Doesn't fit Optiplex 3020 small form factor
Doesn't fit Optiplex 3020 small form factor model. Mounting bracket sticks up over case. I cut the bracket with a hacksaw and plugged in the VGA through the adjacent card opening (didn't want to spring for a DVI cable). The flap that secures the card also covers the HDMI jack on the card. I had ordered this through Dell to make sure that I got the correct card for my Optiplex 3020 but it didn't say it wouldn't fit. The video is excellent. If you don't mind having to saw off the oversize mounting bracket and you have a DVI cable, this is OK.

Does the job
My Dell XPS PC is about 8 years old. I was surprised when the exterior backup hard drive and the video care went out at the same time. Makes me suspect power surge (lightening?). At any rate, I wanted to replace the card with as nearly the same as the original and the only place that had it was Dell.

Video card for 12 year old computer running Windows XP.
I needed a video card for a 12 year old computer running Windows XP Home. The local stores didn't have what I needed, but Dell did. My screen was black before the new card, but after install, I was back in business! It works great and gave me the time I needed to back up everything before my computer breathes it's last breath.

VisionTek Radeon 5450 - Graphics card didn't work!
I have a Dell Vostro 460 computer. I wanted to add a video card, so I can run dual monitors. The Radeon 5450 was an option when I purchased the computer, so I bought this card from Dell. After installing the card, my computer would not boot. I made 5 calls to VisionTek technical support (they were great!), but they finally said to contact Dell, because my BIOS was non-UEFI. Dell was worthless; after more than a dozen calls, I gave up. Very frustrating!!!

Ensure your motherboard is PCIe 2.1 compliant!
It uses a bizarre standard PCIe 2.1 x16. It is not well documented but some motherboards do not support this.

Works like a charm !
Simple to install by most anyone. Worked instantly with only resolution adjustment/selection. My use is not for gaming so unable to comment on that. Definitely recommend.
