always used Belkin’s privacy screen protectors, but they didn’t have any for sale yet, so Zagg it is.
The application process was super easy and smooth. It was probably one of the easiest applications I’ve ever done on a phone.
My only issue with this screen protector, is that you can see tiny boxes or grid lines all over the screen protector. You can see them especially when you’re on a white or lighter background. It’s annoying and took me weeks to adjust to.
The only reason I still have it on, is because I paid over $40 for this screen protector. I will be switching to Belkin once I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth.

The one on my iPhone is great. But the one on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G has been replaced 4 or 5 times already. Not sure why it keeps cracking, I even got a chip on the screen glass of the phone itself. Not happy at all seeing that I have to pay at least $7.99 to get it shipped each time. I may have to look into other screen protection for my devices.

Really works unlike other privacy screen protectors that randomly cause air bubbles to develop and moistness to occur this screen protector does not do any of those really worth the price great quality although you have to be carful with the tray they give you to apply the screen protector the rings they give you to align up have to be forced down so it’s not a so easy installation.

The fit, application, and ordering process was perfect. I bought direct from the Zagg website. The privacy protector does add a tiny bit of visual artifacting to images, but I suspect there is no privacy filter that is 100% transparent.

Doesn't work with Otterbox cases
I bought this with my new Note 9. I was able to successfully install it due to the great video online. However, once I put the otterbox case on, the sides of the protective film do not stick and it looks terrible. I wish Zagg had made the film a little less wide. I understand that they are trying to cover the phone edges, but with cases, it doesn't work.

It has a mesh like layer on the screen that spoils the wonderful oled screen. Thought it was a manufacturers defect but the reps mentioned thats whats needed to get 360 privacy. Not a fan, the biggest upset is knowing that you either get charged a $10 shipping charge or the same if you take it into the store to get it replaced.

This screen protector really wasn't for me. As soon as i put it on my phone I regretted getting the privacy one. It makes the screen so dark that i had to turn the brightness all the way up so it was killing my battery. And it makes it very difficult to take photos, which is a key part of my job. So I suppose the privacy element is very effective, i just don’t recommend it unless that is your top priority. I thought I would like it but it just wasn’t worth the drawbacks for me. It also cracked the first time i dropped it, which at least allowed me to trade it in for a non-privacy one.

The guides that the screen protectors come with make it very hard to mess it up. They make it super easy the only difference I have noticed are very small little circles across the whole screen. I haven’t seen that on other screen protectors but I’m pretty sure it’s just how it is. Other than that it’s a good product.

I love this brand but...
I LOVE this brand but a couple hrs. after putting on the new protector I dropped my phone and it chipped so I have a broken protector again LOL. I had a zagg cover on it too that is supposed to absorb shock but guess not too well :/ I don't want to deal with replacement just yet especially since I have to pay $10 shipping after spending for this

I would not recommend this screen protector. For the reason that it makes your screen look so pixelated. I was bummed because the privacy screen work but it was too pixelated that I had to take it off and go. Wasted money

I bought this because I had a privacy screen on my iPhone 12 ever since I bought it. I recently upgraded and wanted one. This one looked high quality so I purchased it. When I put it on I immediately could tell that it dims the screen extremely and makes the screen all pixelated which strains your eyes. So this was an immediate no for me.

This privacy shield does not disappoint. Following the instructions definitely led to a well formatted glass atop my phone. The coverage is great and I feel at ease texting while in the company of others with little fear of the stargazers :-)

Loss of screen brightness
The screen protector is great for privacy viewing however it dims the display so much that with any sunglasses on during the day you cannot see the screen. Even without glasses the glass is too tinted and makes it hard to see the screen. I would say it’s about a 30% reduction of your screens original brightness just guessing. Basically turn your brightness to halfway or just past and that’s all you get as a demo of what it’s like to have this on.

The idea for this technology is great
However when I am in the sun I am unable to see my screen.
I would not re-invest in this particular screen protector. I am looking forward to replacing it with the hybrid screen protector

I’ve always had privacy screens by Zagg and have always been pretty happy with side to side privacy without losing quality of the screen. However, this screen was the worst privacy screen they have made in my opinion. It pixelated the screen due to the top and bottom privacy. Almost everything I viewed looked pixelated and it was not enjoyable to use. Switched back to just the side privacy and much happier.

Had a few bubbles appear on the first day but they disappeared the next day. Unable to read screen from all side angles and noticeably less cleaning is needed on the surface from previous iterations. The major downside in the procurement process was the number of days it took for the product to leave the origin facility after the order was placed. It took almost two weeks to receive which is unacceptable compared to other vendors.

All you see is finger prints on the case and the buttons are super hard to push. I always had to use my fingernail. I could not press hard enough to activate the volume or on/off buttons with the pad of my finger as is normally done. I returned the case.

The case is protective and gives me a sense of their attention to the details I care about. The raised and supportive protection for the rear camera system and the front protection that brings me comfort that my new device with its new accessory will be safe from damage.

So far I really like this case. It is slim, which is nice since the phone is so large, but I still feel like it offers a good amount of protection. So far, I’m not seeing any scratches in the case itself or any debris build up/discoloration which I know can often happen with clear cases. I trust Zagg products and feel comfortable knowing that my phone is protected

The case doesn’t extend past the phone enough to protect the screen well. Cracked my screen protector with a 2ft drop, also, the color I was hoping would match the 13 pro max Sierra blue and it doesn’t at all. It’s baby blue and not a color as a dude I like.

The fit is perfect. Had an Apple case but like this one much better. More protection on the bottom whereas the other one had no protection there. The blue also does a nice job of highlighting the phone color. All buttons work great. Better grip too.

Poor Customer Service!! Never got it delivered….
Please be aware that the customer service is very poor. Contacted the customer service via web messaging as no phone numbers was available. Got a response almost after a week.
They told me to wait for two more days for it to be delivered if not delivered would replace it u see warranty.
Waited for two more days contacted them as it didn’t arrive. Asked them if they cannot send the replacement as a priority delivery would like a refund. The customer service told me if I want a refund I have to send the item back; replied I haven’t even got the item to return. No response for that email. The customer service agents name is Haley.
Fortunately I used PayPal as my payment method hence go my money back. The product is good as I’ve used it before, ordered via Amazon; but the customer service is a disaster.

It was easy to install. though I've found it difficult to read outside wearing polarized lenses, but I think thats common whit this type of technology though I didn't think about it at the time. Sometimes when taking pictures at funky angles to take inspection pictures I can't see what I'm taking a picture of so its a bit of a double edged sword. otherwise can't complain

Charged for product I never received.
The screen never came. I was never asked to give a delivery address, but they had my old address on file. Only found that out when they sent a email saying that my order had shipped and the address listed was an address I hadn’t lived at for 5 years. The screen was delivered in California and I now live in Tennessee. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response, even before the delivery was made.

Privacy screen only works if your brightness is set to low or medium. Can see a lot of the screen when the brightness is high. Also shatters easily. I think it’s a good screen protector but not for the price point it’s currently at.
