The printer did not come with a WiFi adapter and I don’t recall on the website that it states you need to buy one to get it to work wirelessly. It was $50 that I didn’t expect to spend. The set up is tricky, it’s not a home printer, it is set up through a network. I have a home business and mistakenly marked “search for business”. I downloaded the full instructions and did get it set up. The printer overall is good, it just was missing some information in the description.

Great wireless printing add-on!
Just What I needed! We had to set up a printer at a home office and needed a wireless adapter to accommodate a Xerox WorkCentre 6515. This adapter was reasonably priced and easy to install.

Xerox printer. A disappointment
Don’t buy it. Once The printer goes into sleep mode it won’t work. Since Dell doesn’t support it why sell it? Total disappointment

Excellent printer. The only drawback is that it is either WYFI or ethernet, but not both at the same time. Great quality printing and ease of use.

Xerox C405DN printer and wireless print server
I purchased a new Xerox C405DN printer with an attachable wireless print server.
Initially, the IP address of my computer WIFI and the IP address on the printer did not match so the printer drivers would not download and the printer would not work without a USB cable being attached. Once the CDW and Xerox techs resolved the problem with the mismatched IP addresses, everything worked seamlessly. I love the printer and love being able to print over WIFI with no attached cables. I personally would like for the WIFI adapter to be physically installed inside the printer, rather than attached to the outside. The printer is fabulous and the print server works great. I am very happy with Xerox printers. I currently have a Xerox
6250DP printer which is 10 years old and still working. Will use Xerox for all my printing needs in the future.

Nice machine but disappointed it did not come with built in Wifi adaptor which I had to purchase separately. Very tedious to get set up for someone with little tech experience. Nice and quiet and fast.

It's worth the $49 for wifi connection for your Xerox WorkCentre. Just snap it in place, and voila!
