The Zebra® 2.36-inch x 1,476-feet 6000 Performance Ribbon consists of a standard wax ink formulation on a polyester base film designed for use with thermal transfer printers. It produces rich blacks with a solid fill, resulting in crisp, high-quality barcode printouts. For added versatility, the wax ribbon is compatible with a broad variety of label stocks, including matte and coated papers. Create chemical resistance prints with the tape by using synthetic label stocks and zebra paper. It’s scratch and smear resistant, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments. Due to the ribbon’s resistance to water and ultraviolet light, it's suitable for outdoor labeling applications.

A specifically developed backcoat contributes to the printhead's protection. The printer ribbon supports up to 12 inches per second printing speeds, resulting in increased productivity. It's simple to install in the printer since it requires no elaborate tools. With a length of 1,476 feet, the thermal transfer ribbon withstands frequent use, reducing the need for replacement.
