I had issues with the first screen protector but customer service was awesome and sent a replacement straight away. I still have a little bubble in the upper left corner but it’s not super noticeable. Protection from keys and other things in my pocket is fabulous as well as having things hit the phone in my bag or other places.

We now have one for an iphone xrs and the galaxy 9+ both fit like a glove! Strongly recommend since this is the 4th one for the Galaxy and no chips in my phone screen. The ZAGGs have worked as designed. I like the fact I did not have to send back the broken screen cover, however that was never difficult to do as ZAGG provided easy instructions and the supplies needed.

The glass elite screen protector seems to be working great. I haven’t managed to drop my phone yet thankfully to test it out. I see no signs of any scratches from being in my purse. Everything on the phone is easy to access through the protector and the screen is clear.
The installation kit was fairly simple to use. It made it easy to line up the screen protector perfectly. The glass itself seemed much sturdier than others I’ve used in the past.
I ordered two of these. Mine has a small bubble on the bottom that I could not remove. I’m not sure if I did something wrong when putting it on. My husbands came out perfectly.
I would definitely recommend the glass elite screen protector.

This is my 7th zagg screen product and will not switch. However this item on my I phone pro has an issue at the corners which requires multiple presses for anything to happen. Many apps have buttons in these locations and I have to keep pressing to get a reaction.

My initial thought was it’s expensive but having tried another brand which didn’t fit I thought I’d give it a go, the lifetime guarantee was a selling point too. The installation method is the easiest I’ve experienced with a plastic guide to ensure correct alignment. The glass itself is just larger than the visible So you don’t notice it’s there when using the phone but it’s small enough to allow a bumper case, I have Mous, to be fitted. in all I am very happy with the Zagg screen protector

Follow the instructions and take your time and the Glass will fit well. I fitted mine to an iPhone that was off and left the new Glass in place and ‘drying’ overnight. This made a very small air bubble I could not e clear during installation, disappear. Very happy with the Glass. Make sure you remove your phone from any case during the installation, makes it a lot easier with the guide frame.

This screen protector shattered within 48 hours of install. When I went to your retail store here in Washington, DC they said they could replace it but all they had was an anti-glare screen protector and it would be a $30 up-charge. This was extremely disappointing to me after having the product fail within 48 hours. I purchased it feeling I had no other choice but if either protector I purchased for both of my phones both on 11/25 fails again I will never purchase from your company again. I’m a very unhappy customer that you didn’t stand behind your product and take care of the fee after I was extremely inconvenienced by it breaking down so quickly.

I have always used these on our iPads and Apple Watch. Bought this for iPhone 11. It saved a screen and still was able to use the phone even with damage. ZAGG sent a new replacement fast. If this had not been on the screen I am pretty sure I would be getting a nice bill to replace the screen.

I’ve been using a zagg screen protector for at least the last 3 years and have been very pleased. When my wife cracked the screen on her phone despite using a protective case, I knew we needed a zagg screen protector. This is an easy product to use and it works great. The positioning tabs make it easier to place the protector without touching the glass. The only thing I wish the iPhone 8 Plus version of the glass had was the positioning tray like I used for my 11 pro. Still, I am very pleased and will continue to buy from zagg in the future

I’m happy to report that the protector did its job and spidered while preserving my phone’s screen in mint condition. The rest of my phone was also without damage as my case also performed its job. If you’re running any of these new phones, this protector is a must. And the warranty is nearly unbeatable.

Excellent screen protection. My son has smashed his phone several times and cracked the Zagg. Paid for shipping costs and got him new Zagg’s each time. Lots cheeped than screen replacement. This one was for my new 11pro. Fits perfectly, covers just a bit beyond the edge of the screen display. So you don’t notice where the screen protector ends. Very nice. Easy to install with the guide that fits over the edge of the phone to guide the protective glass into place. Great if you have shaky hands or poor natural aim!!

I’ve bought several ZAGG screen protectors for my devices, but the ordering and website is terrible to use. It’s outdated and inefficient. I bought a new protector and accidentally had it shipped to my old address and was unable to cancel or change the address which was a complete waste.

This is the 2nd glass case I've purchased (2 different iPhones) and they are as protective as the website implies. My first one broke and they replaced it no questions asked (I had registered it). Highly recommend.

I understand that the screen protectors are supposed to crack by absorbing the shock and not my phone screen. BUT my phone fell a matter of inches, from a flour canister to my kitchen counter and cracked! The lens protectors I purchased as well aren’t sticking like they should. All three are half way on. I bought the new Glass Elite thinking it was stronger and less likely to crack. First time I dropped my phone (not even standing up, sitting down on a low chair) it cracked. I hadn't even had it a week. Had a case on it as well. Hoping it was just a fluke but I went to replace it and the Glass elites have all been sold out so I have been living with a crack screen protector for almost a month. Kind of lame. Still out of stock when I looked today. Not happy

Straightforward Installation
Key item is to install the screen in a room with high humidity. So, I usually warm up the bathroom with a hot shower running. This helps get the dust out of the air. Using the provided alignment fixture and phone cleaning materials, a flawless installation is possible. I have 3 in a row now and counting.

I love the glass elite and will never settle for anything else. Zagg screen protectors are hands down the best of the best. I have poor vision, if not for modern technology I'd be wearing coke bottle glasses. Zagg's most expensive version is not currently in my budget, but this glass elite is fantastic and worth every cent. When a company guarantees their product for the life of the product, this tells you they stand behind their quality and this is certainly the case with Zagg. I've bought many of their products and I am a customer for life.

I happened to crack my last zagg invisible shield glass protector (it saved my phone from cracking and it happens right? what can ya do!) but ordered a new one and accidentally didn’t put it on right so I had bubbles... but this time it was registered online and I got another for $6 (which I will definitely be taking to my cell phone provider so put on correctly lol). Point being, the protectors work great and if you register them online the warranty covers cracks, bubbles, chips, etc so that all you pay for is the shipping which is $6! Definitely recommend considering I am the most clumsy person I know!

I think everyone should use Zagg brand products. They stand behind their products, have the best warranty, and superior customer service.
I use to use a phone case to protect my phone. I didn’t believe a screen protector would keep my phone from shattering until, I dropped my phone on concrete. There was not a single scratch on my screen. The screen protector broke. It did its job! Zagg replaced my broken one with no problems. No matter how many times I have to request a replacement. Easy to apply. There was a little mark or defect on the screen saver but not worth the hassle of dealing with a return. Should have checked it under a bright light before installing it. Otherwise we love Zagg screen savers!

Normally I go to a best buy or call a friend with steady hands to put these things on. But it's Pandemic Times now and I had to do it myself. The plastic guide made it easy! And I love that it comes with an alcohol wipe and a cloth AND a sicker for little specs of dust or lint. Don't skip the sticker part! I freaked out because an eyelash fell right as I was smoothing it out (seriously, you can't make this stuff up) and it caused an air bubble. I very gently lifted the top back and nabbed the eyelash and re-smoothed. Voilà! It worked. I feel like most of these glass screens are pretty much the same. I needed a new one because I got a new iPhone. But I LOVE that Zagg offers a replacement guarantee. This company really care about the customers. Thank you.

I went through at least 6 Zagg screen protectors with my old phone. Whenever the protector got a crack, I was able to send it back and get a new one. The process is very easy. It's definitely worth the investment to spend a little more to get a screen protector with this kind of warranty. I just got this one for my new iPhone 11, and it has been perfect so far. Zagg customer service has been excellent. No complaints.

This thing is an oil magnet. The oleophobic coating is terrible. This was a waste of money. Oil collects all over the screen and is hard to remove. It just smears everywhere. When the screen is on you can see a rainbow effect everywhere there is oil from your fingers.

You might not think that's something that needs to be said, but after seeing some $5 screen protectors, believe me, it is. It can also take a beating. If it does crack, rest assured that your screen below will be fine. Register your product and you can get a free replacement, just pay shipping. I would never buy another product! Also the company has great customer service if you should ever require it!

I happen to be a very big fan InvisibleShield screen protectors since the inception of this brand, but things changed now. It is not worth spendig a single $ on these screen protectors. I got one from Bestbuy the corner got ruined so went back the BestBuy and they replaced it, next day I saw air gap towards the corner, luckily BestBuy guys acknowledged the problem and replaced it. Within a week I got 2 screen protectors replaced. When first one got ruined I left message with customer service but no one bothered to return my call. Please don't waste your money buying this product please.

Zagg, I found out after having to replace my iPhone for another one at the Apple Store, where my Glass Elite had been installed in the defective one (face id was not working), they removed the Glass Elite, and advised me that in the mall across the street there was a Zagg concession stand. I did not even had my wallet with me, like a fool I left it at home. When I got to the Zagg stand, I pour my dad story, and gave them my used Glass Elite, and lo and behold!, the lovely lady gave me, and also installed the protector in the most beautiful way. When she mentioned there was a cover charge of $10 (before she put the shield), I mentioned that my wallet was at home. She then traded the used Glass Elite, and installed the new one. I purchased this 3 times and follow the instructions to replacing it to the T. However I noticed that it cracks easily. I have not dropped my phone or mishandled it so I’m not sure why it would crack easily. I have a protective cover on my iPhone to protect it from damage & that’s the only thing that ever cracks is the protective screen. I like the Zagg products but will be looking for other options.

I purchased this product thinking that it would be great to protect your eyes from blue light. However, I am very disappointed with this product as it's clearly not as advertised. Box has it labeled "Smudge free" indicating that it should have some sort of oleophobic coating on it. _x000D_

The way I see it, I could either get a 40 dollar screen protector, and possibly have to replace it were my phone to drop, or I could pay upwards of 100 dollars to replace my phone screen and or my phone.

I always go with his protector because I drop my phone a lot and- before getting this model - usually cracked the glass protector screen and would have to buy a new one usually every week or so - this one is really hard to crack and lasts through multiple drops. Good product, bad installation instructions
This review is mainly regarding the installation instructions. The instruction booklet and the tabs on the shield need to clearly state which direction is up and which is down. I was so focused on removing dust and fingerprints and following the booklet that I accidentally installed it upside down first. Thankfully I was able to remove and reinstall successfully, but this should not happen. The top and bottom are not clearly marked, and the tabs that you hold obscure where the iPhone notch is. Plus, the "peel here" sticker, which you would think would be on the top, is on the bottom!
I've used Zagg shields on many other devices and have always been happy with the actual usage of the product. But this is the second time that unclear installation instructions have caused issues for me.

This product is exactly what it says; a perfect barrier between your pristine phone and the chaos of life. Zagg is an Online company you can trust. We've had their products on all of our phones, except one, for the past 6 years. The one year we went to "Brand X" and regretted that choice a few months later.
Zagg CSR's are always helpful (Yes, you can actually speak with real humans who know the products) and warranty claims are never disputed.

I had a Zagg on my last phone and it lasted well for about 2 years with plenty of drops. This new one seems to be doing well, but when the tech installed it there are some bubbles along the edges. I’m hoping it does as well as the last one.

I bought this screen protector to protect my iPhone 11, and it cracked within a week with a case on. I literally dropped this phone only once from waist height, and I couldn't believe how easily the screen protector cracked. I wish I could get a refund instead of a replacement which isn't even an option right now since it's "out of stock".

It cracked less than two weeks after purchase. I did not drop my phone and I carry it in a folio case so it was not scratched by keys etc. For years I have purchased the protective film, rather than the glass, and have never had any issues but unfortunately the film doesn't seem to be offered for sale for iPhone 11. I will replace the screen protector via the warranty program; however, the hassle to return the product - not to mention the cost of shipping just doesn't seem worth it. I do not recommend this product.

I am not too happy about this purchase. I have a Lifeproof case on my phone in addition to this screen protector. What I thought would be impenetrable, turned into not so much. I dropped my phone on the floor from my bed, which is not very high, and the screen protector cracked. This was the first drop I had since I put the screen protector on.

Dernièrement mon téléphone est tombé et elle s’est fissuré, ??je vais rappeler le site pour voir si je peut stipulé une nouvelle demande de remplacement .

This is not my first time buying this particular ZAGG product. With four kids, my phone is regularly abused, dropped, hit, and squished. My 5-year-old son dropped a heavy toy directly on top of my phone, which destroyed the ZAGG glass protector. Happily, when I removed it, there was zero damage to the phone screen underneath. I have dropped my phone on some rocks, which also cracked the ZAGG glass protector, protecting it from any screen damage. This is a great product ... works very well!

Easy to apply new shield but edges coming loose within three weeks. This was to replace the original that was cracked. When ordering a replacement online there was no place to enter the info from the first purchase so that a replacement could be provided. A new purchase was my only option. We have this product for both an 11 pro and 11 pro max. a while ago the 11 pro fell and cracked the Glass Elite which stayed that way for 6 mo. The Verizon store recommended calling for a warranted replacement Which took 7 weeks to arrive in a plain envelope. During that time Zagg had a 25% discount , so I purchased another Glass Elite which arrived in 3-4 days in .
beautiful retail packaging. Go Figure! It is a great product but the Lifetime warantee replacement process could use a little streamlining.
Thanks to the Verizon store for installing the product at no charge.

Just going to say one thing, dropped phone from my motorcycle traveling at 80mph, causing it to bounce over 500 feet on asphalt highway and iPhone survived.
Zagg Glass Elite took a beating with deep scratches but absolutely no damage to phone.

I bought this screen protector to protect my new iPhone 11 Pro, but they sent me one for a “2019 5.8” iPhone” instead. This would be fine if the screen was the same size as last year’s phone, but it isn’t. The protector slightly overshoots the edges of the screen, but I suppose this is okay (more protection, right?. More importantly though, it slightly covers the notch, which kind of takes away the OEM feel of the phone. Hopefully this will be fixed by the time I order a replacement.

I have use Zagg for many years and the protection has been beyond expectations. every device that has had a zagg zagg screen protection product installed has never resulted in a cracked screen when dropped or abused. The replacement process is easy and quick when ever i have had a warranty replacement claim. i have averaged 2 to 3 replacement a year on my devices due to normal use of a cell phone. I observe other people with devices that have cracked screens and when asked why they use their device that way, the response is always "too expensive to repair" and "I'm not eligible for an upgrade". this inexpensive piece of plastic is peace of mind that i will not have to operate my device with a cracked screen until my next upgrade. I've had the Zagg cover on my phone for less than 2 months, and on the first fall (of about 3 feet, clean landing onto sidewalk, cover chipped in corner and straight down the middle. My previous cover was chipped in 3-4 places but never cracked down the middle after many more drops in more than 2 years. I thought Zagg cover would last at least as long for costing more than other brands. Disappointed; wouldn't recommend or buy again.

This product protects against drops, etc. and comes with an installation mount. I with the screen protector came attached to the mount and all you had to do was peel and stick. I purchased one of those before from amazon and installation was seamless. Hopefully that will be in Zagg’s future.

These invisible shield glass protectors always work well and are strong. I have broken a few but it was in situations where it was unavoidable and any brand would have broken. These give you a nice clear look and I have never broken a screen with this protector on it. Also if you get it from Zagg they have those great warranties.

Overall I am satisfied with this screen protector, it does it’s job. The application was very simple, anyone would be able to do it easily. It should be noted that the protector only outlines the glass maybe a millimeter or two, enough that it can be felt when swing back and/or up. It also does show fingerprints and oil very easily, the regular screen without the protector was better at hiding those.

I purchased this 3 times and follow the instructions to replacing it to the T. However I noticed that it cracks easily. I have not dropped my phone or mishandled it so I’m not sure why it would crack easily. I have a protective cover on my iPhone to protect it from damage & that’s the only thing that ever cracks is the protective screen. I like the Zagg products but will be looking for other options.

So I chose this brand specifically because of the lifetime warranty thinking I got a good deal. I’ve had the screen protector for less than 4 months now and bubbles have made its way in around the notch and closer to the bottom of the phone making my phone look unsightly. On top of all that, it’s cracked! Less than 4 months in. Wouldn’t expect that for a £25 screen protector and not like I was using my phone to play volleyball. The cherry on top of this sour experience is you’ve got to pay shipping for the warranty replacement which is about £8 and delivers in 7-10days so the replacement isn’t really free. Would’ve been nice if they were fully transparent about that before finding out at checkout. I’ve had screen protectors from amazon which lasted far longer having been through worse at a fourth of the price. Only giving it 3 stars bc the customer service seems straightforward and didn’t run into problems with them. Just wish the product was better.

Seperating form phone
After only two weeks, the protector has started to separate from the phone. The protector has not gotten wet in anyway. I sent a request to Zagg asking if there is anyway to reattach the protector, but they have yet to respond.

The only problem that I see i have with it is it collects a lot of dust particles but I am very OCD with keeping my phone clean. Other than that I like it. It was extremely easy to put on and I would definitely recommend it.

This is the third product that I have purchased. I'm very impressed with this product. I thought I had broken the screen on my I pad but it was the Zagg screen protector and that was a great relief. Do not buy this screen shield. I have had to replace this at least six times due to the shield lifting off on its own and causing massive air bubbles. Does not stay down! I advise getting the regular self healing shield when available. The glass is horrible!

I have purchased 2 of these products and experienced the same problem both times. The screen wont adhere to the phone in total.
The first screen I purchased was inserted by the sales person at my phone store, she expereienced difficutly with the shield placement and had to take it off the phone multiple times, eventually causing the screen to chip in one spot. Less than a week later, the screen was broken totally. (I blamed that screen problem on the sales person).
I purchased a second screen sheild and placed it on the phone myself. I cleaned the phone multiple times to clean off oils, dust, lint, etc.
I placed the shield as per directions and noticed that the edge on the upper right wont seal and the lower left corner has a 1/4 "area that will not seal.
Can't submit a picture as i would have to use my phone to take one.

This is not my first Zagg Max Glass installation. Really like the product and the new alignment tool. This Max Glass did not stick to the corner as well as I would have liked. Their is nothing under the glass and I did not touch it with my finger. It just will not stick. Luckily the rest of the cover does. Not sure if I will have to replace this one.

Too thin
I just have had a thicker glass protector previously. This one sits well below the edges of my phone cover around the front of my phone. Also, I had a very difficult time positioning this protector this time to permanently place it. It has all kinds of air gaps around the edges. I’m not happy this time. My phone is apple X Max, and that’s what I ordered. Not sure why they are asking about my apple iphone11 pro.

When we got our first iphone we were sold on the tempered glass shields. So after we upgraded our phones it was a no brainer that we would have the glass shields again. This thing is an oil magnet. The oleophobic coating is terrible. This was a waste of money. Oil collects all over the screen and is hard to remove. It just smears everywhere. When the screen is on you can see a rainbow effect everywhere there is oil from your fingers.

I have had this product for about a week and although I like the way the screen protector looks and feels on my phone, the corner cracked the first time I dropped my phone so it doesn’t appear to be very durable

So pleased with this purchase!
As always I keep coming back to Zagg for their amazing products. Unfortunately I didn’t receive my box two years ago from the AT&T store to register my product so I completely forgot and after the many drops I finally decided to bite the bullet and just pay for another screen protector. I love that I can continue to replace my screen when necessary and this product keeps my phone safe!

Poor adherance
While I had great hopes for this highly recommended Zagg screen for my iPhone 11 Pro Maxi come away disappointed. I followed the installation instructions to the letter and within 23 hours the upper right hand corner of the screen shows an opening.

I have purchased 2 of these products and experienced the same problem both times. The screen wont adhere to the phone in total.
The first screen I purchased was inserted by the sales person at my phone store, she expereienced difficutly with the shield placement and had to take it off the phone multiple times, eventually causing the screen to chip in one spot. Less than a week later, the screen was broken totally. (I blamed that screen problem on the sales person).
I purchased a second screen sheild and placed it on the phone myself. I cleaned the phone multiple times to clean off oils, dust, lint, etc.
I placed the shield as per directions and noticed that the edge on the upper right wont seal and the lower left corner has a 1/4 "area that will not seal.
Can't submit a picture as i would have to use my phone to take one.

I replaced my cracked glass shield ( another brand) with this one easily and quickly. I’ve never had trouble with Zagg protective screens since I started buying the glass ones. They are durable as well as protective.

I received my product quickly and the install was extremely easy because of the tools and directions provided. However, only about two weeks with the protector on and bubbles started to form around the edges. It looks like the protector is starting to lift itself back off my phone again. Since taking the picture attached they have expanded and more have started to form. I have used other Zagg products for my past phones and this did not happen. I trust the brand and have had great success with them, so I am sad about this one so far.

Zagg is the best protection for your phone screen. I never drop my phone; however, I had a bad week and dropped it 3 times on concrete. Thank goodness I had the Zagg screen protector on my phone. Zagg took the hit and protected my screen. I ordered a new one with my warranty and it was easy to replace. I will always have Zagg on my phone. You never know when your phone will be dropped and I know my screen is protected.

Difficult to install without bubbles
Had to install myself since mall is closed. I’ve had three Zagg protectors before and I like them but it’s hard to do perfectly at home. Wouldn’t recommend doing it yourself but I’m sure they will want $14 to redo it at the mall.

My new glass elite did not adhere properly to the phone this is a brand new out of the box phone .screen was prepared properly . looks bad .I love zagg.. they are a great company to deal with. while this product appears to have something wrong with its adhesion Zagg is a 5 star company and would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Worst protector ever!
Do not buy this screen shield. I have had to replace this at least six times due to the shield lifting off on its own and causing massive air bubbles. Does not stay down! I advise getting the regular self healing shield when available. The glass is horrible!
